I highly recommend South Dade Toyota. They are one of the best Toyota Dealers in Miami. I received nothing but great and personalized service from them. I got 4 new tires for my car and they went above and beyond to find me the best tires and at the lowest price. They were also very friendly and delivered the car on time. I have already recommended them to my friends and they are also extremely happy with their experience at South Dade Toyota. If you are looking for a Toyota in Miami, try South Dade Toyota, they will definitely meet your expectations and find you the best deal possible.

My first experience with South Dade Toyota has been great. I went in for a routine maintenance and Brenda F (the service assistant manager) was able to actually SAVE me money! The tech was able to identify some things that were legitimately wrong with my vehicle and Brenda F discussed them with me and we came up with a strategic plan of action. I know there are quite a few negative reviews on this place, but I can honestly say it was a very positive experience. The inspection sheet did not match the description that the representative came out to discuss. Inspection sheet showed the brake pads bad (8mm) remaining. They were just changed about a year ago. The inspection sheet indicated Drims, rotors, etc, all in good shape, but was told they need to be replaced..normal money maker items, such as cabin filter was just cleaned a month ago, and engine air filter was inspected a month ago, and still in decent shape.Inspection sheet indicated Transmission, differential oils needed complete replacement. However, there was no actual inspection of the fluid, but just a mileage based item. My previous oil change actually inspected the fluid condition and indicated it was still good (back in St Louis)Timelines and Schedules don t actually determine if a service needs to be performed. If they are doing an actualInspection, they need to do what they say they are doing.Disappointing and misleading.Also, if they are recommending, or indicating items that are so called must be done NOW! There should be an associated pricing included, and not just a blank check for whatever it costs.

I came in for diagnostic test because my check engine light came on. Valentina was very helpful from the very beginning. She went above and beyond to help me and explain what needed to be done with my car. I have been having my car serviced by South Dade Toyota for years and been very happy with their work and also service technicians have been pleasant competent. However, at my most recent servicing, I ended up with big bill, a couple hundred dollars more, and when I attempted to look at estimate, it had been deleted. In the future I will request a printout. You go in prepared to spend $1,000 and not much more, and then your bill is $1,300 with no way to verify it. Very frustrating. I put a long one in there

Wish I could give 0 stars Went in for a battery exchange since my battery is lifetime. When I got home my AUTO LSD light is on and my check engine light is also on. Don t understand why since I had my Toyota RAV4 for 11 years and I never had this issue as soon as the car came out the service department lights on my dash are on. Had to change the O2 sensor for the transmission. Beware people #suspiciousService: Auto battery replacement

I purchased a battery less than a year ago from the service center and yesterday it was completely dead. I called Toyota to make an appointment and the call rep found my receipt immediately and advised me since I bought it less than a year ago its covered under warranty. When I arrived , the advisor a young lady that I ve seen working there for years advised me she could not find the receipt and the last receipt she found was oct of 2019 . Since I had no other option I told her let s buy a new battery then for $240 . As I was in the waiting room I looked over my emails and found the emails that prove that I purchased the battery in Oct 2022 (less than a year) when I showed her the emails, all of a sudden she found the receipt in the system and she told me the replacement is actually free . I didn t have to pay the $250 thankfully , but if it wasn t for me looking more into it she would ve scammed me or someone else out of $250.Service: Auto battery replacement

The staff is extremely kind and making an appointment through the app is easy.However, I find it absolutely disgusting that the higher ups have chosen to add a 3% surcharge fee to credit card transactions. With the current state of the economy, most people have no choice but to use a credit card for required repairs/maintenance. The fact that I had to pay $7 just to swipe my card, on top of a $300 bill for required general maintenance, is ridiculous. Although, I love the staff, I ll most likely be finding a new dealership/shop to go to. I was surprised and asked one of the employees about the charge, and told them that I didn t remember paying that last time; they informed me that the surcharge fee was instated about 2-3 weeks prior. I hope the higher ups take the welfare of their customers into account and rethink on their new policy.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went to South Dade Toyota this morning 11-11-23. Was greeted while still in my 2021 Tacoma. I was told someone would be with me shortly. A service tech came out very professional I told him what I needed.1 hr I was back on the road. I just drove up no appointment.The entire service department were very professional. The team did an outstanding job. They were quick, easy and very accommodating. Dealer charges 3% for using credit card. What country am I in? $158 for a simple oil change. Not even synthetic! Recommended things that were already done in another toyota dealership recently. Service Technician Steven did not explain well regarding service to be done and did not explain the cost of the service, especially when vehicle still on lease program. The date of the service receipt was even entered wrong. The message sent with regards to amount due is even different from the actual amount billed when I picked up my car & did not explain the difference of the amount billed. I m so frustrated of my service experience.

I felt Like a VIP walking into the Service Department. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done in good time, not an all day service. Brenda, the coordinator was extremely pleasant and helpful. The place was pleasantly clean and organized. It was my first time there and I surely will return. I'm really disappointed with my recent experience with my 2023 Tundra at the dealership. At just 14,000 miles, my vehicle developed a shutter malfunction, which was frustrating in itself. To add insult to injury, I had to pay a hefty $300 deposit to secure a rental while my truck was being serviced. What's even more frustrating is that the rental provided wasn't anywhere near the same size as my Tundra. As a result, I had to spend extra money on a rental that couldn't accommodate my needs. What's most disappointing, though, is that no one at the dealership has made any effort to compensate for the inconvenience and expenses I've incurred due to this issue. This lack of customer care and the financial burden this situation has placed on me is deeply saddening. I pay over $1000 for this truck I should be taken care of. I ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They were polite and courteous. The quote for service was pretty absurd however. Felt like they wanted to try to charge so much so I would just break down and buy a new car (tried to talk me into it a couple times, which I know is their job, but still). Don't recommend taking slightly older cars for service here. Watch out for the $200 diagnostic fee which they'll still take from you even when you decide you don't want to spend thousands of dollars on repairs.

Pretty good service and in a timely manner. Is my go to place. Had advised needed my wipers changed but they didn t do the back window one for some reason. Kinda wish they offered a cleaning service too. At the very least wish they could let us use the car wash they have as part of a service of theirs since already there for a servicing of my car. But this still my go to place and on less busy days they be servicing cars very fast.

Without an appointment I had the fortune to be helped by a knowledgeable young lady who advised me each step of the inspection.When she brought me the list of needed repairs and prices. The Assistant Manager Brian,Was professional, explained what my deductible would be prior to servicing my vehicle, thank you! And when they found the issue, he called in advance to fully explain the issue & cost of repair. This service center always takes FOREVER to check you in for service, even with an appointment! There are never enough employees there to attend more than one car at a time. Only when I complain do people magically come out to attend you. My appointment was at 8am and I wasn t attended until 8:30am.My service advisor is great, always helpful and efficient. But overall the entire service center needs a new manager to get things to move smoother and more efficiently. I ve been to the service center on us1 by Pinecrest and they are super fast and efficient.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection

I cannot say enough great things about this car dealership and its service department. From the moment I stepped into their parking lot and looked at different models with Alex, my experience has been absolutely fantastic.I fell in love with the Toyota Crown 2023. This vehicle is exclusively built in Japan, known for its exceptional quality and reliability. Plus, it's so beautiful!The process of purchasing my Toyota was smooth and enjoyable. Alejandro Casals helped me finance my car, ensuring that I got the best possible deal and terms. I didn't like my fabric seats, but Alejandro let me know that I could choose any color I want, and they would install it in 3 days. The dealership doesn't really advertise it, but they actually offer over 50 colors and 6 different styles to choose from for custom leather seats. I was able to personalize my car with the exact seats I wanted for approximately $1000. Gabriel was there to assist me in choosing the style and type of leather (perforated or regular) and colors. I was incredibly excited about the outcome!Aside from my car purchase, the service department at this dealership is top-notch. Miss at the Cafeteria makes amazing coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice, just what I needed at 7.15 am while waiting for my car to be serviced. Went to do the oil change, they were very friendly, if your service last longer than 1 hour they offer you a free lyft ride. They sent me the summary of the services the car needed ASAP and I approved it online but when I arrived they did not do it, but this turned out for the better since the service I approved was to change the engine belt because according to them it was broken or really old, but when I took it to another mechanic and he actually showed the part to me, he said it was in perfectly good condition, so I am glad I did not spend 300 unnecessarily, my recommendation would be to have a second opinion before you decide to do something with them.Service: Auto maintenance
