Great customer service. Very professional & knowledgeable. Offered multiple solutions for me to choose from. Mobile service made it super easy. Clean install. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to replace electronics in a car or boat. Pleasure to work with!

Really clean work. Hooked up my system sounds great . Awesome customer service . Even drove out there way make house call to service equipment. I recommend anyone looking upgrade there sound system to check this place out .

I was in a jam and JA came through. He squeezed me in during his move to the new spot and I can t be happier with the service. He is straight up and fair. More than fair. I was looking for someone to upgrade a stereo and add a backup camera in an older vehicle and I couldn t find a place in the Keys. I contacted Juan and he was so polite and responsive. He made time to install the stereo by special appointment. The stereo and backup camera work perfectly. I highly recommend using J&A Electronics.

What a great customer service experience I just had a J&A! After speaking with JC, the owner, over the phone and making an appointment, I drove my wife s VW Jetta up from the Keys for some work on the factory head unit. JC s clear, concise explanation and understanding of the car and it s stereo really showed. He had the unit swapped out in 15 minutes and I was back on the road to Key Largo shortly there after. Truly a pleasure doing business with them.I will be back with my Ram for Amp and Sub work shortly! Trustworthy, honest and very committed to good service, I won t go anywhere else. Anyone in the upper Keys or southern South Florida looking for a conveniently located Car and Boat Audio Specialist, look no further.

After having no luck at Best Buy to troubleshoot our gps system I located J&A. He said he usually requires an appointment but was kind of enough to take a look. JC really knows his stuff. Turned out our system was bad. He had a unit that would work and gave us a great price. Excellent customer service. Thank you JC.

Wow! I can't say enough good things about J&A Electronics. Juan (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable and professional and takes his time explaining the different installation options. In my case it was a Pioneer 10 Sealed enclosure active subwoofer with built-in amplifier going in a 2021 Lexus GX460. It turned out perfect AND Juan was even cool enough to add some personalization which I didn't expect. I want to thank the awesome team at J&A Electronics in Homestead, FL for taking such care of my vehicle. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be going back . Great work guys !

Prior to going to J&A Electronics the sound in my car went completely out. The first day I went there I was immediately informed on what the issue was (amplifier went out) and how to fix it. Not only was my sound fixed but I also asked to have my sound system updated and now my car sounds better than it ever did before! A brand new screen was built inside of it and it looks and sounds absolutely amazing!!! When I went to pick my car up not only was it fixed but they also cleaned it for me and even put more air in my tires and didn't charge me for it. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants an amazing sound system in their vehicle!

I came after hours and he brought me in with open arms. I didn't even have an emergency. I had a dead battery so he let me leave it there over night while it charged and stopped what he was doing to take me home! This was my very first time coming here and he met me with open arms and treated me like family. You need work done this is the right place. Legit quality work!

You want a person who gives kind and excellent advice, helps out as if you are family Juan is his name this guy is really compassionate on his work he wants the job not to good HE WANTS IT PERFECTION TO THE LAST SCREW. He said one time if i unscrew 10 and put back in 9 I ll do it all over again until 10 has been met.This man is really ambitious, saw him working on someone s else s truck man turn out freaking outstanding the bass is just as nice as the vocals, you can hear blocks down the street but the set up/designs man if you can dream it he can make it overall Juan does clean and good work, money well spent

The best way to describe my experience with J&A us overly professional and punctual. First they weren t the first to claim that they could do a sub and amp install in my car. The first company that came out did a hack job on my car all the way around. They were able to come out and not only do quality work for me they were also able to clean up the mess left by the other guy. On top of doing the type of work that one would want to have done on your car they did it at the best price of over 6 other local shops in my area. Long story short they ll be my first call for any other upgrades or installs done to the sound system in my family s cars or trucks. Thanks for doing right by me and always making yourself available if I have any questions or needing if anything tweaked or adjusted.

Enjoyed a wonderful visit here, brought my Church's Korg keyboard in to get repaired after calling to inquire whether or not they could/would be able to troubleshoot and repair it ... without hesitation I was invited to bring it on in.So, I did, was greeted by Juan, the Owner, a very pleasant and polite man, and immediately took the keyboard to his workbench and started the process ... after the basics of power supply and connector proved not an issue, he started disassembly and immediately pinpointed the problem, made the repair, and reassembled the keyboard. Without flaw, without any broken pins, fins or clips, and no extra screws left either.The repair cost was VERY reasonable, especially considering it not his everyday experience and the fact that everything else in this crazy world has increased in price - I was expecting an enormous invoice.He had even helped carry this 5 foot monster out of the car and in/out of his office.Says he can work on all things electronic and especially vehicles. Cars, Trucks, Boats, golf carts ...His specialty is Custom Car Audio & Alarm Systems, and was working on a custom replacement car dash. - really cool.Very pleased and will CERTAINLY recommend to everyone I know and meet.

Juan (the owner) is a specialist at what he does! He broke things down and explained to me in detail what was causing the issue on my truck. It was to the point where it made me feel like I knew about cars (I don t) and really took his time to ensure he recommended any services that he felt would enhance my truck. He fixed all the lights that were giving me problems and really made me feel like he was being honest from the time that parked till the time I picked up my truck! This is a hidden gem here in Homestead and I m glad a I found it! My wife was so impressed she said this is the West Coast Customs of Homestead! Really happy and returning tomorrow for more work on my truck!

JC took on the job of fixing an install someone else did. He took the time and patience to work with me, an audiophile, to make it sound perfect through several adjustments and three visits (working through some issues caused by the original install and new amp). Professional and friendly, I can tell he is passionate about making sure his customers are happy and I would not hesitate to reccomend him to anyone looking for that perfect sound. Thanks JC!

It is so refreshing to find such great service in this day and age but this guy couldn t have been nicer or more professional. He tried to help me fix my stereo installation problem over the phone....who does that?...and when I still couldn t figure it out, without an appointment he took the time out of his day immediately after I arrived to figure out my problem. For car electronic issues...I will be going nowhere but to J&A Electronics....and you won t be sorry if you do the same.

Best shop I have been to in South Florida. Very professional. Do great work and make sure everything is done right. They have done custom work on my Chevy Silverado 1500 and I have 0 complaints. Everything looks clean and works flawlessly. The best part is the shop owner Carlos truely has a passion for what he does and has a smile on his face every second he s working on your vehicle. He truely loves what he does. Would recommend to anyone looking for any work to be done on their car.

From my own experience, Juan did a fantastic job!He installed a security start-stop module, and also explained what he was doing exactly, and how everything worked from a broad perspective. He's very knowledgeable in what he does, and I would hire him again.

I went to this shop after going somewhere else and nearly being ripped off. I was having problems with my Ford radio and they took care of me. They troubleshooted my car and offered very good prices to get it fixed. So far I am happy that I found this place and that they were honest and willing to offer help at a good price.

So I had just had a new double din head unit (pioneer 1400nex) installed in my GMC Sierra prior to making the 18hr drive down to the keys. . I wanted to be able to use navigation and have all my bluetooth perks to make driving and talking more efficient and safe. None of which worked after having the system initially installed, before taking my truck to Juan. Now not only does everything work (that can, this gentleman took the time to not only fix my system but explain to me why certain aspects were functioning and others weren't. ) but he has also given me directions on how to go about getting the most out of my device and offering me options to make it better. (He did this without trying to upsell any of his personal products, very professional if you ask me). This man knows exactly what he's doing and has the personality to sell cars, not just work on them. I will never take my truck to another mechanic/ specialist for as long as I'm in the keys. Juan is phenomenal at what he does and I cannot recommend this man more. Don't even think about it, just take it to Juan. . . Oh and did I mention he treats you and makes you feel like family. . . I would give 10 stars if I could. . A truly awesome start to our new life in the keys. Thanks for everything Juan, see you soon!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!Please take my advice .... BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!Run for the hills... there are so many other reliable, responsible and respectable vehicles audio and electronic upgrade options in the Florida area.The reviews written before this had to have been written by them to where I have heard the owner asking friends to write good reviews for him. I have gotten to know them through hiring them to install car audio upgrades, everything seemed so disorganized and you have to always be up to them ensuring that they fix your vehicle parts back as they were. They even tried to convince me that certain parts were not on my vehicle...to the point where I had to show them pictures of the parts there on my truck before I took it to them.There were sooo many hic-ups where they cause so much inconvenience by not having my truck ready on schedule.... BE SURE THAT THEY INSTALL THE PARTS YOU PAY FOR. They are very dishonest and will also steal parts from your vehicle. This is an undercover chopped shop with illegal workers that come out at night.

Highly recommend this place! Juan beautifully installed two 10 inch Kickers on my 2020 Chevrolett Trail Boss. These guys know what they are doing and I m very happy with my new system.

Greatest shop in town. Great prices and goes above and beyond for their customers. Helped me install a flip down DVD player and set up the wireless headphones and all after hours just to keep the customer happy. Only place I ll go from now on.
