I got a battery jump from my brother, called this store, went over. They checked my battery, needed replacement. I was shown my choices, purchased one, and he installed it. Great experience! It was about 6:15pm, Raimon? Nice young man, no problem! Thank you for great service, I really appreciated it!! J Ann Jaskulski

AZ is the place to be for helpful, knowledgeable clerks. Advance guys are "too Cool". I rarely go there. But AZ folks are helpful, and on time!

Manager warranted my defective part and handed me my replacement part with the greatest of ease, no problem what so ever I was very pleased with the prompt service I received. I've had my AutoZone account for many years now and today was an example of why I chose them when purchasing parts for myself and my customers.

This morning my wife was broken down on the side of the road with a flat tire around 7am. A young man stopped to help her and Changed it for her. His name was Ramon and he was in an Autozone uniform and said he was on his way to work at the one in Homosassa. We are very grateful for his help and will now only shop at Autozone for our auto parts. Thank you so much. There are still good people out there.

We went to get a break line tool and the guy helping us had a hard time with us saying no on his upsale we didn't need, 20 different tools just one and there was a 15$ price difference I'm not hating but the older guy was just a little to pushy but I'll still give you guys 5 stars because the man was just doing his job but no mean no

Upon entering I found exactly what I was looking for. There was nobody at the counter, but soon a young man appeared and I asked for assistance. He went and got Matt who was very friendly and kind. Remon also came to help as well. I asked multiple questions and all were answered. There customer service was phenomenal and I applaud them! Thank you for a great experience guys!

Rimon from Autozone is an outstanding employee. I came in looking for a trailer hitch for my truck he was able to direct me to the correct one for my truck and also was very knowledgeable on the different products you provide.

I give this place five stars because everytime i have came here they have helped me with getting the right parts. Today i went in there not knowing exactly what i needed and Dustin came out to my car and found out exactly what i needed and even helped put the part on my car. He made my day so much because i was going to come home and figure out how to put it on myself and he took the time out of his day and did it. They go above and beyond! Thank you so much for helping!

My battery went dead today. Went to Autozone and Rimon was very helpful. The battery was under warranty so Rimon replaced it for free.Very helpful and friendly.

I didn't go in, but what I saw in the parking lot makes me give this store a 5 . An elderly lady needed help or something, this young gentleman was outside with her, they were laughing and talking about her something about her vehicle, he offered her his hand to step up on the sidewalk, and walked right beside her still talking, opened the door for her and they went inside. His smile was sincere the entire time and he wasn't being condescending or anything. Hard to find this kind of care and compassion no days.

We broke down right in driveway. After much going over my husband went inside to get a tool, and when he did, Brendon said to my husband he would call a gentleman that works there that knows alot about cars. Within 15 minutes a great gentleman named Vernon came up to help us!!!! I could sit here n go on and on but the point is this team member is and asset to your company. It's hard finding people like this in customer service. He definately needs recognition!! We thank you soon much for everything you done for us... Jeanetta n David

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Happy to help! If I need it today they're my go-to. As with any chain prices can be found lower online, but warranty issues can be handled locally instead of shipping... Better than the other chain parts stores around!

Dustin & I'm sorry but can't remember the name of the other gentlemen but anyways.....These guys are Always very helpful & friendly. We were having major issues with My Mans truck & with their help & Comeing in 3 days in a row problems fix &He's good to go.Dustan is always helpful & very friendly to Me & My Man & Kid's.Thank you

Update:they ordered a diff brand and made it right .Run around after run around. Have ordered part twice and noone can tell me why its not being delivered but saying over and over its there.
