The Greeting form the young woman was a great experience. The over all service for the maintenance not fully aware of what all they do when it comes to the oil change, but some of my fluids were not full like my windshield fluids,the radiator fluid and break fluids were done. The two young men clean who my car did a very poor job they did not clean my ties only sprayed tie shine on them the car was not vacuum well and non of my inside was wipe down nor cleaned they did a very poor jobService: Oil change

My wife took her car in for service due to ABS light on the dashboard . Was told in addition to the speed sensor that needed to be replaced ($543.90), that her car had additional "critical " items.- Cabin air filter spray ($111)- battery terminals that were corroded and needed to be cleaned (39.95)-engine air filter and clean box ($64.98)- battery replacement ($303.84)- rear brake pad replacement ($269.94)Since they already diagnosed the issue, and we would have lost the diagnostic fee we decided to let them fix the speed sensor and brake pads, and decided to defer the rest so I can take somewhere else or do it myself.After we got the car back I checked the battery and saw there was ZERO corrosion (battery was less than 2 years old since we last replaced and still under warranty with AutoZone). I checked the engine filter and it was slightly dirty, but by no means "critical".Saved myself over $500 by going to AutoZone for filters and to check the battery. I now question whether the brakes needed to be changed at all given everything else mentioned was a blatant lie.Be weary of any non-essential "critical" items they recommend. We will not be coming back to these crooks for service again.

Homestead Kia Dealership is awesome! Alain helped me out and that man is great! Super friendly and very helpful! Definitely recommend coming here for a new car or even for a maintenance. Great staff!

Amazing service and very kind! I went in for my first oil change and service. I even went in with low tire pressure and they went out of their way and put air in my tires at no extra cost! They also did not try up selling me since my service was free since I pay for it in my car payment! Highly recommend and the service was quick too!Services: Tires, Oil change

I purchased my kia in a Miami kia and a new kia opened in homestead. Was so happy being we are in the keys. Stopped by and a service representative helped us out and ordered a part for us. Was very happy when I left.

My car is only 5 days old and I got a nail in the tire. I got there about 8am and Manny helped me out. He was FANTASTIC! They had my out of there in an hour. Cleaned my car and fixed my tire. Super nice, quick service, I will definitely be going to them again!Service: TiresService: Tires

I have to say they exceeded my expectations. I made an appointment for a recall and when I got there & the young lady that took care of me asked if I wanted to go home with the kids. The car would take sometime and they would sent for me when it was done. Besides the fact that her customer service was excellent she also had them do a 2nd recall that was available. This place is great!!!

I am happy to report that the service didn t take too long at all. The waiting room and dealership was very clean and inviting. The service personnel was very friendly and helpful. Above that, I appreciate Kia opening this dealership in Homestead so that I don t have to drive 20 plus miles away to the dealership and service center in Perrine where I purchased my vehicle. It is very convenient for me. I am very satisfied with the service that I received. Thanks again for great service and an overall pleasant experience.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I wasn't expecting much when I took my Niro PHEV in for an oil change as I tend to be disappointed by most dealerships. However, I was happily surprised with my first visit here. It's a brand new, super clean dealership and the the staff is very attentive. It's really great to know there's a good dealership just down the road. I'll be back!Service: Oil change

I was very impressed with the service I received at South Dade KIA Of Homestead. From beginning to end, they were friendly and professional. The facility was neat and clean and very comfortable. They even offered me a Lyft home and back when the car was ready. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had also washed my car inside and out when I picked it up.Service: Oil change

Engine lite came on. I didn t have no idea what the problem was. SD Kia found and fixed the issue. Only negative problem was the turn around time of getting my vehicle returned to me. Overall if I had to give a score , it would be a 10 for performance and a 4 for vehicle return.I was satisfied with the service overall.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Came for the second time here, to service my SUV and it was nothing like the first time. Customer service was fine, I'm talking about service wise. The parts department didn't have cabin or engine air filters in stock... Also the curtesy wash was nothing like the first time. The first time they even vacuum the interior. This time they just pressure cleaned the exterior, sprayed some armor all on the tires and that was all. Also I had a Fire Extinguisher on the trunk and looks like someone removed the safety pin... I was going to tell the girl in the counter all these but when I went back she was receiving another customer vehicle, I waited around 10 minutes, then I noticed that the other customer was arguing and looked like it was going to take them long so I left since i had to be somewhere else.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Everything went well. Superior and quick service. I was offered coffee, water, and snacks. They also provided me with the information to connect to the wifi and showed me the waiting room since I decided to wait rather than use the Lyft service that they also offered me. Awesome service as usual on my Kia K5. The service advisor was very friendly and answered all of my questions regarding my prepaid maintenance plan. She was very prompt upon my appointment arrival. The Service Technician John was very helpful. The service was quick and I was able to utilize the free Lyft services from the dealership. A+++ Dealer/Service Department!!!Service: Oil change

Please don't take your Kia to the service department at this place.This was my first time going to this Kia service center for a simple oil change service, I also rotated the wheels.My Kia Sportage 2017 never turned any service light before this visit, and starting the next morning and every morning since then, it turns on the oil light service. The service manager Many (Manuel) started being so defensive when I refused to pay for a $175 diagnostic test that wasn't provided to my car. My Kia never had this light on, and now it happens every morning. He continuesly said to me that the problem is the sensor. I found out that it should be a defective filter used during the service, he said NO, after some minutes talking he agreed on changing the filter as a complementary service client satisfaction, and he agreed to send me an invoice stating the change. I have never received the invoice, and the light is still turning on in the morning.I gave 1 star to this review only because Sabrina was really nice there. If it wasn't for her, this review should have 0 stars.
