Absolutely great experience. Chris the manager was extremely helpful. Went above and beyond to not only help us with what we needed but also came out, provide knowledge and helped us clean up. Very very nice place. Best Advanced we have been to!

I needed a new battery, it was my lunch break and I didn't have much time. Mike answered the phone and he was very friendly and professional and let me know they had my battery in stock. When I arrived at the store they were extremely busy but handled it very well. All the staff were very friendly and professional. Chris sold me my battery and installed it for me right there! I was so happy and relieved! I feel that the employees in this location went out of their way in customer service. If you need anything for your car I would recommend going to this location! Thank you Chris, Mike and rest of staff!

MARTIN was amazing and other regular customers would agree. When I got into the store I asked for help with my battery, and I was really in need of assistance. Martin ended up helping me and my car hasn't had any more issues as of right now. I will be making trips there whenever I need anything car related.

Stopped in because I was delivering a doordash order.But just as I parked my add oil warning came on. So I was asked by Pepper they type of car, HE looked it up. .. I said just one quart I'm going to get it changed tomorrow. He came outside poured the oil in and was a pleasure to talk with. I wish there were more young people as kind as he! Great job THANKS FOR HELPING AN OLD LADY OUT!

We purchased a like Alternator (Remanufactured) from Advanced Auto Parts back in December. This comes w/ a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty does not include labor, but covers the part only. Our car a KIA Sorento had problems w/ the remanufactured alternator. Larry & Chris at Advanced in Homosassa were quick to replace the alternator directly to the shop and also credited back to me the cost of the Alternator. They did this fast, I received my full purchase price back immediately and then Advanced Auto went a " STEP " further showing OUTSTANDING customer service. They have a program within Customer service called: " DOCS TEAM ". Call 800 Advance and push Option 3. If you provide your invoices, receipts, and history of the issue the Docs Team after review will determine a fair resolution to your problem w/ what is called: " a One Time Courtesy ". Advance Auto helped Reimburse us for the problems which included: tow, rentals, part, labor. They were polite, sincere, genuine and the entire team from store level through Corporate Customer Service Outstanding! Do not ignore they're discounts, perks program, specials & promo codes either as its saves quite a bit over time. I'm proud to give Advance a 5 Star review and this goes well beyond dollars saved. It's how they worked w/ the customer, cared and treated the customer that stood out heads and shoulders above the rest of the competition: O' Reilly, Napa, Auto zone, etc.

I had accidentally walked in thinking it was AutoZone and purchased an idler pulley for my Ford 150 when the parts guy told me the price my face must have said it all lol the price was $12 more than the one at AutoZone the parts guy checked and sure enough he not only matched the price he took off another 10%

These clerks are mostly old car guys that are "above being helpful". Ask a question and you will probably be met with a disdainful look like "what are you? Stupid"?I've hated this "experience" there for about 8 years now. A last resort kinda stop for parts.

I don t understand why for the Life of me anytime there s a screw up, I m the one it happens too, or when there s a mix up on the site that s says you have something IN STOCK that s not in stock then you CALL ME and say sorry there s a mix up it s not in stock , we have to order it from our warehouse , then It can be shipped to your house . Well guess what somewhere along the steps of requesting the alternator from your guy s warehouse, I get. sent. The. Wrong. Alternator. DING DING DING. Doesn t match to my car. (Btw I paid $8.99 for same day shipping) ((can you guess the problem there??)) (((because there was a mIx uP bEtWeEn tHe sItE aNd wHaT yOu hAd iN sToCk iN sToRe, it didn t get sent same day, so a waste of $8.99 and a alternator that doesn t fit my car))) I m coming in the morning, I pray to god some that s working there sees this and knows what to do.

I am a local business owner that has used advanced auto parts in Homosassa for several years now, it was bad enough when they raise their prices nearly 32% on a lot of their product but now if they can t find it on the computer the part you re looking for they won t even go out of their way to help maybe match up a simple part as a gasket , I feel like this is very poor customer service for a small town auto parts store , I will no longer do business with this location, I don t mind driving up the street to Napa , sorry guys but now when customers ask me where I get my parts I will let them know about this store and why I stopped buying from you

I am leaving this review here under Homosassa but it is directed to the Crystal River store as well as the Inverness store. I have an AC compressor that needs a warranty, you can read the rest of the notes under the Crystal River review. It is the same name as posted. Under my other Review for the Crystal River store corporate said that they would do anything they could to right what has happened and speaking to the acting district manager out of Wesley Chapel Mr. Adams he will not honor the warranty on the AC compressor. Once again you can see the complaint and the response under the crystal river store. Do not use this company they do not care about the customer. Hope this gets seen by everyone. Upon your response I would only give you another chance if you warranted my compressor.

We have several different Auto parts stores around us. This one, though, is By far the most helpful staff & knows what you are talking about and looking for. Others are Clueless. If it's not on computer they don't have a clue how to help you Best prices. Napa is Overpriced !!!

These guys are kinda ridiculously helpful. Don't go here if you don't want to talk :) Greetings at door, immediate assistance and overall friendly and nice. And biggest for me, didn't make me feel like the car dummy I am... They seem to always have what your looking for or can get it fast. Good job.

Went in for a battery warranty issue. For some reason the battery just would not take the charge on my home charger. They had to go through the warranty process and because it was an optima battery it took 24 hours for them to charge it but the battery was burning hot and still was not registering properly. Finally the guy understood what the problem was and just swapped out the battery. I have had no problems keeping the charge on the new one obviously it was just a defect on the original that was only 6 months old.

Everyone I've spoken to at this store is very kind, helpful, and patient. I have nothing bad to say about this place. The guys here are willing to have conversation with you which is hard to come by nowadays. Exceptional staff.

I own a 2011 chevy express and it was overheating. It August 30 2020, sunday st 6:32. Its the end of my world. I go into the store desperately needing help. I ask if i can borrow a scanner to check the check engine light and buy the broken sensor.... They said sorry sir its Sunday night amd your out of luck all the shops are closed. Said the older gray heard man. He then added we canr exit the store to read your code sorry man. To bad. I looked in dspair and said but your not social distancing or wearing masks and you cant even let me borrow the scanner? He said you can purchase one. I said thanks and was very polite. I walked out reasoning they lost a customer for life. I walked into AutoZone across the street. They said a similar story and apologized for advanced lacl of interest. They let me borrow the tool and i brought it back in. I purchased the correct part and my express was back to normal. Save your time and money go to AutoZone!

Went here to get some headliner Tacks and another time to get some battery test and alternator test and battery wires and each time place and staff was nice and helpful. I would go here again. They have a sink for you to clean up when your working on your car in the parking lot. So far they have had what I need when I go there. There parking lot there is set up nicely so you can work on your vehicle with ease when your still at the auto store.They let me borrow tools to use when I was working on car in there lot.

This has been my go-to place for years. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They'll help with installing your new battery and wiper blades, too. A good experience every time.

Check your packages when you buy from them. I purchased a spray fabric protect that must have had a crack in the lid. I purchased the wrong product and went to return with receipt. They would not take it back. They did not offer any oyher solution.

Was a customer always great service then it all fell apart ordered a part to be sent to local shop to install had do ne this on 2 other occasions no problem we'll this time all he'll was put down on me. Was told when part was expected and promised it was on next delivery took time off and went inside and was told to get out not sure what happened but got call later on told not to come Bach waited part not on delivery Same thing next day was not delivered called got run around told next day it wails be there waited in lot van pulled up dropped off parts employee came out and said your part not delivered

Answered the phone 20 min before they opened. Brandon said he didn't have the battery for my prius, but could get it by 12:00. I brought the car in and he tested the charging system, and battery. Called me at 12:00 to let me know it was in. I have been shopping there for years, and always get great service. highly recommend them.

Very clean store and they have safety measures in place for the safety of the customer I went there to get a starter and Mark b checked my vehicle battery and alternator and determine that all I needed was a battery and was very helpful and installed the battery for me great store and I would recommend them anyone
