No doubt that when my MAZDA MX-5 needs service again it will probably drive itself to the guys at MazdaPros! Knowledgeable, experienced and just down to the point, these guys will get your Mazda running in the best shape it s ever been, I brought my new to me MX-5 for a 50K service, spark plugs, engine, transmission and differential service and it was done fast and with the piece of mind that the guys at MazdaPros are experts and loyal to the JDM brand.

After going to several Mazda Service Departments to get a diagnosis on my Mazda CX-5 was pulling and after getting several alignments...still with no resolution. Edgar was able to test drive the car and analyze that the wheel balance was uneven for all 4 of my tires. This occured after driving over a pothole 3x. I am well pleased with the service provided. I highly recommend MazdaPro as a 1st choice and 2nd evaluation for your vehicle

I trusted them with my precious - '93 LE Miata - and absolutely was not disappointed. She drives better right now than ever before and I am ecstatic! The shop was all very kind and courteous and the price was completely fair. When I was waiting to be checked in, I even had another customer strike up a conversation with me who told me he'd been coming here for 20 years. If you have a Mazda that you love, this is the perfect group of mechanics for it. I have been taking my 1990 Mazda Miata here for nearly 2 years now. Have done its timing belt/water pump, along with all the engine seals and installation of a new radiator. And most recently, Edgar and his team were able to fix my A/C. I'm just gonna say this, if you bring your car here for service you are a moron. Period.I'm working on a car that I purchased from someone that had the timing belt done here. I have to redo the timing belt because for whatever reason the VVT actuator failed. Every screw on the VVT actuator cover is stripped.In addition, the VVT solenoid, coil pack connectors, cam sensor, and idle control valve connectors are not only damaged, but some were stuffed with RTV silicone to keep them in place. The correct repair would have been to replace the connector and would have taken 3 minutes per connector.While they were at it with screwing up this car, they filled the entire cooling system with 100% coolant instead of mixing it with 50% water like you're supposed to. Seriously, who TF does this? Do you employ ANY certified mechanics here? Did they attend the Mad Max School of Auto Repair?To top it all off, rather than replace the valve cover gasket, they slather silicone all over the head and call it a day.This is a hackjob of a shop, they are well known to have a poor reputation, and if they screw up your car, you have yourself to blame.Edit in reply to response: BRO, NO REPUTABLE SHOP LETS A CUSTOMER'S CAR LEAVE IN THIS CONDITIONAnd you can't be serious about that coolant thing. No vehicle EVER calls for 100% coolant with no water mix. Period. The car had a tendency to overheat in hot weather due to the improper mixture. That problem went away as soon as this was corrected.Water does most of the cooling in a cooling system, not the coolant. Coolant is an additive, not a replacement for water.I suggest you get yourself some education.Edit 2: in the photos section I added a screenshot from the owner's manual that you use as your "reference", it says do not add more than 60% coolant as this would reduce effectiveness. You put in 100% coolant. There was no water mixed in.Normally I wouldn't ever do such a thing, but when I see some serious B.S. I call it out. The mechanics incompetence is costing me money in repairs.Edit 3: THE EXHAUST CAMSHAFT ISNT EVEN TIMED PROPERLY

I'm visiting the Miami area on a road trip and heard a rumbling that made me think I had a brake issue. Edgar fit me in right away and had the oil changed and the brakes/rotors fixed same day. Sound is gone and I can confidently get back on the road. I have been taking all my vehicles for years (Tacoma, Frontier, Mazda 3, Miata, RX-7). Very reputable shop, great prices, honest mechanics and quick diagnostic/repair. Edgar and his brother always keep the customer in mind and work hard to keep you on the road. They are expert mechanics (including rotaries), will help sourcing the best parts (price/ quality). They communicate clearly on issues found and potential solutions. I went to three auto shops to diagnose/fix my car. The first place quoted me $1,400. The second place quoted me $350 just to diagnose and said it would cost more to actually fix. Edgar is a stand up mechanic and owner of the shop, always quotes fair prices and never tries to oversell me! He has done repairs on 3 of my vehicles and I have never left less than satisfied, highly recommend him for all your car needs not just Mazda.

The Absolute best, I had a problem with my RX8 so I called a Mazda shop near me and was told to have it towed in,they don't diagnose over the phone. I called Mazda Pros and spoke with Edgar who asked about the symptoms then asked about my automotive knowledge. He then explained what he thought was wrong and what to try to get it running again. As a mechanical engineer as was not convinced he was correct because the car had not failed in this manner in 118,000 miles. However I tried what he asked me to do and the next day it was running perfectly. I plan on keeping this car and when it needs service I will gladly travel the 25 or so miles to his shop.

Hands down, Edgar is the most honest mechanic I have ever met in my life! He has taken care of multiple cars of mine over the years and I would never go to anyone else. I know exactly what went wrong with my car, and what the cost is. I never feel like I m ripped off, or if another problem was created to keep having to go back. If you want things done the first time come here! Highly recommend!

Great shop Edgar and his brother are some of a few honest good mechanics, I have a 2005 Mazda 6 V6 with a big oil leak problem took the car to his shop and now leak free and a few hundred dollars less than the dealer. I live some what far from his shop but the drive is worth his great work and prices I will recommend his shop to others. Thanks Mazda pros

Edgar is the owner and a fair and honest businessman. He's been taking care of my 98 Lexus for many years, and I travel a lot. He and his mechanics are happy to bring you into the shop to explain and show you what's going on with your vehicle. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience with installation of lowering springs and an excellent precision alignment on my 2012,Mazda Miata today. These guys are excellent honest and reasonably priced mechanics. The work was done quickly and perfectly. Cars drives and handles on rails!!They were patient in answering all my questions about the job. Very professional, courteous. experienced and knowledgeable. I recommend then highly. I now Const this my go to Miata shop!

Edgar and the team at MazdaPros took great care of my MX-5 this weekend!! I had a new Wilwood brake kit and suspension parts installed. Dropped off on Friday and had back on Saturday. Handles great and all the work was top notch! We have a Mazda CX7. Have owned it 7 years with never any issues. Recently we developed an issue with idle issues and check engine light coming on and off. After several attempts to have it repaired elsewhere I Googled Mazda repair and found Mazda Pros. Every time it was repaired before Mazda Pros the issue came back after 100-150 miles. They where able to fix the issue and almost 1000 miles later no issues. My only criticism to Mazda Pros would be a lack of communication with me. I dropped off the car the Monday before Christmas and was expecting it back before they closed for the holiday, Wednesday evening. I thought 3 days was plenty of time to diagnose and repair. This was not a repair that involved parts at all. Overall I am still very pleased with the outcome and if any other issues occur I would not hesitate to to have them service my CX7.Thanks again guys

I've been a customer of this shop for more than two years now since I moved to Miami. Edgar always listens to you and cares about your car, he specializes in Mazda and so far has done a great job in my 1999 Miata. I'm very happy to have found a good shop that I can rely on.
