Really happy with this service overall. My transaction was very simple I was able to quickly find the unit I was looking for, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other places online. I received updates at each step in the preparation and shipping process it arrived well within the estimated window. I was able to install the part and it is working great. The core return for warranty activation was also very easy. Sent the old unit back in the same box the new one came in with the return label that was included in my original package.I will be making my next automotive computer purchase here next time I need something like this and I highly recommend working with this retailer.

One of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. I am proud and lucky to have this company in my backyard. But if you want a unit better than factor this is the place to buy it from. They helped myself and my vehicle out tremendously. I would recommend them to anyone that ask me about my situation. Thank you again for the family experience and improving my vehicle.

Absolutely fantastic service, sent them my TCM which had failed completely on a Tuesday and I had it back and installed in my car by the following Monday. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. I actually placed 2 orders by mistake and their customer service team took care of it right away. I can't say enough good things about this company. I drive older cars and will send any computers to them.

I purchased an APIM module for a Ford Ecosport from All Computer Resources. It was programmed specifically for my vehicle and it worked perfectly. The customer service was outstanding; getting my order correct and shipped with urgency. You can not beat their prices or service. I highly recommend using them for your auto computer needs.

I had been frustrated with the Ford service department about the cost and delay of repairing my trucks radio gps console system.I was able to remove and install myself for more than half the cost of dealership!Looks OEM and works great! Plus lifetime warranty. Thanks to awesome rep Mike helped wonderfully.

I searched and searched and did my research on a computer for my 2011 jeep grand Cherokee for 3 weeks. The dealer was $1,300.00 AND on backorder with a possible order date of late February and possible arrival date of March or April. 1 site said $200 but I didn't trust it. Another one was also pretty cheap but my research said it was a scam. All my searching kept coming back to ALL COMPUTER RESOURCE. I kept my item in the cart for like 2 weeks while I researched other options. In the end I ordered a plug and play with these guys. And it was JUST THAT. The mechanic shop lost the prepaid label to return damaged one, I called to ask for another one and they emailed me another one. I had no problems with courtesy when I called to order or ask for another prepaid label. And NO problem with computer either

Epic Fail: Even though the site says that programming should take 3-4 days, they held my part for 12 days (including 2 weekends) before telling me they could not service my vehicle - even though my exact vehicle is listed as one that they serve.The portal to check the status of your order never reflected any information, so after the 1st week, I had to repeatedly call to get these updates. They offered no apology or explanation, except that they tried and couldn't do it and would process my refund, which will of course take another 3-5 business days. 1 week down a car has turned into 3 weeks, when simple communication or accurate website info would have saved me weeks of hassle.

I have a 2016 Ford Escape Titanium, Tried to update the software, screwed up the unit. Took it to Ford to reinstall the software, they ran diagnostics and it killed the unit. They charged $179 for the diagnostic and said it would be $1000 to replace the unit.Found All Computer Resources online and ordered a new APIM. They programmed it with my VIN and sent it to me. It took me all of 30 minutes to install and it works fine.Saved me over $700.Thanks All Computer Resources!!

This company is great from start to finish great communication! I received my final product and was very pleased! Michael played an instrumental role in getting my computer back for my vehicle so I can use my Bluetooth again! I definitely recommend them! I will be using them again for sure! Thank you

Now days it's hard to believe you can trust anyone . But I took the chance of listening to a complete stranger who worked at a salvage yard who recommended your services. When I called, all I did was give them my VIN number and they said they would program the computer and ship it to me.The shipping was quick when I received the computer, hooked it up, let it run for 5 mins, turned it off and back on, and when I went on a test drive everything was working fine. My old computer was not charging my alternator and when I hooked the new computer up the battery kept a charge. I recommend this company to anyone struggling with finding a computer for your vehicle.

This place is terrible!!! They sent me a computer for a Cadillac that was supposed to be programmed (paid extra for that) and it didn't work. They then sent me another one that, surprise, surprise didn't work either. They claimed it was to be plug and play and it was not! they charged me $246.99 for this part and the work they claimed they did but clearly did not. When they finally gave me credit for my return, they only credited me $159.31 to which they stated they wouldn't reimburse me for shipping and programming. We had many hours lost on this job because of their shoddy work. Very very disappointed in this company. I actually went and got a brand new GM module from the factory and programmed it myself. I should have done that from the very beginning. I was just trying to save my customer some money, which in turn cost me more money.

Received item in a timely manner, it was the correct item and I am pleased with it. The refund of my core deposit took longer than it should have, and I actually had to contact them about it. That was the only problem with the order.

*2012 Ram 1500 WIN Repair Service*I contacted local dealers and automotive locksmiths to replace my ignition switch for my truck - all the quotes were wildly different but all over the 500 dollar mark. I knew it would be expensive but the dealers shed a whole new light on expensive...So I kept Googling for a solution to my woes - saw an ad for All Computer Resources and their WIN repair service.I sent in the ignition switch with my keys from my truck for repair. Received them back with a remanufactured sticker on it. Plugged it in and it just works. Factory remote start, starting, and running all work. I've had an exceptional experience with them and will keep them in mind for any other technical repairs. Thanks a ton

Ordered Computer with all vehicle information, gave my customer a price on new ECM, 7 days after order placed I get a call from them saying my ECM Part number costs $800 more. Poor Customer Service and wont honor prices listed on their site!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! Sent in my TCM for repair. It is GREATLY ADVERTISED on their website AND their YouTube video a "48 hour" repair time. They had my unit for 6 DAYS only to tell me it had a "computer chip that couldn't be repaired"............................... WHAT?!??!?............ isn't your entire business model .... (wait for it) REPAIRING. AND REPLACING. COMPUTER. CHIPS!?!?!?!?!?! Also had to constantly reach out to THEM for updates and anytime I called their receptionist all she did was try to rush me off the phone and give me vague-at-best answers. And on top of that they only refunded me the $245 and not the shipping. For the trouble and headache they've caused, the right thing to do would be to cover the shipping since I wasted the better part of a WEEK on them! I have another TCM in need of repair. I WILL NOT be using them.

Great service, Price and Reliable. They did EACTLY what they said they would do. The PCM worked and my car is back on the road. The company 1 something, sent the wrong part and had my car down for two extra weeks before I found ALL COMPUTER RESOURCES. THANKS to All involved.

I bought a replacement TCM for my 2008 Mazda5. The website makes it seem like the turnaround time is super fast (24 hours), so when I hadn t heard anything after 3 or 4 days and customer service wasn t super helpful. Reading some of the reviews and BBB reviews then had me a bit alarmed that maybe I wasn t going to ever see the replacement unit BUT I was pleasantly surprised when it showed up in the mail. I think total time from mailing the old TCM to them to getting the refurbished one was about 10 days.The unit was 100% plug and play and so far has worked without issue for 1,000 miles so I feel confident saying that their product does what it says it will.I took off a star for customer service and communication but otherwise very happy with the purchase)

Each person was kind and helpful. Even though I am an 82 year old woman following up on details they were all kind and helpful. All Computer Resources provided exceptional customer service. When I called about a computer module for my Chrysler Aspen, the representative was super patient and explained the entire process in detail. I received emails informing me of what stage the module was in such as the module was being programmed for my vehicle, the module went through a quality review, the device was being prepared for shipping, etc. There was never a time when I had to wonder what the status was because the updates came regularly. Also, the pricing was super competitive.I even referred my mechanic to the website. He mentioned that the programming was great.I would definitely use All Computer Resources in the future, if necessary.

I'm so glad a friend recommended this company to me. I had lost my keys, gave up on finding them so put in another ignition switch...that didn't work. Found my keys, put in the original ignition switch....didn't work. Sent my part to them, had it back in 5 days, put it in and it started right up. . I'm a happy, satisfied customer!

we received the module very quickly, couldn't get it to work. tried to talk to someone to help me with installation. was impossible to to have a direct communication. as soon as i was able to talk to Sebastian the tech, within 30 minutes the car was fixed, he went out of his way even sending me a new part just in case it was faulty. i would highly recommend you get your parts here.

We spent almost 4 months trying to get the part from the vehicle manufacturer and parts houses. The UAW strike caused that to be very difficult along with the age of my vehicle. Found ACR in a search and placed my order. The part came in 7 days and was installed. Has been working great. Quick and informed service but the price was a tad high for a reconditioned part. Didn't matter since the vehicle had been sidelined for 4 months and 4 days. Appreciate the service from ACR.

I would have to say obviously when you have never dealt with a company before and a method of outsourcing my headache part and praying and hoping this is a legit business. Paying money which is much lower than a local dealership of course but still significant.But I do thank God for this business and knowledge and fast shipping and communication throughout the process very grateful that my TCM came back working as new again.I have shared with many people promoting All Computer Resources and thankful for this business.

ACS, and their products, and their process, in a word...awesome. Great website. Easy to order from. Great email updates along the way. Product delivered was exactly as ordered and performed as promised.... preprogrammed and ready to plug in and play. Helped me salvage a very important car to my family that was in a "no crank, no start" situation. All this and a lifetime warranty. Truly a value.

I sent off an ignition module to get rebuilt. They sent it back and the problem was still persistent. So I sent a message to them about it and after a few back and forth emails I sent it back to them. I get it back a week later worse, it won't start the vehicle at all now. Customer service is no longer communicating with me about it. Vehicle has now been sitting for two weeks. I would not recommend them to anyone.
