I've known Rex for 4 years and he has always worked on my BMW 650i. Just recently I had an issue with my stabilizer bar and then as he went into my car I had other issues of oil leak and he showed me and took care of that as well. Now my car drives beautifully. I will never go to anybody else. His patience and knowledge of cars is the best I've seen. I made a YouTube video named BMW & Rex. Check it out!

Rex saved us last week when we were visiting Hollywood, Fl and our car s engine faltered badly. It was a Friday evening and we were due to leave town and our AirBnB early the next morning, and the car wouldn t run. I called Rex; he made a reasonable housecall, and my husband followed him back to an auto parts store and Rex fixed it. He was nice, competent, and explained all of the steps he took to get the repair done all for a reasonable fee. We think Rex is a star!!

Awesome service on my Ferraris range rover and Mercedes. Reasonable prices, great service, very knowledgeable on all foreign and domestic cars, trucks, and SUVs. I've used this shop for 2 years and the owner for 3 years. Can't go wrong going here.

I have never met a more honest and fair priced business.Rex have done many repairs on my Mercedes to my 100% satisfaction and on my friends auto also. There is no better place to take your car for an estimate, and he uses the most modern dialis systems.

I've got a 2007 Audi A4 with 105k miles on it. Owned it for 3 years, and it's been smooth sailing until now. The engine was in perfect condition. Then, the AC started acting up, so I figured I'd swing by this local shop since it was nearby.Picked up the car, and right away, I noticed the hood sensor wasn't playing nice. The dashboard kept insisting the hood was open, even though it was securely shut. Mentioned it to Rex before leaving, and he said he'd order a new sensor to fix it up. Weird thing was, when I got home and hit the key fob to lock the car, I realized the usual alarm sound didn't sound. Sent Rex a text about the alarm hitch, but he didn't reply. Next day, I messaged him about the hood sensor again, but still no word. That was two months ago, and I haven't heard from him ever since.However, that wasn't the worst part. The worst thing was that, two weeks after that so-called "fix," my car stopped working completely. Total shutdown. Now, this is a ride that ran smooth as butter for more than 3 years, and now it won't even start. I rolled into that shop with a glitchy AC, and now I can't even get the engine running. It has multiple misfires: I myself replaced the spark plugs, coils, coils connectors, two relays, two burnt fuses, battery, camshaft sensor, crankshaft sensor, and even the ECU. Nothing seems to solve the problem.Bottom line? I wouldn't touch this shop with a ten-foot pole, and I sure wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either.

I was referred to Triple R from a local Advanced Auto Parts after I purchased my new battery. I was frustrated they could not help to install after being told on the phone they could, due to my car being a Lexus hybrid with battery installation in the back of the vehicle. They called up Rex and got me in right away. Within 20 minutes of arriving, Rex changed my battery and recommended that I needed an oil change soon and he would be happy to be my mechanic moving forward. Being new to the area and my car only being a year in my possession, I was unaware how difficult some easy replacements could be. It great to know I have someone I can trust now for my car services. He helped a frustrating morning turn around! I highly recommend!Service: Battery

When we first arrived here the mechanic was extremely friendly with us and got to work on our car almost immediately. He told us what he was doing every step of the way and he fixed our problem within minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs immediate help with their car.

Rex & his team at Tripple RRR are the place to visit. Their professionalism & expert diagnostics were A1. I got there as a referral & 2nd opinion due to the fact I felt I was being over charged at another shop. After hearing my story and properly diagnosing the vehicle Rex referred me to an alignment shop and they got my car right. I saved over a $1000 because of their expert diagnosis @ Tripple RRR.

What I really enjoyed about being here was the professionalism and high level of service. Without even trying, the honor placed my Audi on the machine to figure out what the problem was, told me what some of the simple solutions were in the costs, and made me feel secure that my vehicle was in good safe hands. Everything was reasonable and I brought the vehicle in repaired and now have come in to do other work consistently when I need to. And I scheduled my two yearly services here. Great customer service. Ask for Rex, he s very skilled and knowledgeable about cars. I m very apprehensive as a female going to a mechanic, but when I found this shop I felt very confident and know I m in good hands and my car will be taken care of, plus the price is affordable.

Rex is the most knowledgeable , diligent & honest mechanic I ve ever come across , & I ve been to many over the years . For both my Mercedes &BMW , Rex s thorough understanding of all the car s components (& troubles that could stem from those components ) has led to quick & accurate repairs , without him ever having a mistaken diagnosis & then having to buy additional parts . Simply put , Rex is to automotive repair what Lebron James is to basketball. Trust him with your car, & both your wallet & your car will thank you for many years to come
