First come, first serve business. Straight forward with pricing of their service. Fast job in and out with their work. Most Spanish speaking, but over the phone I got a man (maybe owner) that spoke perfectly good English.I would recommend them and return.

Fb tires is everything. Their staff is the best. The lady in the office running this place SHE IS THE SWEETES. I go here every time I have issues with my tires. They always work with you n your budget. They don't rip you off. The wait time is very minimal and trust me they stay busy. They do everything you can imagine to your car when it comes to tires. They have new and used as well. The prices are very fair in market considering other place. I totally recommend . Thank you guys for being that place I can always count on. For being open late when you are busy and never saying no to your customers and helping when in need. Yal really do understand how hard it is to not be able to use your car when it's broken. Thanks again God bless you all. Staff should get a raise or maybe bonuses because they do go above and beyond for your customers to me they all Excell how a customer should be treated

We got a flat tire on a Ford Fusion right about 5pm on a Saturday but were able to get in line at F B and get a used tire replacement that seems good. And it was literally 3x less than what Goodyear quoted us. We are happy as the other 3 tires are not that old and this tire seems to fit right in. Thank you to Carlos who did a great job!

I have been here many many times for repairs of various types of tires on equipment I use at work, as well as buying new tires for my truck. The office staff is very professional & friendly !! And those boys outside know what they are doing & get it done quickly !!

Our fleet gets all of our tire services here. Great deals and the fastest service. The technicians are like a live nascar pit crew. David the owner is a good man with down to earth prices and customer service.

This my go to place for anything tire related for years. Best prices and service. The guys are all super nice and consistent. My only complaint is that they should allow to give tips on credit and debit cards other than that these guys are the best!

Been going here for years great prices and quick service. Now the service here has declined greatly. If your not a Spanish speaker it will be hard for you to get help!I waited for a spot only to almost be skipped by someone else. I told the man that I was there before the other car. Then after I pulled in I was ignored had to go inside to speak to the owners to only be told to just wait. After waiting another 10min I was skipped by somebody getting atv tires done. Also not acknowledged by anybody outside. Then the owner comes out and tells ppl to do my truck nobody listens....waited another 5 min and just left.This experience out a bad taste in my mouth since I have been coming here for years and now have to find another place !

They got some of the best prices in Homestead. I have been there multiple times to change my tires. They do their job in a timely fashion. Whenever I go there it takes less than an hour to do the job. They can fix a lot things. Want your car up and running agian. I would recommend this place.

Guys do a good job once they're helping you and they are nice but they lack professionalism and customer service. You go in and wait. If you dont stop someone to get help, you will be waiting a long while. No one really makes contact or keeps track of who's going in for service. Prices are too bad for fixing flats. Paid about 12 dollars for a patch. I may want to go somewhere else for this service in the future. They should consider having someone greeting or checking people in to not have them feel left out or hopeless. If they are busy "I'm busy right now I cant help you" is NOT an appropriate response. I really like supporting locals and small shops but customers need to get slightly better service

We had a blowout last night while driving back to Key Largo from Key West. F&B was the only tire service station we found that was open on Sunday. A friend drove up there this afternoon and they popped a new tire on the rim within 15 minutes of arriving. Excellent service!**We will put the new tire back on ourselves. If you need them to do it, then it may take longer.

I have been going to FB tires since I stated organization of their taxes a At the local tax agency. I was Sixteen and papa took care of me knowing I have very little money and when I needed tire he would find me the best used tire for $30. Now they are like Family to me. I watch the kids grow up I get great service. I get all my tire repair and new tires for my trailers and vehicles. This a great family run business. That been around since old Homestead I will not go anywhere else.

Stay away from this place I went for a simple plug and the guy told me my tire couldn't be plugged to upsell me for a patch..ok so I said patch it then he tells me my tire can't be patched I need a new Tire. I look at my Tire now it has big rip in it. These people are crooks and just because am a woman they tried to scam me and force me to buy a new Tire. I know things are tough but don't try to get off on innocent consumers. And everyone from the Casher to the owner were in on it. They are crooks.

In office is so kool and nice as far as staff in the office. Hard working guys that does the tires...may GOD continue to Bless you all to help someone...its hard out here and your patients and willing to work with the customers with less money is so kind and Good. Thank you.

This morning I went to get two new tires put on my truck, the price was $42 for mount and balance, I like negotiating so I asked if it was the best they could do, they said $37 cool, I went outside and the technician (if you could call him that first ran the jack into my bumper (ok I ll let that slide) then put the cap of the tire face down on the concrete ( it s a plastic cap so this will scratch it) I said clearly you can t set the cap like that ( btw this is a brand new vehicle, that I wash weekly and really take care of, my first new truck but that s besides the point, there a tire shop, this should be common practice.) So the truck is jacked up at this point, drops the truck and says he s not working on my truck, ( ok I m leaving now!) now here s the best part ( btw I ve been doing business off and on with them for 20 years) the owner comes out and starts screaming at me, managers can t call him down, he tells me I m wrong, ( I m the customer, even if I m wrong I shouldn t be screamed at) tells me whatever family problems I m having I should leave them at home. Now I m lost ( if I was having problems maybe he should have been more supportive) told me now that I have money I m acting stuck up,( actually I have a large truck payment, definitely not rich) Overall experience poor, poor service, poor attitudes and a lack of self control! If you want service and quality work, this is not your best choice. I really hope someone reminds the owner he is running a business and you treat customers with a little respect and dignity.

I called everywhere for my 22" low profile tire. These guys quotes me a reasonable price and will have it ordered over night. Thanks guys and see you tomorrow in my Red Charger RT. I will forever be loyal to this place for their honesty and diligence.

You don't get service unless you go find someone working there. They will literally walk right by you without asking if you need help and go help someone parked behind you. I normally go to the shop on krome ave where service is ALWAYS on point but my tire problem happened closer to the mowry and 6 ave location so I had to go there.
