I live in West Palm Beach, so I have a plethora of dealerships between home and Hollywood. I chose Toyota of Hollywood because of a friend s recommendation. Denis was my salesman & Thomas was my finance representative and I trust him. I appreciate all the warmth and kindness from my salesman to finance and insurance. I am very happy I chose Toyota of Hollywood.

Purchasing my car from Toyota of Hollywood was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked onto the lot to the moment I drove away in my new car and even on the next day, I was treated with such care and attention. Jaime Crespo worked with me and went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I wanted and that I was happy. Oscar and Milagros Prado were also super attentive and caring. Between the three of them, they took care of me, listened to my concerns and weren t happy until I was happy. Service of this kind is rare and I just want to thank them treating me like family. I love my new car! I highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to shop here.

Worst location to buy or service your car at. When you show up the car salesmen follow you around pressuring you to purchase a car. Even when you tell them no you are only there for a car service.Today 1/20/24 my mom went to service her at 7:30 am Toyota Corolla that had 4 free oil change service available. When she arrived she declined additional service that Brandon silvestre offered. She even initialed that she declined service.At 1:00 pm my mom called to see if her car was ready, and it was. When she arrived Brandon said she had to pay $90. My mom was trying to reassure Brandon that she shouldn t have to pay as she only requested her free oil change and nothing more. Brandon insisted that she signed for other services. After demanding to speaka. My mom was right! Brandon added additional services that my mom initially declined!The manager Isaiah was super helpful. He was able to help my mother get her car..Thanks.But wait there s more As I waited in my car near the car service for my mom to get her car. The car valet/service worker ( a Hispanic lady) came up to me as asked can I help you? I replied no I m with my mom waiting for her car to be returned. She then asked me to move my car. I pointed to my mom s car that was pulling up and said I ll leave once she gets in the car. Then she said in a Spanish accent sorry I no understand but she spoke clear English the first time She then walked over to a few other workers in the car service area pointing at my car. Then one of them, a young men walked away and got into a car, then he drove the car very fast and almost hit my car on purpose. The owner of the car got in and then the Hispanic lady came back to my car shouting that I need to move my car. Obviously where I was did not hinder the driver in his car because he was able to move his car with no issues.It seems that the employees at this location are rude, young, uneducated and are after your money.This is the worst location to bring your Toyota. Unfortunately most of my family members including myself have a Toyota simply because they are reliable cars however I will never get a car service here or buy from here. (Toyota Hollywood location)It s never a good experience compared to the other Toyota locations that I have been to.

This location is amazing. My my Sales Consultant Juan Negrin went above and beyond. Did everything he said he would and could do. He was patient with all of the questions my husband and myself asked. Rafael Neira made the finance process quick and easy. Everyone at this dealership is friendly, great attitudes. Everyone had a smile on their face. Thank you everyone from Nicole and Bobby Fullwood

The service was amazing all along the way from the first moment I med the seller Marlon Bouza. Nice young guy with great personality and help me with every question I had! Who was respectful and he didn t try to push me a car I don t like the opposite he even told me the cars he think from his opinion I shouldn t consider. I think great seller need to be real with the costumer and put himself in the shoes of the costumer and he did it big time! The General Manager also was so amazing I forgot his name but I can say that if you think on Toyota so the location in Hollywood is the best by far! Thank you! I love my car!

We purchased our first new vehicle, a 2024 Toyota Highlander and we had an amazing experience at this dealership. We started this process online due to being out of state and our salesman Medwin Macea made this process a breeze. He went above and beyond for us. He was very knowledgeable, listened to our needs and non-negotiable wants and provided us with his expert recommendations. He kept us informed of the status almost daily, patiently answered all of our questions (they were many) and basically held our hand through it all. He even went as far as to creating & sending us detailed videos of the vehicle we selected while explaining all of the features it had. We went into this process clueless and not knowing what to expect, but truly had an amazing first time experience here. We picked up our vehicle today and it is total love! If you are in the market, go see Medwin. I can t recommend him enough.

I don't know where to start. Well I start by saying that this have been my 3rd time to Toyota of Hollywood and all three time the experiencing have been amazing. There they don't treat you or see you like $$$, they see you like a person that is needing their help.If you are looking on buying a car please that is thr place to go, don't worry abut if you have bad credit I am telling you they will help you out. My credit took a hit bad and they were still able to get me on a car. Ask for Yegor and tell him that Eric Leon sent you.

Thank you Yegor! Yegor was very helpful I went to three different Toyota dealerships and he was the only one to approach us (me and my wife) he was very helpful informative and patient! We didn t have plans on buying a car but after our experience we left in a 2021 Toyota Highlander.

I live in the Central Florida area, but I chose to get my car at Toyota of Hollywood and I am so glad that I did. Karolin Ramos is so welcoming and helpful, I can t recommend her enough! We spoke over the phone for a month until the car arrived to the dealership and she updated me every single step of the way. She answered every question I had (which was a lot) and she was very quick to respond as well. I only have positive things to say about Karolin, she truly made the whole process an amazing experience! I left with my dream car and can t thank her enough!!

Purchased a Tundra from Toyota of Hollywood a year ago. Service was great! Had multiple issues with the truck since. Sometimes I receive assistance and sometimes I do not. Seems like a decent dealership, but they are just overwhelmed in every department. Recently had a repair done at their service department, it was done incorrectly which caused my brakes to fail while driving on the highway. Was so dangerous. Turns out that the technician never reconnected the bolts for the brackets that hold the break line in place. I m sure it was a mistake. It s not that they re not competent, it s just seems like they are overwhelmed. Not the happiest customer.

Came in looking for a budget car, left with a 2023 gr86 premium all thanks to my great salesman Romeo Cifuentes. He provided premier customer service and most importantly made my dream of owning a gr86 come true. I Will be for sure going to Romeo when it s time to upgrade to a Supra.

Great service location. The waiting area is very comfortable, they have USB outlets to charge your cell, couches and an area to bring your laptop to do work if needed. They also have 2 places to get take out food, which helps during the wait. My service rep Brian is always straightforward with me and I trust he's taking good care of my car!

Yourie helped us through all the steps we wanted to take! At first we were looking for a used car that fits the budget but she made it work even better with brand new Camrys!We came unsure if we could turn in one car and get two and she made it happen! I even spoke to my wife about how easy and smooth the whole transaction was compared to previous buying moments. Each conversation from Yourie to Ari to then Sasha was coached and pleasant to have. Didn t feel pressured nor dismissed the whole time. Will be back when we re ready for another car!
