So satisfied with 4839 , the crew was amazing. I needed a battery and they helped me find it at another location. Sad part was that William from 5952 denied me service and said since it was purchased at another locaci�n that he wasnt changing it . I had to drive back to florida city and they changed it in les than 11min . Thank you Ismael Moreno , for changing the battery and Managers Mario and Dominga .

I was greeted by the young lady Dominga and she was very attentive with me and she also took very good care of me. She took her time satisfying my needs and showing me the different options I had.Very nice experiente. Defenetly will be back to shop with her.

The manager Mario was extremely helpful in making sure I got the right part for my infinity after getting a used part from another store he saved me the hassle of traveling back there & got it delivered here in a timely fashion.

Domingo was an excellent sales associate. She greeted within 3 seconds of entering the establishment. She assisted me to the fullest even when I was in depression in reference to car part purchases. She is a team player. She deserves way more hours then she's been given.

Johnathan is very professional and doesn't mind helping,very reliable.Im a woman who knows nothing about cars and I came across the right person who gave me good knowledge and referred me to a good mechanic,the issue was simple but I was able to trust him and get my issue fixed,he is a great asset to your store give him a raise I'll be back at AutoZone because of him and spend more money

Amazing experience thank you so much Mario(store manager)!! I went to an alternative store looking to do a warranty swap for an older gentleman that I m helping swap the alternator for and the store was no help . I came to Florida city and it was so quick and easy it s ridiculous the hassle the other store gave me . He made it to where my warranty is in the system and I could get my car running again . Auto zone take care of him and give him a raise please this location is the best it has ever been

I love this place. Staff is very professional. I often visit this place. Parts are good quality and reasonable price. Within a second lady came out check and gave me the report that my battery is good. I don't need to buy new.That's not the normal in USA. You have to pay for everything.

They got a new manager. I have been using this place for 4 years 2 different cars. I ordered a brake light switch and had to return it. I didn't need it . I was told it was the old 1 I put back in the box .I never even opened the box. So if you like being called a liar and a thief this is the place for you. I will never shop there again.

Kevin Rojas was a complete joy and pleasure to have wait on us! From his knowledge about the different batteries taking the time showing us the batteries, to checking out, to installing the new battery and wiper blades for us! Dominga Chanay and Jose were all amazing at 8:58 my car broke down in front they came to help me chanay came out helped me replace the battery he went above and betond and trying to help find the issues can t thank them enough but I can say they need a raise and some vacay time to enjoy thank you so much you guys were amazing

Dominga and Jonathan these 2 employees were the best help that I ever had they both were very helpful and I really think that they are the best employees that auto zone ever had from now on I m not going no where else when ever I need to go to another auto part I m going to go for sure back to this auto zone and look for dominga and Chaney again for any type of help that I need for sure 100 %

This Autozone is hands down the best Autozone/ part store I have ever been too. Ismael & Mario have helped me so much with my battery issue and all of my car troubles in the past. Jesus has also helped me a lot with parts for my car. I will never go to another part store ever again after the experience I have had here! These guys really know what they are doing unlike other part stores I have been too that don t even know much about cars. They know so much about cars and they are willing to go above and beyond to help their customers and make sure they are happy with the service!! Thank you guys again for all the help and thank you too Dominga too. She was really nice, kind & helpful. I really have never had such a good experience before anywhere else! Highly recommend this Autozone over any other one!!!! FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY if I could give more I really would!

Today I was able to get in and out, Domingua was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me grab my items and get out the store. I was extremely happy especially since it was raining.

Baught a wireless light setup and it was fried...brand it back and the manager refused to take it back...when I bought it it was even taped closed and I was told I could return it if it didn't work because it had already been used and returned... Feb 28th at closing time the manager that closed that night....I cannot believe I was treated this way..I'm in disbelief..than he told me to come back and ask the other manager that sold it to me..I wanted store credit to buy another light..that's all I wanted..I even told him I didn't want money..all I wanted was another setup...and I told him I would pay more and upgrade...how can this be? I'm so upset and lost for words to have be treated this way I was scammed by autozone..I'm so lost for words right now
