Just purchased a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria from R&L. The vehicle is in immaculate condition and runs fantastic. Diego has been one of the nicest people to work with. He answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommended him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. He had the car thoroughly checked and completely detailed. An overall 10 out of 10 purchase. I enjoyed the entire experience purchasing my new car!! Thank You Diego.

Just got my Crown Victoria from R&L. Has 73k miles on it, and its an amazing car. The car is immaculate. Haven't had any problems with it. The car drives so smoothly. Diego was very fair and made sure that everything on the car was good and ready to go. Was an absolute pleasure doing business with Diego!

I flew to Ft. Lauderdale from Atlanta after seeing some of the vehicle s advertised on Craigslist. I wound up purchasing an 08 Crown Victoria from Deigo for work a couple of weeks ago. Vehicle had only 80K on the odometer and has been solid. I drove it back to Georgia and it was smooth sailing. Car is in good condition for the year. Diego was fantastic & more than accommodating. I appreciated his professionalism. He even picked me up from my hotel in one of the cars he had for sale! Thanks! Highly recommended!

Purchased a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor from R&L this week. The vehicle, sitting pretty at 151k-ish miles was damn near immaculate inside and out. Pricing was fair and easy, met with Diego twice and on the second visit I decided to make the purchase.Communication was great, received texts and updates regarding the vehicle in the week leading up to me buying it, Diego had it washed, detailed, and sitting inside the show room waiting for me on the second visit. The purchase was quick and painless, Diego even knocked a bit off the price since I m law enforcement, which I thought was awesome.Took the vehicle to a service center for review and was shocked when all I got was We re just gonna replace a coil because it s old, it s good to go. Which is something I ve never had happen when buying a used vehicle, especially a used police vehicle.All in all this has been the best experience I ve had buying a used vehicle so far. No games involved, which was refreshing. The price negotiation was honest and straight forward. The vehicle completed its police service up north and now it s getting a second wind.

It wasn t just the fact that I got a car I wanted but I also got a great quality car at great price. The real reason why I m giving it 5 stars was Diego. Extremely helpful with every step of my purchase. All questions that I ve had about what to buy where to buy them from he s been a text message away and a great help for everything. Looking for a Crown Vic? Look no further, Diego is your guy. Dozens of options in inventory ready to drive off the lot. I purchased a 2008 P71 with only 100 idle hours, runs like a dream. A couple years ago I was in urgent need for a vehicle and had no luck finding what I needed until I came across R & L. I bought a black 2006 Crown Vic and it was one of the best purchases I have ever made. The owner, Diego Lema, was very helpful throughout the whole process. Answered all of my questions and was attentive throughout the whole process.I recently went back to see their inventory since I wanted to upgrade to something better. They did not have what I was looking for (mid-size SUV) but I had the blessing to work with Mr. Lema again. He helped me find a brand new Jeep with the package and options I wanted. The delivery was fast and the whole process was straightforward.

I shopped for three days at a dealership close by and was hesitant about everything I was showed, then I walked over to R&L to talk to Diego. Everything about the sale was relaxed and on a friendly level as well as professional. It was a decent price for year and mileage, no problems yet after about 1,000 miles driven. I wasn't pressured into anything and he let me do most of the talking. If you want a sale where they're not pushing you into something you don't want or chasing you around the lot being annoying, head over to Hollywood and check them out. Tons of prior law enforcement sedans with different years, mileage, and packages.Side note- I even brought my 2 year old son with me to the signing, and he was also accommodated by being allowed to play with some toys cars in the shop. Diego even gave him one! So awesome to see decent humans still around.

From the beginning, L & R Brokers and Diego were quick to respond to my inquiry, answer my questions, schedule a test drive, and find the perfect truck for me! We needed something specific, and we found exactly what we needed with L & R Brokers. There was no pressure while dealing with them and I would recommend them to everyone. Buying with R&L was the best car buying experience we have ever had. It was easy and quick and found a great vehicle. Diego was so easy going and made the whole process painless. The price was unbeatable. He even threw in a couple gifts/toys for our toddler. My husband was so happy that he threw in some ford items for the vehicle we bought! We would absolutely 100% go back to Diego again.

They answered every question we had. We purchased a Nissan GTR without seeing the car. We took his word for it. The car was in excellent condition, beyond what we expected when it was delivered to our state. He even went the extra mile and booked a transportation company to deliver the car and assisted every step of the way until the car was delivered. Great service. Definitely will be doing more business with them.

I bought a hood used Crown Victoria From R&L back in September of 2022. After purchasing the vehicle I drove it all the way back up to Atlanta. It drove like a charm. I would definitely recommend anyone that s looking to make a purchase of a good used car to buy here. Thanks again.

R&L have provided nothing but the best services across both procuring new and used vehicles for me. In 2011, the owner Diego Lema helped me get a brand new 2012 civic the month they came on the market for significantly under sticker and under what any Honda dealer had previously quoted me. On top of that, over the years he has assisted me with getting the car serviced at reputable shops at discounted prices. He s always been honest and straightforward with me. I m currently having him get me a used Jeep and look forward to buying with him.

Cant say enough about the experience I've had with R&L. Diego went above and beyond what I expected a dealer to for me. Felt like family. Me and my wife both bought our vehicles there, and would refer him to all my friends and family. I stopped by just to thank him for the wonderful experience and he had my car washed for free!!!!

Friendly and easy to work with, had a great experience buying a truck from them and it has been fine for a year. They let me test drive it all I wanted, had my mechanic come do an inspection, and even went out of their way to get it up on a lift down to street to inspect underside. You just need to know what your buying. Its a used auto dealer and you have to do your due diligence before you make a purchase.

Found a car I have been searching for, with R and L. Working with them for a few weeks and got the vehicle delivered this week. Their inventory has a lot of good angle pictures, and they are willing to discuss details of the vehicles.This was my first purchase of a car online. I would suggest including a recording of the car running, doors opening and closing, etc. To add more details for the buyers.As the car I purchased was 25 years old I expected a some issues. Remarkably it arrived in great condition, with only a few things to work on. I would consider buying from R and L again, in the future.
