I purchased my car from here and I love it ! It was the perfect deal shout out to the sales manager ADAM GOOD he was so kind and helpful!!! He mad sure I left happy !!! They even provided me transportation to the dealer ship itself!!! I even had a problem with the car Adam said don t worry about anything bring it back !!!!! I recommend anyone looking for a car shop here !!!

I had an amazing experience with the dealership. Everyone was very professional. I was able to get everything finalized over a phone call and text. They sent me a detailed OTD price and honored it. When I went to dealership I was out in a few hours, no hassle. People are amazing and friendly. No sales tactics and pressure. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

I sold my car on March 11th, 2024 and it is now March 29th. How have I still not received my check? I understand it takes a while to clear my old loan and write me a check, but that should take no longer than a week. My loan was cleared on the 20th. So it takes 10 days to pay off the small amount left on my loan and over 9 days to get a check to me? Thanks guys. My plan was to pay off debt ASAP, not continue paying interest on it. The car sale would have wiped out all the debt I have.Add that there has been ZERO documentation or follow up. I got 1 paper that I signed and they filled out, but they had not signed anything, or showed me anything that was going on. No ETA on when I'm getting my money. If I can pay the financial kia part of the company instantly, it shouldn't take almost a month to pay me. That's just scummy business practice to use my money to make interest or investments, and balance the books.Can I get my money? Follow up on the date?I've also come to the service department and have gotten some very snotty attitudes by the workers even though I was trying to be as polite as possible. This Kia is owned by the dealer group that runs the one further North on road US 1, and they didn't want to fix my car under warranty until I left a 1 star review there. Can you guys get your act together? How about take the narcissistic suits off and actually do your damn job? Making money is about providing a high quality and fast service, not skrewing people over for financial gain. Taking almost a month to pay me is skrewing me over. I have bills to pay, ya know, because when I owe somebody money, I actually have to try to pay then on time

My wife took her car in for service due to ABS light on the dashboard . Was told in addition to the speed sensor that needed to be replaced ($543.90), that her car had additional "critical " items.- Cabin air filter spray ($111)- battery terminals that were corroded and needed to be cleaned (39.95)-engine air filter and clean box ($64.98)- battery replacement ($303.84)- rear brake pad replacement ($269.94)Since they already diagnosed the issue, and we would have lost the diagnostic fee we decided to let them fix the speed sensor and brake pads, and decided to defer the rest so I can take somewhere else or do it myself.After we got the car back I checked the battery and saw there was ZERO corrosion (battery was less than 2 years old since we last replaced and still under warranty with AutoZone). I checked the engine filter and it was slightly dirty, but by no means "critical".Saved myself over $500 by going to AutoZone for filters and to check the battery. I now question whether the brakes needed to be changed at all given everything else mentioned was a blatant lie.Be weary of any non-essential "critical" items they recommend. We will not be coming back to these crooks for service again.

I came to this place for an oil change. It took them over 3 hours to get the oil change and tires rotated. I hope they hire more people at the cervice department to take care of the customers. Not likely to recommend this place for service. I have experience a state of the art service in Virginia. Shelor Motor Mile Kia cervice department.

Edited - I'm keeping my original review up, but I wanted to include an update. After working with multiple levels of management, they agreed to ship the car back to Homestead and do the necessary work to rectify the issues. Additionally, they reimbursed me for numerous expenses related to the vehicle not working as promised during the sell. after numerous weeks of frustration, I was happy to hear they were agreeing. My recommendation is to get EVERYTHING the sales guy says in writing and if you have any issues, take it to upper management immediately. I'm changing my one star to four stars for this reason.original posting -Would give zero stars if that was an option. Started with the sales person Matthew failing to give me pertinent information from finance, which ended up having me waste $300. Then was told the car was 100% ready for my transport company to pick it up (I live out of town). Upon pick up, the car wasn't ready, battery was dead, and held the guys up over 2 hours, which caused them to be delayed a full day in my delivery. When the car was delivered, it wasn't detailed, smelled of gas, and the check engine light was on. I was told that that the car was "Certified pre-owned" and that it had gone through an extensive check in the service department. I made an appointment with the local KIA dealership and they immediately found multiple problems with the engine and told me it could take 3 weeks or more for them to completely diagnose and fix the issues. I reached out to management at the South Dade dealership and as of today (6 days later), no one has returned any of my calls. I texted the sales person and his response was "it's still under warranty". Well, that's great, but I'm still without a car to drive. Bottom line, avoid this dealership. the lack of customer response to issues shows me they are in for the quick sale and want to move on. Customer service is key. There are lots of Kia dealerships in the state. Do a little research, and buy from one of the more reputable companies. I just wish I had taken my own advice.

I never do reviews but I've had the worst experience ever here. I purchased a car last month and the dealer never gave me the original key, the car already had to go into service and this dealership keeps giving me the run around, no courtesy car, doesn't update me on anything; I have to call for updates. Don't buy a car here, a waste of time.

Like most dealer they lied about the price of the vehicle and the service plan for the vehicle they try to come off like they re not sharks but they are ,they will get you in a vehicle . But you re definitely going to get ripped off and let s not mention the customer service is great until you start asking questions

BAD SERVICE, If you have no choice & have to buy a car here, which i do not recommend, make sure to stay away from SALESMAN MATTEW & FINANCE MANAGER DAVID, continued for you to investigate, car came 1 key salesman Mattew had to follow & try to get the 2nd key, but he never did & stop responding, same as David Finance manager, i tried to speak to management desk not posible no one answers & no one available, my plates never was send & temporary one expired & have to park the car & can not drive until mailed. Only one girl was helpful & took care of mailing the plate. Should i ever buy from this store again? OF COURSE NO, WOULD YOU? Salesman Mattew was wearing clothes like he just came out from shower & he is in his bedroom.

Horrible place! They told me if I acted quickly, they could get the car I wanted within a few days. I put down a $500 deposit and after 2 weeks they still didn t have my car. I asked for my deposit back as another dealer got my car in 1 day for less money. It s been a week since I requested a refund on my deposit and no-one has shown me any proof that they ve initiated the refund, even though I was told several times that they would provide that for me. I m still waiting on the refund and will likely need to take legal action soon. Shop at Wallace Kia instead. They are honest, straightforward and fast!

Well it all started out great. The sales person was polite enought until he wasn't. I walk in with an open mind to buy my grandson a car. I did all the work except test drive the cars. I requested the K5 and the ev6 sport. Why would a cat salesman tell me I can't test the ev6 because it's a performance vehicle but I can test drive the base model...it was right at that moment that I knew there was going to be an issue. So instead of arguing I opted to just leave. Matthew Martinez came to my car and asked me if I was still interested and I said yes and he proceeded to explain why they "do not allow people to test drive theEV6 sports and then I took it out only to find out I don't like it.....but the K6 is the winner, hands down!

I tried them thinking they would be fair because they are new here in Homestead, but was I very WRONG. They over price a K5 LXS for like $4,000.Their excuse because everyone is doing it and because they CAN!And to make matters worse, one of the gentlemen calling the shots (Francisco) thinks that their is no difference between a KIA & MERCEDES-BENZ and that no one will give me a K5 for MSRP and no money down, he was WRONG!Got my new KIA at Hollywood Kia in like 3 hours and no BS pricing and with the best experience & deal ever, Jack was my sales man.We are living through some hard times.. don't let this Dealerships take advantage of you. There are still some good and fair Dealerships out there.

Javier Cortina was spectacular from beginning to end. Even with a language barrier between us, he worked to overcome it and helped me find the exact model I was searching for. His professionalism and enthusiasm made the entire process easy and I never had a question that wasn t answered promptly. We had an amazing experience at South Dade Kia of Homestead! From the time we walked in the door we were taken care of and treated with kindness and respect. Our saleswoman Saily was nothing short of amazing and helped us throughout our buying process. The manager Asber was an amazing help throughout the process as well. Manny was a wiz with our financing and helped us get the best rate in this crazy market. We are very happy with our purchase of a Ford-150 and are thankful for a quick and efficient buying experience! I would recommend them to anyone in the car buying process!

(posting late a review for a car I bought from them in december 2022)Justin Alfonso, the saleperson I worked with was excellent: very knowledgeable about the car, very accommodating of requests. He prepared the car well for the test drive and the sale.He listened and understood questions well and gave to-the point answers. He once did not have an answer about a finance question and he had the humility to say I don't understand this.As I explain below, I had a lot of issues with the finance department, but I felt like I could count on Justin to help me with the issues even with other departments.This dealership's pricing was fairly transparent and they didn't do the horrible price gouging that some other Kia dealerships were doing because of the inventory shortage.The dealership was very neat and clean and had modern amenities, although it was a bit too cold for me.The finance department was often not helpful and at times even scary in the sense that I felt like I always had to be on my guard to avoid signing something that is not in my best interests.On day 1, I worked with Danny. he was often not helpful, but not scary.He gave the lease contract and I asked him what is "capitalized cost reduction".He replied back with a word salad that seemed very incoherent to me. I think even he didn't know what he was talking about.Also, I once wanted to check out the detailed calculation of the monthly payment for a higher down payment amount. Danny was very reluctant to show the calculation to me and literally said "I cant print so many pages again". He did agree to finally print just the calculation page for the higher down payment amount. Maybe he was tired as it was late at night: they close at 9pm and it was already 10pm. It was already 8:45pm when I told them I wanted to get the vehicle I test drove.The next morning, I decided to get a loan instead of a lease. I am grateful that the dealership accommodated my request. But my experience with David was painful.He tried very very hard to sell me the extra maintanence plans, even though I told him very clearly at the very beginning that there is no chance I will buy them. He acted like I owe him a detailed explanation of my decision to not buy them.Also, they first offered me a loan with APR of about 5.7% with their Kia bank, even though the website advertized 4.75% the same day.I told him that bank of america offered me a lower rate of 5.34% and he agreed to make a formal loan application with bank of america. Once he confirmed that bank of america was indeed offering me 5.34%, he -- without even asking me --told me that he switched the application to Kia bank as Kia bank will match the interest rate. He was very very reluctant to switch it back to bank of america. Again he acted like I owe him a detailed explanation about why I want to go with bank of america (the online reviews of Kia bank customer service seemed horrible to me). He did finally switch, but for the rest of the time doing the transaction, I was very stressed out because it felt like if I am not very very careful, they will trick me into signing something that is not in my best interests.

Today is 08/13/2023, and we are still awaiting a refund of $38053.54 from a transaction that was canceled back in June. The sale was terminated one day after the funds were wired. No paperwork was signed, and it was mutually agreed upon that we would not proceed with the purchase of the Highlander Hybrid.The salesperson keeps mentioning that he has had numerous conversations with an individual named David in the accounting department. Despite our repeated calls, our names are taken down for a 'manager to call us', but there has been no subsequent follow-up from any manager. Our patience is wearing thin.Buyer beware. Make sure you are aware of who you are dealing with before entering into any business arrangement with a company of this nature. We are in the process of filing our complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and exploring all available legal options.

What an excellent experience I ve had here today getting my cars first service done at the new Kia location in Homestead. The dealership looks great and Manny and Helen in the service department was super attentive to me when I arrived. The service was going to take a few hours so they gave me a courtesy Lyft to and from my house. Helen and Manny took care of my normal service, and they also double and triple checked some safety concerns that I had with my brakes. The team went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe with my new purchase and I will be returning to this location for future service and purchases.

Worst customer service and repair shop. Take your car anywhere else. Service rep should be fired.Car wouldn t start. Battery was replaced since it was old anyway. Had car towed to Kia Homestead from the keys, because shop Recomended by Kia Roadside in the keys says it wasn t the battery, starter or alternator, it s a known programming issue that only KIA can resolve. Kia gets the car, won t start and says oh dead battery, jumps the car and says they re done with it. I advised car has a history of intermittent starter not working (happening for 6 months). Service rep says they don t care because it s not showing symptoms right now. They literally jumped started car and REFUSED to look any further even through I the customer had advised them the starter was intermittent. So we pick up the car the next day and guess what happens? Car won t start. They jumped agin and we took it out of there. I ll NEVER bring a car back there again!They literally refused to look into a problem. Service Rep said that s not what they do at repair shop (look for problems customer advising).

I have tried contacting them to service my Kia and no one answered and no one called me back when I texted them back.. I texted the Kendall Kia and got a call back from a great rep in less than 3 minutes and set up my appointment. I hope management reads this. I wanted to give them a chance but no simple call back How can I trust you with my car??

I never really thought I'd ever positively review a dealership, but the people here made buying the car really easy. Shoutout to Manuel Morales from the sales team and Lena from the calling center. Super low pressure to buy and allowed me to take my time to with purchasing. Once I'm ready to replace my second car I will return to these folks first.

I live 2.5 hours away. I got a price from them online. They asked about my trade. My trade is only 3 years old. I sent photos and they had the vin number. The lady gave me a price and I agreed upon it. They said I could do it all online. It wouldn't allow me to put my deposit on it. I drove there the next morning. After my trade I was told I would be paying $18,000. The manager came to me and said I owed $30,000. I said no thanks.I explained the online agreed on price was $18,000. He said used cars arent selling right now. I do not recommend! I left without the car!

This was my first time leasing a car. I had already negotiated with the South Dade sales team on a KIA 2023 Soul and locked in an MSRP and agreed upon down payment. Erica was my salesperson and she was lovely to work with. She had kept in contact with me until the Soul I wanted had arrived at thier Homestead location. When I got there, the car was ready to go for a test drive. I absolutley love my brand new car. I never was pressured in upgrading payment options on anything I did not want. They honored the pricing that was sent to me beforehand. The financial transaction went smoothly. I was there for just two hours and will definitely return for my schedule maintance. 10/10 recommend.

My complaint is with the service department. I took my Niro in because other dealers kept mis-diagnosing the car. I ve spent thousands of dollar on engine flushes and it hasn t resolved my check engine light. I explained this to the tech. Well, after an almost 4K quote including another said engine flush & over $200 diagnostics, I asked if I paid the 4K and it didn t work, was it guaranteed. She couldn t give me a guarantee that it would resolve the problem or that my 4K wasn t in vain. She kept insisting that the mechanic had 15 years experience and he was pretty sure it would resolve the problem. Mind blowing how they disregard you once you ve paid for their hunk of junk! Avoid Kia s as all cost. Oh, and don t purchase the service agreements as you ll never get to use it. Another waste of over 2-3k.

I was very satisfied with the representatives and service at Homestead Kia. They were polite and friendly and the work was done within a reasonable amount of time. I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment and was helped right away. I will be going back there next time I need service.

As always, 100% 1A service, the managers, and Jorge Alvarez with his patience and knowledge makes the experience pressure free!! I recommend South Dade Kia Homestead, Miami and South Dade Toyota, they all provide the best service and try to help you as much as they can!!
