Awesome place to go! The employee Kordell really helped us out with our tires, how to spot a bad tire and even recommended another cheap place that sells new tires. Truly good person that works there, and gives good car tips for free!

What good is a tire warranty and cheaper tires if you can never get into the store again for service? It's not the staff's fault as they are way understaffed. I've always had a good experience when I've had an appointment as the mechanics are super professional, but as others noted, TRYING to get an appointment is about impossible without actually walking into the store. There is only one person working there and that one person can't work on tires and answer the phone at same time. If BJ's management doesn't want to fix this, which it's clear they do not, then I will be getting my next set of tires somewhere else. At least I know I can get help at Firestone or Good Year when I need it. Again, no fault of the tire mechanics at BJs, but right now I have a nail in my tire, and I'm taking it to another shop tomorrow for repair. I no longer care about my BJs tire warranty. As for the store itself, it's great. I can get in and out with ease and the employees, again, are professional and friendly.

Shortly after purchasing a new set of tires (2 months and $870 later) we started losing pressure in two tires. We returned for repair at 9:00 am on a Saturday and they only had 1 technician working. 2 hour wait time and they wouldn't even talk to us until we provided the receipt for our purchase (you'd assume that BJs would have a record of all member purchases anyway). Understaffed, poor follow up service. When they did look at the tires they said there was nothing wrong, but added air.4 months later, after adding air to our tires weekly at gas stations, we returned with the same issue. Again, the same response, nothing wrong.4 months later, again, we returned on a Monday. They open at 9:00, we arrived at 8:30, first customers of the day. The attendants arrived at 9:05 and said they couldn't help us without an appointment and they said it would talked 30 minutes to an hour to build up air pressure in their compressor and set up the shop (so they really don't open until 10:00). We wouldn't have come back but for the "lifetime" warranty to fix flats, which they DO NOT HONOR. Absolutely horrible service.

The service here is absolutely terrible. I would have much rather paid double what they charged me but have gotten better service overall. They are understaffed and because of that they do a quick FAULTY job. My tires were replaced and when I started driving I noticed whenever I hit a bump or something I could hear scraping from the right side of the car. I took my car back for them to check and they didn t offer any help and said that it was a separate issue than the tires. That is not the way to conduct service. Extremely unprofessional and there is a big lack of knowledge. If they were not the proper tires for the car then why would someone put the tires and send someone on their way? Will never have any tire service done at BJs ever again.

Impressed with the organization and the friendly new faces that i was greeted with when i was experiencing what i thought was a total loss on my tire. The tire bay helped me with my tire and explained to me step by step on how they were going to fix it. Little did i know that the supervisor was the one who fixed my tire. All in all I'm surprised in the tire bays 360� degree turn. keep up the good work.

I had all 4 tires replaced by BJ's. NEVER AGAIN!!! I had to have ALL 4 rotors fixed due to improper installation of the tires. Money saved was burnt on the repair. GO to Good Year or Tire Mart or any where else and have them do it right the first time.

I wanted to drop off a tire to get the flat fixed and was willing to leave it there all day and was told he was the only one there and didnt have time.He would have had 5 hrs to fix a flat.It was already off the car.All he had to do was fix it.I will not buy tires there anymore.

Impossible to get an appointment over the phone & they require you to get your tires rotated with them to honor the warranty.I specifically asked if I could just do it when I get the oil changed but was told no. It's always a long wait (if they can even get you in) . If you try to call to get an appointment they don't answer. I have to drive there.....wait.....make an appointment & then make another trip back to get it done. I really don't have time for that. The staff has been nice but they are understaffed. I don't understand why they don't let you make an appointment on-line. Or just use a call service to take appointments. Very aggravating.

Understaffed in this area of the store with long wait time, or rude staff on duty (probably due to being understaffed). Always difficult to have a propane tank filled. This makes me skeptical of purchasing tires here.

No receptionist, no one to answer phones or schedule appointments. No one at the store front to greet or answer questions. Seriously understaff my appointment that took me days to get was at 10:30am I was told my car won t be ready until 4:30pm because he was alone today. I only need 1 tire replaced

Had a flat tire , and the worker said you need to make an appointment . Refused or replacemy flat tire. 2 and a half hour before close.

Was watching tv at the same time he was filling out what I needed. Said they had the tire, when I went back they didn t but did charge the tire that had a nail in it.

If you are looking for economy, BJS is a good alternative... If you buy in bulk there are good offers I always use the coupons.... The beers are at a good price but the coupon is cheaper..... The fruits and eggs have good pricesSi buscas econom�a bjs es una buena alternativa ... Si compras al mayor hay buenas ofertas siempre uso los cupones.... Las cervezas est�n en buen precio m�s el cup�n queda m�s econ�micas..... Las frutas los huevos tienen buenos precios

Once again I share my experience, you really can't come to the tire department. I bought 4 tires. When the miles for the rotation were completed I go, they say that it is only for appointments, I make the appointment, and when I arrive then the bad face, that if the employee was already tired, that these were not hours to arrive. end of story, he did the job, very reluctantly, unsurprisingly he did it poorly. The tires were broken but it only put valance on 2 and not on 4. I went back the next day to have the problem solved, and they told me again that it had to be by appointment. it was 5pm the place closes at 8pm. and there was no other car. and they gave me the appointment for the following day. I talk to the store manager. He comes, the tire technician takes care of me and... the same thing happens to me, the job looks bad. So... I pay for the tires in advance, I pay for the rotation, valance and punches. and then then you have to go and almost ask for a favor to be attended to. I can't explain how 2 technicians serviced my car and none of them could do the job well done simply because my car would be the last one of the day and they didn't want to continue working. I ended up paying elsewhere and in 20 minutes of work the problem with my car was solved. I do not recommend that you go or visit the BJs tires department.Una vez mas comparto mi experiencia, realmente al departamento de gomas no se puede venir. Compr� 4 gomas. cuando se cumplieron las millas para la rotacion voy, medicen que solo es por citas, saco la cita, y cunado llego enotonces la mala cara, que si el empleado ya estaba cansado, que eso no eran horas para llegar. fin de la historia, hizo el trabajo, de muy mala gana, como era de esperar lo hizo mal. roto las gomas pero solo puso valance en 2 y no en las 4. regreso al dia seguiente para que solucionaran el problema, y me vuelven a decri que tiene que ser por cita. eran las 5pm el lugar cierra a las 8pm. y no habia ningun otro carro. y me daban la cita para el dia siguente. hablo con el manager de la tienda. viene, el tecnico de las gomas me atiende y... me pasa lo mismo, queda mal el trabajo. entonces... pago las gomas por adelantado, pago la rotacion, valance y los ponche. y despues entonces hay que ir y casi pedir de favor que lo atienda. no me puedo explicar como 2 tecnicos atendieron mi carro y ninguno pudo hacer el trabajo bien hecho simplemente porque mi carro seria el ultimo del dia y no querian seguir trabajando. termine pagando en otro lugar y en 20 minutos de trabajo el problema de mi carro estaba resuelto. al departamento de gomas de BJs no recomieno que vayan ni de visita.

Terrible service. Clarifying, there was no service, only one person in the place and no willingness to guide or suggest any help.P�simo el servicio. Aclarando, no hab�a servicio solo una persona en el lugar y sin voluntad a alguna de orientar o sugerir alguna ayuda

A very kind girl, I don't know her name, but she spoke Spanish and helped me find a product, she was today the 6th at 2 in the afternoon at checkout number 4.Una muchacha muy amable, no se su nombre, pero hablaba espa�ol y me ayudo a encontrar un producto, ella estaba hoy dia 6 a l as 2 de la tarde en la caja numero 4.
