Jose is the best! He really knows the store, and just the right item you might need to get you through. This store is better stocked than others in Homestead, and the guys are so helpful and friendly. My husband is a master mechanic, and will not shop anywhere else. Nuff' said:)

EDIT - response to owner: Your techs are often not that knowledgeable when it comes to parts and have difficulty with cross-reference part numbers. I would give a 5 stars but unless you swap out the entire staff, I'd say you're doing OK... just not for my specific needs. Thanks..

Bad customer service from the assistant manager Jazm�n this person doesn t care about the customer and has a bad attitude. I came with a quotation provided to me last week in that store from another salesperson and she didn t honor those prices.

This Napa is nice and clean. Plenty of parking and the staff is friendly and offers assistance readily. Its usually not very crowded and I normally find what I'm looking for eventhough shelves are sparingly stocked. I especially like that it's right next to Krispy Kreme and Home Depot. Get your car parts, home essentials and fresh donuts all in one trip.

bad attention from the manager today Sunday 10/21 / 2018. In a very rude way he refuses to give credit for new parts without using purchases in his same store. Do not waste your money in stores that do dirty maneuvers against their own clients. You already know.

The attendant was very helpful!! Auto parts stores aren't always a "comfortable" place for women. This one was not bad at all

Good dependable parts. Always have what I need if not same day but within a day or so. Helpful friendly staff I own a business and they keep my equipment top notch.

Great staff, knowledgeable, quality parts. Pay a little more but get the right parts the first time. Experienced staff, not like the other chains that hire 18yr olds who only know what's on the computer.

I drove here after they told me they had the battery for my car, and I had to go to another NAPA to get the battery to replace the battery I had that had died and was still under warranty because the battery they had was too old. I came back to this NAPA return the core 2 days later, as the old battery was still in the car that wouldn't start when I purchased the new battery. They did not want to give me my money back, because I purchased the new battery in a different store. I explained that they are a NAPA, and I bought the battery at a NAPA, so I didn't understand why this was a problem. The woman begrudgingly gave me my money back, then proceeded to complain about me to another customer in Spanish. I understand Spanish.

Don't trust they will be open when you get there. Arrived at 6:53 pm on Tuesday after driving 20 minutes and the place was locked up and the lights were off.
