Worst service ever. Avoid this place. I had my appointment for service at 7:15 am. It s 11:15 now and I m still waiting for an oil change not worth it. I am editing this review to include that the Service manager contacted me here but he has been unresponsive. I left 5 voice messages in the provided phone number and called several times to Toyota of Hollywood phone number and nothing! Extremely disappointed by this Toyota dealer...

Don t buy any parts from this dealership! I bought a 600 dollar part for my tundra which failed after only a couple of months while on a trip! Had to buy the same part from another dealership and they would not give me my money back! They would only give me a replacement so now I have paid for the same part twice one in the truck that works and one I can keep on my shelf at home! All they did is make it easier to buy another brand truck!

Sales department always answers right away. Of course. Don t expect parts dept to answer phone if you need assistance. 50 minutes total wait, 4 calls in all. No reply

Strange?! What a work ethic.Called the main number and was connected to the parts departments.No response. Called again. They definitely have caller ID. Basically all my calls were ignored. I tried for 20 minutes. This was 30 minutes before closing.Who cares for buying parts, right?I just hope the parts department, whoever was there, had no medical issues.I considered Toyota of Hollywood to choose my new car. Not anymore. I am not a fortunate son.

Great parts great service I needed a brake line for a 2002 Toyota 4Runner they had it got it to me perfect part and start my uncle to install it back on the road. Gentleman was great I had looked 2 to 3 different Toyota Dealers we're sending you this one had the part

Fui atendida por Renzo Bordonaro. Realmente hay que realzar la calidad y profesionalismo de Las personas que laboran en este sitio. El Sr Renzo mostro todo el tiempo mas alla de la necesidad de vender un vehiculo, la intention de querer asesorar en la diferente alternativas que mejor se acoplen a tu necesidad y presupuesto, logrando asi que obtuviese un vehiculo en excelente y optimas condiciones.
