The workers Alex and Daniel were not very pleasant and incompetent when it relates to finding parts and overall customer service. I needed a replacement part because my part was defective and still under warranty. They didn't have the part and didn't want to put order in for the replacement. I ended up going to the Advance on s. Dixie highway which was very helpful and showed me that Alex and Daniel either didn't want to do their jobs or were truly incompetent to get this simple task done.

Upon my arrival I was greeted by a customer representative,I wanted to return a started that was never use, the representative call the assiatan supervisor CARLOS MANTILLA (witch he had no name tag) I had to ask for his name.and according to him he couldn't not accept the starter because is consider an electrical part,I told himwhen I purchace the starter I ask the sales man representative, what my issue was, and ask if the started was not the problem if I was able to returned the starter and the answer was YES, just make sure you bring the receipt,I buy a lot from this place and for something like this they will defenally not own my business again.....good luck...

By far one of the worst part stores this side of the Mississippi. The workers are incompetent, they took 30 minutes to find an oil filter. The worker that I was as unlucky to deal with was a long haired jug head. The guy was as useful as a bucket with no bottom. Like seriously there has to be a program out there to find people this incompetent and they all work here. God give you strength if you have to talk with alain.

Don't EVER go here unless you have plenty of time to waste! Customer service is nonexistent here and they obviously love watching customers stand in line all day!

Very poor customer service! I bought a part for my BMW that ended up being almost $300 I paid with my card and had all of my receipts. I ended up not needing the piece and returned it in mint condition not even opened with the package and they decided to turn it back into my card which never seem to go through on their end. Long story short I am now taking them to court for a petty $300 that they could have easily returned without hassle. I would recommend going over to AutoZone or Napa where the customer service is a lot better and the employees are a lot more knowledgeable. Management needs to do a better job with their staff and attitude do not waste your time AutoZone and Napa are literally one minute away!

I came here because outside says FREE BATTERY TESTING AND INSTALLATION . The guy said he couldn't check my car because he didn't have a computer. So you guys should put outside NO COMPUTER to check cars or something. Is the first time I had ever heard this in an ADVANCE auto parts. I don t think the guy wanted to help me at all.

So I was suppose to do a drop off for ups but the guy who answered the phone wasnt professional he didnt know what was needed. lied, and to top it off I wasted money going there on top of waiting 20 to 30 mins for him t ok anwser when I could have easily went somewhere else if given the right info this wasnt a good experience and they need to be more aware and professional as a staff

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon for a battery test and needed a new battery. Purchased battery and as the employee helping me starts to leave to install the assistant manager tells him to help the other customers in line and goes on her break while a dozen or so people are waiting. As he helps them more and more people keep coming in and he keeps waiting on them. Over half an hour goes by before she comes back then waits another 15 minutes to let him proceed with the install. Customer service is definitely not her strong suit. Don't stop here for a battery unless you have lots of time to kill.

O.m.g.!! LalA was the best!! I've been in customer service for over 20 years,and this young lady was just all around great! Very well knowledgeable about the products and what they sell ! You have a great employee with a bright future!!!!!!!!

This is a nice & clean AAP. Shelves are nicely stocked. Problem is checking out. Rarely can I quickly come in & out with a purchase with an item on the shelf. You end up in some strangely organized line waiting behind a guy looking for a part that requires the whole staff to take a huddle. I miss the old AAP when there was a dedicated checkout line like any normal store. Parts are in the back, then you proceed to the normal check out line. AAP is not customer focused, especially ones with cash in hand. I can see these guys go the way of the dodo bird. As much as I like to support local economy, Amazon & National Parts Depot are the way to go. They remind me of the recently perished Sears, where you also wonder around endlessly with cash in hand with no one to check you out.

I've normally had bad experiences here, but this morning had a very helpful experience. I recently had surgery, couple days ago, and can't walk upright or lift heavy objects. The cashier that was there saw me grabbing a gallon of windshield washer fluid and immediately came over to help even went and grabbed me glass cleaner brought it to the counter and in the end walked my purchases and myself to my vehicle. Thank you soo much Alexandra, that made my day.

Employees at this location are lazy. Don't bother buying a battery here. They will not install for you. Shame on the manager for hiring lazy people and not ensuring they are doing their job. It is a reflection of you as a manager and of Advance Auto for failing to hire good managers.

Great customer service. Called for a specific part. The gentleman, Searched and then told me. Let me go make sure it's here, so I can guarantee it's here for you. That made a huge difference in the decision on where I'll be going for my auto parts from now on.

I came here in search of car markers for my window but they were sold out. This store usually has what I need otherwise, but Iwasn't so lucky this time due to all the drive-by Graduation Celebration Ceremonies due to COVID-19. I eventually some the day I needed them at Walmart.

This advance auto is ok, usually the lines are long, the inside is a little old and outdated compared to the new auto parts stores just blocks away, and it's in a really rough secluded part of town
