My experience at this dealership started off very welcoming and wonderful, Cody was a incredible representative as he assisted me with the car I wanted. Not only was he great in helping me with this process he was a wonderful representative for the company as a whole. Personally, I will give Cody 5 stars as he negotiated affordable pricing while being a understanding human being, given this was my first car I would ve brought by myself. However, the manager at this establishment by the name of Joseph was everything contradicting of Cody s character. I was given a outrageous deal for the 2019 hyuandai Elantra, with 70,614 miles on the car with 2 previous owners. Myself and Cody discussed reasonable pricing deals for the car such as $13,645 as a potential deal as the walk-out price. However, the manger was very arrogant and priced the walk out price at $15,000. When I understood that Cody could no longer assist me in this process I ask to speak to the person who was behind finalizing the deal. I asked for the manager, Joseph came in to talk about the deal. My main concern was negotiating the reconditioning service as it was priced around $2,824 while explaining to me why he was not going to negotiate any lower for a fee that deals with servicing the car at the dealership, without having any paperwork showing the services that were actually done on the car, he stated that we (as customers) are responsible for paying for the lights, water, and utilities fees of the building. The price of the car was at 10,600 and I sincerely thank Cody for meeting me half way as I understand that Cody has to make his commission. What didn t sit right with me is having another person in a manger position keeping his representative from closing a deal and making commission due to pure ignorance, as I felt I was being taking advantage of given this would have been my first time buying a car out. I intended to buy this car out as I am experienced in negotiating, but I refuse to be taking advantage of.

Made an appointment to have something fixed on our 2021 Santa Fe while in the area. Showed up and was told that they may not be able to get to it that week and that no courtesy cars were available. We would have to rent a car at our expense. They also told us that they would charge us $260 just to look at it.We decided not to stay and actually got it repaired the same day elsewhere.We then got several text messages telling us that we had missed our appointment (even though we were there) and to call to reschedule.Don't understand why they were taking more appointments when they had no time for the customers that were already there.

Once you leave a trade-in vehicle in this dealership's hands you can never be sure that you won't later be legally responsible for that vehicle because they do not take the title out of your name before they sell it to someone else.This is what is happening with us right now, after trading in a vehicle 2 years ago, they sold it without changing the title, and now a random person is in jail for driving this now non-registered vehicle. The car has been towed, leaving us responsible for the vehicle and the towing fees because they never changed the title.Homestead Hyundai has washed their hands of it and will not take responsibility for the vehicle they irresponsibly handed over. They will not protect you, as a customer, and have a history of a recent legal filing for shady business practices.Just search Local 10 news or Google for this article, "AG Moody subpoenas car dealers after Local 10 investigation into illegal fees". The smartest thing to do is to take your business somewhere else.If this review is still up, they still have not resolved this problem, no matter what they reply below to this post.

This is the worse dealer ever. Its always an issue. If your car breaks is a mission to get a loaner or a rental. You call and no one answers. I have been calling for days and leaving messages and one calls back. I don t recommend at all.

My parents bought a car there and traded their old one in. That old car was bought by an employee of the dealership. That employee used the surpass that was left in the car for 3 months running up the bill and now is refusing to pay any of it back. The dealership just washed their hands and isn t even trying to help. Two cars my parents have bought there and they were treated like garbage. Buyer and sellers beware.

This dealership had my car since October 30th. I am just now getting it back on December 29th. The only reason I felt I even got it back was because I had to speak to a service manager who assured me that it will be back on this date. I told the service advisor the reason of my visit was for the cars oil consumption as well as an airbag light that was on. 2 months later I received the car filthy with the airbag light still on. The service advisor claims he was never told that the airbag sensor was on. So you mean to tell me when you got in this car to take note of the mileage the red airbag sensor didn t stand out?!?! It s even documented in the paperwork! I am beyond furious!

Do NOT buy your vehicle from this dealership. They throw the Red Carpet once you buy but then is like you don t matter. I purchased a brand new 2023 Sonata and I have been trouble with the key for the past three months. The keys have been checked twice and have been wiped to make them new but the problems still persists. Is so annoying to have to use my App to unlock / lock and turn on the vehicle. NEVER AGAIN, We are purchasing an SUV in a few months but it will not be Hyundai or from this dealer! I think I will go back to BMW where my service matter and so will my money.

I love this dealership. Even though some salespeople pick and choose who they want to help, Dominique and Edwin were very helpful, accommodating and worked with us to get the car/suv we wanted and needed. Everyone hates the car buying process but they both made it very smooth. I am happy with the service and have been a loyal Hyundai customer for the last 10 years. This is my third car ( not by choice). These cars are safe and stylish and affordable.

Exceptional experience from the website to the dealership to the seat of my new car. The dealership is beautiful, the staff was professional and courteous. The deal was fair and reasonable, and the process was quick but thorough. All of my questions were answered fully and completely. Hyundai is a fantastic product, but it is nothing without the sales and service support of a competent dealer.

I have purchased 2 cars at Homestead Hyundai. 2020 palisade in 2020, traded that in for a 2023 Palisade in 2023. (I love these cars). The sales people are honest and will work with you as good as any dealership. The Service department is what really shines at this business. Because of the location I assume, it is very easy to get an appointment. The service agents are excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Fast, friendly, and so far honest service is why I chose to leave a review. Sorry I can't remember the agents names, or the service manager on Monday, August 28, 2023 but they were extremely professional and knowledgeable helping to install a tow hitch and wiring. Thank you

My experience at Homestead Hyundai was great from start to finish! Prior to coming to this dealership I had been to a few others and one in particular I simply walked away because the finance rep was extremely crass, pushy, and sarcastic. Needless to say I'm SO glad I did because Ernesto, Andreus, and the rest of the team at Homestead Hyundai really made me glad I made that decision.The customer service and hospitality was great. Even the other salespeople that weren't necessarily helping me were very nice. The environment was relaxed but still very professional. It was everything that I needed to think clearly and make the best decision concerning my purchase. I've already told a few people about my experience and will continue to refer people. Thank you Homestead Hyundai team for helping me get my new car! I love it!

I would love to express that my experience in the Homestead Hyundai location was great! Alain (Finance Department) and Fabio (Salesman) went above and beyond their ways to assist us with our request in what we needed to do which was a buyout for my lease. Very responsive and attentive to us! Grateful for them! I would highly recommend this dealership!

I visited the dealership with the intention of requesting a buyout of my lease in order to assume ownership of the vehicle. However, upon discussing the matter with the finance department, they declined to entertain the idea and stated that I must wait until the lease period ends in 11 months. I subsequently contacted Hyundai directly, and they confirmed that this information was incorrect, as I am indeed eligible to buy out the lease at any time. I would advise avoiding this dealership, given their handling of what should have been a straightforward transaction. It might be prudent to seek services elsewhere.

My recent visit to the Hyundai Homestead dealership left me feeling extremely disappointed and disrespected as a potential customer. I had been interested in a particular truck and was in the process of negotiating the price with one of their salesmen.Despite being courteous and respectful throughout the negotiation process, the salesman suddenly turned his back on me and walked away. It was a completely unprofessional and unacceptable display of behavior, particularly given that I had been a potential customer who was considering making a significant purchase. To be treated in such a manner is unacceptable, and it speaks to the poor customer service that seems to be ingrained in the dealership's culture. The fact that a salesman would rather walk away than engage in a reasonable negotiation is indicative of the dealership's values, which appear to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction.Moreover, the lack of attention I received when I first entered the dealership was also disappointing. Despite waiting for over an hour, none of the sales staff seemed interested in assisting me or even acknowledging my presence. It was a stark contrast to the friendly and welcoming experience I had received at other dealerships in the past. my experience at the Hyundai Homestead dealership was extremely unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend it to others. The poor customer service and disrespectful behavior of their sales staff left me feeling undervalued and dismissed as a potential customer. Until there is a change in their culture and a commitment to treating customers with the respect and courtesy they deserve, I would suggest seeking out another dealership that values its customers.

I recently leased another Hyundai from the homestead location. This is not the closest to me but I rather make the drive because I know I am a valued customer here. Every time I come here no matter the reason I am satisfied with the attention and service they provide. Lazaro was the sales agent assisting me throughout this whole process and made every effort to get me the right price on the vehicle I chose. Best car experience I ve ever had. Went in at 9am drove the car 5 minutes later and did paperwork in less than 3/4 hours max. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful and the finance manager was easy to understand and talk to.

Look carefully before you sign. The car was advertised at $42,790 MSRP less a dealer discount of $1k. Plus $1k with conventional financing or a low HMF rate. When financing doc was presented they changed the discount to $500 AND tacked on options of $1,470 which was already in the MSRP; a $2K difference! They are shady, sneaky and down right criminal. You have been warned!!!

My mom s car has had an issue with her radio on her brand new car that was purchased on this location. She s been here 3 times to get service and every time she has been told they re behind 2 weeks on service. She had this issue before and it fixed at another Hyundai, far away from home. She pays her monthly on time every month for a brand new car with a radio that doesn t work. The guy that helped us told us to take it back to the other dealer and he never offer an apology for the inconvenience it has caused. The only solution he has given us was to drop it off and pick it up later when is fixed (2 weeks later) and they don t do appointments. Who can be without a car for 2 weeks in Homestead? People have to go to work!!!

Worst service department I ve ever dealt with. Suppose to have 10 free oil change and now after only 8 oil changes I have 0 remaining and they tell me it s not there fault. I also had to have the air compressor replaced after the guy called me and told me that the car was ready I waited over 2 hours turns out it wasn t ready and they couldn t fix that day. Next day the guy calls me and tells that they finally got the machine work that was broken so I come in and they can finish my car. So after driving and hour from Miami I get here and Gus s what? That machine was still broken I had to drive around for 4 days with no ac in the middle of summer. STAY AWAY from HOMESTEAD Hyundai. Don t buy from here don t get your vehicle serviced here.

I have been trying to reach the finance department ALL DAY! First 5 calls were around 9:36 AM trying to get transfer to them. Ended up speaking with just a regular representative, she stated to call back after 11 PM. Called back around 12:40 PM THREE TIMES. Spoke with a man. He states that their were in a meeting. Called back around 3:40 PM 11 TIMES! This time spoke to another man and he said that finance was busy and what I needed help with, told the man that it was about my gap insurance. He literally told me to look it up on my contract. I needed up just googling the damn gap insurance number at this point. But now the representative from my gap insurance told me to call the dealer ship to find out what gap I am under. Now at this point I m just going to show up to the facility since no one from finance can give me a call back at this point. It is very upsetting since I have been trying to contact them since the morning. And nothing , not even a call back.
