We leased a 2024 Equinox & had such a great experience, (Ivan, our salesman, is awesome!) we decided to trade trade in our other car & purchase a pre owned the very next week. He helped find the perfect vehicle for my husband & the whole process was great. Andres in financing is equally as awesome. Everyone there is so friendly & helpful. Definitely recommend & have ZERO dread or reservations about when its time to turn in the lease.

Buying a new car is always stressful. I had the pleasure of being helped by Ivan, who listened to what I was looking for and gave me a deal and car I was happy with. I didn't feel pressured, and He took his time to make sure i was happy with my purchase. what a great experience. I definitely will always recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car especially first time buyers. Amazing job!

Where to begin, I was extremely impressed from the moment I set foot through the doors. I was welcomed in the most polite and sincere manner by James and it automatically made me feel like home. In the little time spent looking for my dream car he became like family. I think James is one of the best assets the company has because of his genuine and gentle nature. The car buying process can be stressful to many people but he truly made a difference that will stay with me for a lifetime.

Yesterday I went to Bomnin to get a new lease and I left super satisfied, from the moment I arrive , Eric , my sales agent welcome me very professional. I explained to him that I was having a hard time getting the monthly payments I can afford and he made his mission to make it happen , and he did. I left with my brand new XT5, super happy and stress free. So 5 to Bomnin and to Eric for his amazing service.

My most recent experience with Bomnin Chevrolet Homestead was exceedingly disappointing. For starters, I had an appointment set for 9:15AM and arrived on site at 9:10. I was not approached by my advisor until almost 9:50. I understand the service center was busy and is dealing with increasing population in South Florida but what is the point of making an appointment and establishing a schedule when there is know observation of it? I based my day around the timing of my appointment and unfortunately more than one person was inconvenienced by their lack of timeliness.In addition to my very long wait to have my car processed, I was never updated on the service of it for the remainder of the day. After waiting all day for an update, I called service at 5:30, was connected to my service advisor Jason s voicemail and left him a message. The service center closes at 7:00 so Jason had an hour and a half to call and provide me some sort of communication or update. I called service again around 7:30 where I was transferred or disconnected several times. After several calls I was finally connected to the cashier who informed me my keys were not there so my car was not finished and I would be called the next day when they opened at 7:30. I did not hear from my advisor Jason until around 11:30AM. He explained the issues with my car (two issues being unresolvable due to a discontinued part and their inability to find anything available) and how much it would cost to repair the third issue. I was not offered an explanation for the lack of communication the day before or an apology for the inconvenience of not having my car available to me the next morning. My husband worked that night, and without my car available to me, I was left needing to find alternate transportation to get my children to school. I am very disappointed with the progressively worsening service at Bomnin Chevrolet Homestead. I am sure my decision to find a new service center will inconvenience me more than impact the business of this dealership, but I am taking my business elsewhere as I know I can and will get better service somewhere else.

My husband and I had the pleasure to Work with Yunil and Andres! That is the BEST DUO anyone can come across! From making sure everything was done fast and easy & going home with a vehicle. I cant tell you how much these guys made it happen! Im not the type to leave reviews BUT those two men deserve it! You will always have a customer with me THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN

Worst experience, I wish I can rate zero stars. A few days before arriving I was speaking with Jeremy regarding a vehicle I was interested in. The vehicle was at the West Kendall location and I was hoping to get the vehicle transferred to homestead since I was coming from Key West which is an 3 hr drive. While speaking with Jeremy I told him that I would have a possible trade in and he asked for all my vehicle information. After I gave him the information he sent me a link to apply for financing through Bomnin so that he can request for the vehicle to be transferred, but I had informed him I was already pre-qualified. After texting back n forth regarding the vehicle and my possible trade in. I texted him that I was heading up and if there were any updates on the vehicle , he stated that when he got into the office he would let me know. 3 hours went by and I arrived at the Bomnin location and I still did not hear back from him. Once I arrived there were 5 sales men at the door and I informed them that I was speaking with Jeremy regarding a vehicle they then directed me to sit down and wait for him. 5 minutes went by and Leo came by and introduced himself and stated that Jeremy was so busy and could not assist us and he would try to help. Leo then asked what we were looking for and I informed him that I was speaking to Jeremy and had an interest in a vehicle that they had, and I also had a trade in. He then asked for the vehicle keys to inspect it which it honestly felt like he just walked out and walked back in. Once he came back in he states he checked the vehicle out and then from there it just went down hill, he only gave me the negative side of what i would be looking at and only wanted to sell me on a newer vehicle and then when we went to check on the vehicle he only pointed us in a newer vehicle and did not want to show us around any further. I was very upset and no longer interested in wanting to work with him anymore. When we asked for another sales men and the keys back to my vehicle he asked why and we informed him we did not like the way he was handling the situation. We ultimately left Bomnin and went over to Largo Honda and had the best experience and I walked out with the car I wanted. I would not recommend Bomnin because they do not try to work with you and there customer service sucks and is misleading.

Watch out for these scammers, they will get you to return your lease/ sale your car and then charge you more than the deal you had with time. They want to take advantage of the people on their time of need. So sad that they went that low for $5k. But of course Rene Tejera and his manager are used car sales man, I should have known the stigma continues.I went the past Wednesday 4/17 to purchase a car I had seen online. The sales price was $20,490, when I went to the dealer and spoke to Rene Tejera I told him my budget was $20,000 all in, he said he needed to confirm with his manager, his manager came to greet me and I mentioned I needed to return my lease the next day in order to purchase the car, so that I was going to come back the next day to purchase the car only if we could agree on $20,000 all in, he said yes and we shook on it. The next day I texted back and forth and confirmed with Rene the mode of payment $5,000 in credit card and $15,000 in personal check was an acceptable form of payment and he confirmed. Thursday 4/18 in the morning I returned my lease and had my father drive me an hour to Bonmin Chevrolet Homestead. I arrived to the dealer at 8pm after various texts with Rene and the hand shake from manager. When I sat with Rene for what I thought was going to be a quick transaction, he said the amount I owed him for the car was $25,000. The manager that was there Fausto Pacheco completely dismissed the situation and told me to come back the next day. Zero customer service .He definitely knew I was returning my leased car, as such was carless and was counting on this car to drive my son to school and go to work the next day. He definitely tried to take advantage of the situation and my need to have a car. Neither him nor his manager cared about the deal we had struck and their word..

I brought my 2019 chevrolet suburban at Bomnin chevrolet Miami and since then nightmares started, not only for the problems that the car brought to my life, also for the poor customer service and professionalism that those dealership specially Lorenzo Bomnin (Homestead) did showed me, im writing this review currently at the dealership on Wednesday december 5th 2023, been here waiting for service for over an hour without any assistance from dealer personnel, i just see them doing nothing inside while i wait. I just smelling weed here outside in service corridor. My recommendation is, do not buy a chevrolet, not only because will bring lots of problems to your life also because the service specially in those Lorenzo Bomnin is a disaster.

This was the best service I have ever had at a dealer. Ivan Guillotti assured I got everything I wanted in my 2023 Traverse RS and made the process easy. He went beyond and above getting me the exact car I wanted with the best deal ever. If you want your car fixed DO NOT come here. I left my car for service on 1/16/2024 for a diagnosis. Jason, who is "in charge" of my case explained to me and my husband that they would be able to get a diagnosis by 1/20/2024. However, I still DON'T have an answer from them regarding my car. First of all, every time I call, I need to leave a message for them not to return my call anyways. Additionally, I keep getting different stories regarding why I don't have a diagnosis or my car back. First, they said that they didn't know what the car has and that they "open a ticket" with GM to find out. In the same call, 5 minutes later, they said that all the technicians have test drive my car and can't anything wrong with it. IF that's the case, why would they open a ticket with GM?What surprises me the most, is that I known NOTHING about cars, but the issue is so obvious (my steering wheel gets stuck and doesn't return to the center when I turned) that even I noticed (reason why I took the car to the dealer). I find it very difficult to believe that an experience technician have NOT noticed this issue...NOT: while I'm writing this review, I'm still waiting for a call back...Please just save your time and take your car to another dealership.

Great place!!!!I walk in here and didn't feel any pressure from the staff.I walked over to Andy Gonzalez and he was able to accommodate me with what I was looking for.This guy is a person that you really feel comfortable around. He doesn't put pressure. He gives details on everything, even if you know what you want, he enlightened you with more stuff.This young buck knows how to treat you right.Thank Andy for your professional and respectful assistance.

This was honestly the best car buying experience I've ever had. Craig was such pleasure to work with. And the whole team worked flawlessly to make the process smooth. I highly recommend!
