Had starter rebuilt, installed didn't work, returned it. rebuilt it some more, reinstall. reinstall several times still didn't work. Leon's closed, purchase new one from Napa, worked first installRebuilt SUCKED.

Took my alternator to Leon to get rebuilt thinking It was old and damaged. Turns out my problem wasn t the alternator. Leon opened it up and tested it and let me knew it was in good shape. The guy didn t even let me pay for his wasted time. Thank you Leon.

I have been in homestead to well over 24 years I have served this community with respect and earned the respect. I took my starter to be fixed at Leon's got the starter back. After installing the starter I noticed that it was just not working correctly so again I removed it took it back down to Leon's explain the problem. So he assured me that it would be fixed ....install it for a second time the starter did the same thing. Leon explained to me that he had fixed it and returned half the money and with a sarcastic smile told me not to come back.well I tell u I wanted to tell him a few things but out of respect for the people that were around I walked away said nothing..came back got the starter installed for a second time did not work. Well understand my frustration. Took the starter to another shop and was told the starter could not be fixed now I am looking st having to buy a new starter. Shame on u Leon for disrespecting me and taking my money returning my starter which doesn't work you should make it right With an apology for the money and time you have cost me. By the way I just had to purchase another starter from advance auto my mechanic said it worked beautifully there is nothing wrong with my car it's your workmanship that is at fault. Sir u are not perfect you just made a big mistake which cost me $160 more and mechanic fees I would never dream of coming back to your shop after the way you treated me keep the money what goes around comes around in life my mom thought me that

Neighbor had an alternator meltdown on an Acura and I offered to help. Replacement is very expensive and then I remembered Leon's Alternator & Starter, Inc in Homestead, Fl. They have been there forever. Took it to them in the morning and they called me to pick it up in the afternoon. Works perfectly and half the cost of a midrange store bought one. Try them once and you will remember them.

I had an old starter from a 1985 Roughwater Pilothouse yacht. I took up to these guys and they did an awesome job rebuilding it. Thank you guys so much. They made the thing look new.

Rebuilt my alternator, did not worked. Called, and no answer, would not refund even though work was guarantee. Customer service, not good.
