Alfredo & Sophia were amazing and incredibly fast!! Got me financed in less than 1 day ; ))) The service warranty I got with the Silverado is bumper to bumper electical, Hybrid, motor, transmission, and cones with 365 days of road side assistance.Great experience all the way around this is why I gave the 5 of 5 stars.I will recommend many people to this dealer. They are quite special.

Pains me to write this review only because I had hoped it would ve worked out a different way. I purchased a vehicle all virtually and assured time the vehicle was tip top. I noticed a ticking via video chat and was told it only needed a tune up. Fast forward to about a month and some change the ticking is still there and now the motor top end is going out. I would either need a rebuild which is about another 11k or a new motor to throw in. I don t blame everything on this company which is why it s two stars and not 1 because I shouldn t have purchased the vehicle with the ticking sound even after they said it was a tune up only or virtually. When the vehicle shipped to me the company didn t protect the windshield and multiple rock cracks appeared on arrival as well and notified the auto company since they shipped it and never heard anything about the replacement or reimbursement of my windshield since it wasn t purchased that way.Id be very weary about purchasing a vehicle from these guys. Just make sure you do your due diligence. I purchased a Honda s2000 and now it s sitting in a car shop in about a months time.Update:Even after the review dealership claims no responsibility for anything previously mentioned and my car motor is out for rebuilding so I am changing my 2 stars to 1 due to taking no responsibility or getting my windshield repaired for their mistake on vehicle shippers.

This is a good place for good prices but must be careful do not give deposite to hold vehicle they sold mine even though I gave$1000 dollar deposite I now have to go to small claims court.

I got ripped off from this dealership. I was told by Alfredo that I was getting a good reliable car before I purchased it and had it shipped from their dealership to Indiana but I got a junk car. It arrived with the BCM hanging out of the dash, had about 4 inches of water in the trunk and every mechanic that checks it says it needs a transmission.They took advantage of my decision to trust in them and they could care less about selling their junk car and taking my money no matter how much I would lose. Don't get screwed here like I did.

The car was as described on the site, the staff was courteous, and welcoming. Demetrius the owner was up front about the car a Alfredo the salesman, bent backwards to make the deal happen. Sofia the office assistant was awesome as well, once the deal was done, the paperwork went smooth and she explained each page. Next time I m in the market for a car I would check with these guys again.

I would leave a negative star if possible. I do feel Alfredo Cruz works hard and tries to make you feel comfortable buying but that s where the good review ends.I am an out of state buyer so I will definitely no better then buying a car on a sales persons word. I bought a 2005 Ford Mustang Convertible. When I bought the car I was led to believe it was in good shape not perfect but good to great shape. I asked if the top leaked, I was told and was sent videos everything is in good working order. You will be so happy with this car. Well to my dismay the inside was filthy so no detailing. Oil change was over due and the battery was almost five years old. The top leaks into the trunk and the gear shift linkage is messed up. I ve spent every nice day cleaning the inside of my car and problems keep arising. So to say I m disappointed is the least I can say. Beware buying in other states. My state allows three days if you are unhappy with the vehicle. I not sure if it s true in Florida. The owner was too busy to address my issues when I wanted to cancel the order before the car was shipped.Shipping is another buyer beware issue that I have as well but it is what it is.

This dealership has no sense whatsoever of customer satisfaction and they will sell you a junk car and hide behind a clean car fax because many car accidents go unreported. That s what scammers do

Excelent service just got out of there today with a very nice Nissan murano, hopefully it lasts me a long time Alfredo was great he let test drive it around i95, that never happened before always around the block and the lady was awesome too the owner gave me a great deal
