Read the comments people! I definitely would never bring my business there. I found them from scamming people on Facebook with wrong priced cars and when I asked a question before I drove there they just revert back to saying come by and see! Obviously they're sweet talkers, don't trust a word they say! Ha! Look how their reviews even reflect them.....

Bought a Vehicle from this place 2 years ago, and they never transferred the title to my name. Car has been sitting for 2 years because I cannot register it. I paid cash in total. I have called so many times that they know my number and don't even pick up the phone for me. The secretary says my manager will call you back 2 years and I'm still waiting for a phone call. The guy who sold me the vehicle i think his name is Carlos had like a 10 year old son driving all the cars around the parking lot. I'm glad I am a changed man because 5-10 years ago I would have drove this vehicle there, lit it on fire and driven it through the showroom with no given.... You scam people and then hide but you will see God one day and will have to answer to him. SCAMMERS!!!!

I bought my vehicle on December 19th 2022. I still haven t received my registration today August 28th 2023. They kept sending me temp tags each month. I asked what the issue was never got an answer. I received a call from the Senior Motor Vehicle Compliance Examiner, Gerard Goodenow from Department of Highway Safety and Motor VehiclesBureau of Motor Vehicle Field Operations Region 1 and they said my financing bank requested an investigation because they have yet to receive the title to my car. We spoke and I informed them of the temp tags, they verified the tags given to me by Car Depot Homestead and they were not registered to my car. He informed me that Car Depot Homestead was not allowed to issue temp tags. That is how shady they are. I call and text Kenya Quesada and she just doesn t respond. No answers yet. I have a temp tag issued by the investigator that will expire in less than 2 weeks which is the only one he is allowed to issue and Kenya still has no answer nor has she registered my vehicle. After September 9th I will not be able to utilize my vehicle that I pay on time each month. Seems they sold me a stolen vehicle and now no response. I have paid my car on time every month since I purchased it. Very unfair to be going through this. I suffer from anxiety and my panic attacks are on the rise due to this issue. Very unhappy client. 0 stars is what I give them, but can t write a review on 0 stars.

I have made 41 calls given all the information that was asked and haven't been given the information I asked for. Started making the calls back on 4-3-23 and not made much progress.I called back to try and resolve this problem. When I made my call at 3:21 central time I got chewed out buy a lady. She said some very rude things telling me all I do is write bad reviews. If you look at my Google reviews I have mostly positive reviews. All I wanted was to buy a vehicle. Jerry is awesome a very nice guy he tried to do everything he could. Now I have upset your staff by putting a bad reviews because the two receptionist would tell me that no one is there or would ignore the phone's ringing multiple times. I was treated very unprofessionally disappointed greatly. I have never been treated so poorly from a business.If you want to reach out to my Jerry has my number.

Yo im telling you they have helped me out so much I needed a car and as a first time buying with no co-sign it s more than difficult ask for alex not only did he hook me up but he grave me some much needed advice he s treat you like his own that s the guy to go to trust me

My refund is refundable but your employees called me names , and don t refund me . You lied in your last response . I did have paystubs . Oscar said you didn t wanna do it. He told me leave money and come back I did. Then he said YOU the owner can t and refuse to do it because he says you want the money now. My credit good and paystubs good . When will I receive my deposit back

This place is complete trash. They try to scam people out of 100 dollars. They dont even care to sell the car. Low life crooks with a terrible receptionist who looks like a dog with rabies the way she treats customers. Place is a joke. Dokt get scammed here

Horrible place to purchase a car. My friend purchased a car. Not to long after driving it transmission went out and they refuse to help her. Either They don't expect their cars or just don't care what wrong with it before selling it. They selling lemons to you. Beware.buying a Car is like buying a house. You stuck with it . Sucks

Mrs. kennya, you are good on reaping off people. You are very disonest, I returned the car with the cindition to exchange it for another one to which you agree. I made a mistake to trust you as a honest person. You told me to sign the surrender form because it was necessary for the bank to stop the loan which was never approved and was damaging my credit because they were checking it many times and that is negative for the credit score.As you know you told me that you were going to bring a nissan sentra so we could take it as replacement and that you were going to apply mu $2500.00 hard earned dollars which i gave you as a down payment. You never brought the nissan sentra to the lot and after severals visit told me that it was sold. Then said that you had another car and no only never showed me the car, but never saw you again in the lot. I went no less than 5 times looking for you and you were never there.You are good lier and a very dissonest person, no wonder you lot look like it is.I am going until the end of my life inform by any mean to everybody how dissonest you are. So be prepare to assume the negative feedback.Next time you think on reaping off somebody you know the consecuense.I thought that costarican people were more honest.Thanks god there are this platform to expose disonest people like you.Where are my $2500 hard earned dollars. So I guess I have to give them at least 1 star to leave this review here.Beware of the fraud queen Kenya. Will accept your car as a trade in, sell it before paying it off, and have late payments showing up on your credit report months after claiming to have paid your car off. What a circus. We even brought the cops to file a theft report. Even the cop said oh these guys again, I've been here before, not surprised Stay away from this Car Decoy Miami dealership. Clowns!

This dealership deserves no stars! From start to finish Kenya has falsified all information that was given. It s obvious she just wanted a sell. I ve never been so disgusted with a company the way I am with them. The lies and the dishonesty to their customers is outrageous. No communication skills, no one answers the phones, no one to fix the problems that they caused, it s pitiful. Oh and Angelly whatever her name is also disgusting, complete attitude, can t even hold a presentable conversation, too busy trying to cut you off. Vouching for the liar Kenya. Please DO NOT spend your money here!!!!!

Warning!!!!!!!!! This place is a scammmmmmmmThey literally rob you!! I was stolen from $2000Deposit.. I got my car on a Saturday and on a Sunday it was shutting off. I took it in on the day I was asked to and they've had it ever since.. I had the car no more then three days and they've had for a week in a half.. the finance company they use also has bad reviews.. kenya is a scammer!!! They don't return your calls..purposely ignore you but when they were looking for me to buy calling me and texting me non stop.. the car was a rebuilt title and I was never told.. I will be Contacting a lawyer

Kenya the owner has been the worst to deal with ever!She sold our trade in that she never paid off, it s been over two months!I still don t have plates for my new car.Don t go here!the owner Kenya will take advantage of you, and will never return a text or a call. Very dishonest person.Stay away.

Horrible service. I regret ever getting a car here. The people here are crooked people in it for the money and have no care in the world for their customers. Got a car less than a month ago and It had a few problems. Was told I have 45 days to pay the rest of my down payment. It s not even been 35 days and my temporary license plate is expired and they are refusing to give me a new one till I pay the rest even though I was told I have 45 days. They said they d fix it the week after I got it and I had to end waiting a month. Now it s in the shop ready for me to pick up. I told them that I wanted to make sure my license plate was on so I soundly have to take long picking up my car and they said that not until I paid the rest. when I told him that I wasn t going to pay the rest in in the next few days because I do have a few more days, a man by the name of Bobby started yelling at me on the phone very disrespectful saying he was going to remove everything they had fixed on my car until I made my payments. I am very upset and if I could simply return my car and get all my money back I would. It was my first car, and this place is the biggest mistake out of this whole situation. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

PLEASE PLEASE TAKE HEED! Read these reviews they are true. This company sucks! Yes they may help you into a car but they manipulate you taking more money. Once I signed for my car they told me I d have to bring them 500 dollars more that month toward the car. AFTER I d already financed with the bank! I also needed a new tag cool... they gave me two temp tags then here comes the BS when the last one expires. So I go in for the hard tag and they tell me I owe over 400 for the tag. NOT ONLY did they not finance my tag through the bank like I d asked but they didn t inform me I owed these fees. Sure it was my responsibility but it was also the responsibility of the salesman and finance manager to say this verbally! Then the lady with bad wig comes from her office and starts blaming me for not knowing. I wouldn t recommend this company to my worse enemy go to OFFLEASE ONLY if I could return the car I d sit in right the office with the lady with the plastic wig.

Today I bought a mustang GT I worked with sales rep Roberto he was amazing. Very helpful the entire staff was great. Everything was done fast and very professional. The secretary was also so nice and even help us remove the items on the jeep I traded in. If I would by another car I will go there again. Thanks Roberto.

I must say I'm very happy today! A year ago my car was wrongfully repossessed and although I had all receipts this company did not care and I still ended up REPAYING 800.00 to get car back. There are new people there now Reina and Miss Scott and they handled this situation very professionally and very fast once I spoke to Reina about it. That 800.00 was credited to my payments!!! Thank you guys so much for fixing this mistake that was ignored for a year! I appreciate it so much!

I went next door a couple weeks ago, and they tried to put me in what they wanted...I left with out a car and discouraged. My boyfriend convinced me to try this place, give them a chance...Jose and Danny are the best. Not only did they get me approved with a company that I have a credit card with, but now I am driving a car of my dreams.Thank you Car Depot Miami!!Ask for Danny and Jose, you will be in good hands.

The worst experience of my life!!! Don't ever buy a car from here. I have been on a back and forth mission with this place for the last 4 months!!! They opened two loans under my vehicle. I have had to go back twice to install a gps. WORST customer service experience! I am the one buying a vehicle from them, and they treated me so disrespectful! Charles and Kenya are the worst people there. Lie after lie after lie. Save your money and go somewhere else!

I bought my car this month and believe me, best support I could not have, excellent team work make you feel one more of them help you which is the most important and give you a first class service, I recommend it to all Yosmel, Gaby, Rafa , Alex. The manager of the store, in the end, I recommend the excellent team that helped me to have my shopping car. My credit was really bad and still got my car with team.

I financed a vehicle there as a single person left out of there lot, they call me back saying that the bank couldn t finance me, got a co-signer signer made us sign about 3 contract ruin my credit, after letting me drive the car for 30 days they won t give me my money back. Their customer service is horrible, there are scammers and money hungry. They lie on there online prices there cars saying you could put $500 down. During the time driving the vehicle thinking that the bank finance me they been harassing my pregnant fianc� and my mother which is the co-signer, almost gave my mother stroke. They threatened me saying that they are going to ruin my credit. Don t listen to there free gas sign there not going to give you free gas.They also changed the price of the car from $8,895 to $24,000.

This is the worst buy here down south. I advise anyone to not waste their time. These people are a rip off. These other reviews have to be fake because this place have the worst service ever. They lied to me about getting my car fixed which was messed up prior to the purchase. I got the car and they wouldn t help me out. My braking system crapped out and they wouldn t even help me figure out what I needed to fix.

I went in expecting to get sharked and was happily disappointed. They helped me find a vehicle and even helped me lower my insurance! How much better can that get?! Two thumbs up for the EXCEPTIONAL service and help from all the guys there. Yosnel and Leo, THANK YOU so much for you tiring effort to get me in to this great car!!!!!

This place sucks!!!!!!! They tried to rip my husband off years ago but couldn't means we didn't put a down payment. They were stuck in the contract just as we were at a high rate. They tried to rip my family off too recently. Everyone that's ever financed a vehicle knows your first payment is due 45 days from the time you bought it. They took two months to tell my family they were not approved just so they can TRY to charge them for daily usage fees and for miles. All Motor are the biggest scammers out there. It's okay though cause it's like the saying goes, no wrong dead goes unpunished! All the good reviews that are on here are guaranteed fake and came from their employees! And just so you know All MORONS, I mean Motors, I only gave you one star because I wouldn't be able to publish this with out putting something! NO STARS FROM ME!!!!!

I had a really good experience here at All Motors. My salesman Adam was very courteous and very knowledgable when helping me find the right car. Even with my bad credit I was able to walk off the lot with a 2012 Nissan Altima in great condition. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend All motors to all my friends and family. They offer $150 for each referral I bring in. The free cruise was a plus too!

Amazing service!!!! I applied for financing and in 5 hrs!!! I was in a 2014 Camry. Thank you Danny and Dex for staying almost 2 hrs after closing to make this happen for me. They Did EVERYTHING in their power to get me in that car. I will def return.

I've already went to 3 other dealers and it was just filled with headaches and frustration. Honestly best place to get a car, got a beautiful 2017 Corolla Toyota for great price, a deal I couldn't turn down. Great customer service from frank, very nice and very open to my situation, anyone who wants to buy a car should come here!
