When the appointment was made I was told it would take 5 hours max. It actually took 8.5 hours! Please give your customers accurate expectations. I m putting met because the gentleman than assisted me the day of was very nice and; because my car was actually washed and vacuumed.

The overall experience has been good, with quick service. The last time, the gentleman who assisted me was super nice! However, I'd like to point out a discrepancy I've noticed regarding the service details. It's stated that the vehicle will be washed and vacuumed, but this hasn't been the case on two occasions. The first time, it could have been due to time constraints, and the second time, perhaps because of the rain. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, I'd like to suggest ensuring that the promised service details are consistently fulfilled to maintain customer satisfaction. This isn't a complaint, just a suggestion for improvement. Thank you.

Jesse was really professional. She s very helpful. Even though she wasn t my advisor she took the time out her busy day to see that what I needed were met. I would recommend her to all my Nissan drivers that are still under warranty. Keep up the great work.

I went there for an oil change and engine air filter change and fuel injection cleaning and when they gave me my car back the ac didn t work and they scratch my car and had the nerves to say that they didn t do it that the scratch was there . so I told him I needed to speak to a manager. They told me the manager wasn t there and then they call somebody that was supposedly the manager and he told me straight up in my face. He didn t care, so they also told me that someone was going to get in contact with me on Monday, and that never happened ..

Jesse was amazing, could not have asked for a better sales person. He was extremely patient and caring. Very professional and knowledgeable. I took (towed) my car here for a diagnostic (everything would come on but wouldn't start) dash message of Chassis Control System, they charged me 188 for the service. The problem that I have is they did do the service requested. They told me that the issue was a "burned-out" ECM and wanted to charge 2100 to replace it. The CERTIFIED mechanic the ECM wasn't getting ground.I had my car towed home and found a disconnected plug coming off the positive side of the battery (see the picture). Connected th plug and the car started and is running great.Never trust them again... they take your money and can't do the work.

I can be more happy than I am with Lorenzo Nissan. I had been needing to trade my Jeep in for a while. I talked to several dealers but my credit was too low. Dodge dealership near Lorenzo lured me in over the phone and the. Told me 15 min after arriving that I don't qualify. They called me a second time assuring me the manager could work with me. I went and the manager immediately passed me off to somone else and the salesman said again that I don't qualify. I met Javier from Lorenzo and told him I didn't want to waste my time comming in if I didn't qualify. Javier took the initiative and did everything over the phone just to keep me from having to be turned down in public. Eventually they called me and said I was approved. The finance manager, Omar, was equally helpful. He's the one who was able to make a deal to get me approved. He definitely went above and beyond despite my very bad credit. They saw me as a person rather than a credit score. I bought a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. I will definitely be going back in the future.Thanks Javier, Omar and Lorenzo Nissan.

I WAS SOLD A 2021 BRONCO WITH 12K MILES BY AGENT LUIS NAVARRO. WITHIN 5 HOURS OF DRIVING OFF THE LOT THE ENGINE WOULD NOT START AND SMOKE BEGAN EMITTING FROM THE ENGINE. THIS IS NOT ONLY EXTREMELY DANGEROUS BUT A BLATANT MISREPRESENTATION OF THE STATED CONDITION OF THE CAR AS "PERFECT". THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM, AND LUIS HIMSELF ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ANY MESSAGES TO FACILITATE A RESOLUTION. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

I purchased a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder from here a month ago. The fuel pump already went out in it and they told me all they could do is replace the fuel pump. They would not give me the same car for the same amount. They also added $1925.00 to the sticker price with no explanation. The dealer prep was already added into the sticker price. They also told me when I bought it that it could tow just go to U-Haul and have a towing package installed and I cannot do a towing package with the one I bought because of the sensor in the back to open the hatch. I was promised a phone call from Juan the sales manager to explain the charges and nothing yet. The sales person Izzy is amazing. Juan also called JT makes promises and tells you things that are not true! Typical sales people! I also spoke to the GM Russell who said I would be taken care of. I have not been!Next step BBB!

I just recently got my first car and went to Lorenzo Nissan and Roberto helped me out a lot. The reason why we chose him is because he also helped my brother get his car as well. He was very nice and straight to the point. I ll definitely be going back to him specifically to do more business. Loved my experience with Roberto and at the Lorenzo nissan.

My car is still under warranty. I explicitly requested, both when making the appointment and upon delivering the car, to check one light and the side mirrors defogger (rearview mirrors). However, these specific requests were overlooked, and the service only involved an oil change, which took them from one day to the next.
