I recently had my car repaired at Hollywood Collision and my experience with Reggie and their staff was excellent. Throughout the entire repair process, they kept me well informed about the progress, which I greatly appreciated. I am extremely satisfied with the end result of the repair. Not only did they address the initial issue, but Reggie also went above and beyond to make my car look brand new. Overall I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto repair services.

I cannot say enough about this business. I had an accident a few months and needed a good and honest body shop. We all know those are few and far between. I did quite a lot of research before choosing Hollywood Collision Center and let me tell you I absolutely made the best decision. From the intake, to the release of my vehicle everything was an absolute pleasure. We arrived at the center and they had already arranged for us to be picked up by the rental car company. The intake paperwork was quick and efficient. They dealt with the insurance adjusters with ease. They ordered the parts the day we dropped the car off. They kept us informed along the process. My car came back perfect. Like the day I drove it off the lot. The owner Bart was absolutely amazing. Of course the insurance was making things difficult but when I tell you this man was on top of every aspect of the claim. I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. If you need quality body work with an amazing team of people backing the whole process I cannot recommend this place enough.

Henry is the man!!! He did great work on my car but it was his mannerism and gentle demeanor that made the experience an overall positive one. My vehicle was looking brand new, vacuumed and clean too. Good work. Very professional team.

OMG!!! Can I tell you that this is the best collision shop ever!! Took my car and they totally made it look like a brand new car again!! The sun had damaged the paint and my car got hit and the bumper and front was messed up. The techs there are excellent!!!! Very professional, provided excellent customer service and the quality of their work is fabulous!! I highly recommend them. Trust me you will not be sorry with their services and work. Way to go guys and THANK YOU for giving my car a carlift (it s a facelift for cars . ) Look at the before and after pics.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had initially chosen Hollywood Collision Center based on the beaming reviews here on Google. I m now wondering if those reviews are fake or if the company just decided to treat my military family like garbage.For reference, we contact Hollywood Collision Center in regards to a claim we filed through our insurance (USAA.) This is a nationwide insurance company that is legit and not a scam. However, the owner of the company said that he couldn t trust USAA because he s been burned before. Ok, not my problem.It became my problem when they held my car hostage 8 for 8 business days while they received a paper check sent via snail mail from USAA. Again, the owner claimed that he couldn t trust that he d get his money from USAA.Overall an awful experience.Genny who works the front desk is rude and doesn t know what she s doing. Same goes with the manager and owner.Take your car somewhere else!

On my way to work, I ran over debris that damaged my car. I looked up the closest body shop and found HOLLYWOOD COLLISION CENTER. I m so happy that I went to this body shop! The staff was welcoming, efficient, and fair. I had such anxiety about what happened to my car and that I might be over charged, but HOLLYWOOD COLLISION CENTER really put me at ease.

After my go-to body shop closed, I was looking for a new body shop where I was treated as a person and not just another job. I looked online and found Hollywood Collision Center. I happened to be in the area one day and decided to stop in and just speak with them. As I walked into the office, I was greeted by Mr. Barton Taylor. He was friendly and more than willing to give me his time. I showed him my car which needed work on the front bumper. I asked how long it would take to fix the bumper, what the cost would be, and when would be the best time to bring the car in. He asked if I had a few minutes and he would take care of it while I waited. About a half hour later, he handed me the keys. I am more than pleased with the service my car received and happy with the friendly atmosphere of the office staff and Mr. Taylor. I will be back!

Best Services, very knowledgable on what they doing. very professional, fast service, gave me great advise, they look for better and reasonable price for the body part. I really recommend this place. when my car was done it looked brand new like nothing had happen to it.

I took my car to Hollywood Collision Center after it had been hit from behind and they really know their customer service AND they made my liftgate and bumper look brand spanking new. Not only that, they completed the job a day earlier than they had quoted me when I called to check in, they cleaned the interior (which I was not expecting them to do) and overall, the folks were just so kind and happy to help. I m hoping I don t need to return but should I ever have issues with my car again that beget repairs, I know exactly where I m going.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Today I am at Lauderhill Collision Center conducting an inspection. What a great place to do Bussiness with. Management is knowledgeable hard to find these days. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!The experience has been horrible to say the least. They've had my car for almost three months now. I call once a week because they never give you a call to update you on the slow and unacceptable progress on your vehicle. When I do call them, they lie and give you some story as to why the car is still not finished. They always tell you, next week we'll hvlave your car ready, then the next week comes and they keep saying the same thing, next week it will be ready, "I promise". I keep paying for a rental car as well the monthly payment of the car that I still don't have. It's beyond ridiculous for a company to not be able to get your car done in a timely manner. I'm beyond frustrated and upset with this company. I strongly advise you go somewhere else.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

I picked up my Dodge Durango yesterday from Hollywood Collison Center and couldn't be happier. Tehara let me know from start to finish what was going on and the time frame for completion. The work was top notch and it looks great. It was also detailed and shined like new upon pick up. I have never been treated so well as a customer at any place of business. My car was finished in record time and looks amazing. This shop is on top of their game. Organized and professional. I wrecked the front of my car over 2 years ago. I did not want to get it repaired until I found a bumper the same color as my car. That was a task with no avail. I was referred to Lauderdale Lakes Collision, but never went . I finally decided to take it to them and was more than pleased with the work. Reggie, saw the damage, gave me a quote and told me to bring it in on Monday. My car was finished and ready to go on Wednesday. The work look like It did when I took it off the showroom floor. I recommend LAUDERDALE LAKES COLLISION FOR ALL YOUR ACCIDENT NEEDS.
