It s an auto part and have a lots of parts in stock. I m surprised though that to replace a battery (12v) that did not charge at their location for 24hours I have to go ask for warranty at the exact Advance Auto Part I originally bought. Weird. Besides that the service and attention was pretty good

Just left this store, and we re very disappointed. We went looking to get our car battery testing before buying a new one, but that didn t happen. Your staff member named Joshua refused to help us. He didn t give us a reason why he didn t want to do the battery check.What s the point of your company offering a service if you re staff members are too lazy to work.What a shame.

Don t ever come to buy anything from this advanced auto parts very unprofessional if buy a battery there you will have ahard time to do a warranty exchange on the batteries I left my lawn mower battery here around 11: 45 am came back 3 :16 pm they wanted me to leave it over night it s a lawnmower battery I been buying lawnmower batteries for 14 I never heard anything like that to exchange a battery that is still on warranty

I'm from out of town, got some battery advice, but he didn't pressure me to buy one. I stopped in for oil! Went elsewhere to find a battery! We'll see how correct he was? He checked my alternater and battery.

The employees here are very helpful and they always know exactly what you need. I don't know if im lucky but everytime I come here they have a sale on oil which also includes the filter. The best prices and great customer service.

The staff is not well versed on how to diagnose a bad battery. They rely on a little green light to tell them a battery is ok even though it's not and will not hold a charge after a few hours. When you ask if they fast charged and out a high load on it as part of the test they give you a blank stare (they don't know what they're doing). This results in denial of a valid warranty item. Not doing business with Advance after this incident.

Ordered a few parts online for pickup. Beware! They charge a "$10 base fee" to order online. On top of never having the items ready for you when you actually go to pick them up. Otherwise service is great.

The store is very good but the two female managers there are very rude and horrible to work with you 9/5/2019Still one of the managers still work there very rude eyes to look at dormant parts to look for a certain rubber garment was told no couldn't help if it aint on the shelf we don't have it looked online they have it will go to Napa to get it

The defective parts they sold me not only cost me hundreds in labor but time arguing with an incompetent employee name Floralisa to get a refund. She wanted me to exchange the items for possibly more defective parts. I can imagine that buying parts from auto part stores can be hit or miss, but what you lack in quality you make up for with customer service. Not Advanced Auto Parts in Homestead, the service and the quality is equally bad.

This store has very poor phone service with the customers. Ask the Representative whom answered the phone for help. She wasn't clear with her words and she was rude.

Needed replacement for battery that I purchased almost 3 years ago. They tested the battery, determined it was bad and without hesitation gave me a brand new replacement. Thanks.
