This business made my 2010 RX 350 look brand new, after placing a brand new bumper on it. The staff was phenomenal keeping me up to date with my expected pick up date. It was less than 2 weeks. They really made me 100% satisfied . I will definitely recommend this place without a doubt. Fabulous work, and a very happy customer.

First off let me thank High-tech for the quick and great service they provided.A year a go i had three cars in the shop at the same time and i took them to No limit Auto body and it was the worst experience. My cars were there for 6-7 months no lie.One of my cars got messed up again and i found High-tech by a referral. Im so happy I found them. My car was there less than two weeks and it had a lot of damage. High-tech made everything so much easier. I got my car back and it runs like new. James and Lilly are really good. James did ask for a bottle of blue label which i certainly will get him. Im taking my cars here every-time.Now to get good service, i did put some money up front so they can order the parts and get right to it. Some people like to come to the body shop and expect the body shop to order 2-3k worth of parts and wait until insurance pays out. Doesn t work like that.My advice, if you want them to move quickly do the work with them. I took the pictures and sat with Lilly to make sure the quote was good to send to the adjustor.

I had an accident that was not my fault. The tow truck man gave me that number. They told me that they did work with the insurance. They picked up the car 1 hour after I called. but they never called the insurance, I had to call the insurance, the insurance lady told me you shouldn't have taken the car to that place, they charged me $3500 to storage the car for 26 days, and the owner is not friendly, don't go to that place.

DO NOT COME HERE: INSURANCE FRAUD, SCAM!After billing my insurance over 10k, they "fixed" the car instead of changing the parts like they should have. They used unofficial screws that are dangerous to drive the car with, left me with a broken radiator, glue everywhere, the hood bent, and the worst paint job I've ever seen. They did the job at a fraction of what it cost, using unofficial parts and billed up the insurance a ridiculous amount of money. I brought the car to two other places afterwards and they won't even touch it because of how bad of a job they did. Both places told me they haven't seen such a horrible job in a long time, that what they did is totally unethical, that the car is dangerous to drive, and that what I need is a great attorney.James and company, you should be ashamed of your unethical practices and honestly out of business.This is a really sketchy place, watch out.

Fixed and returned same day. Do very good job. They keep their word and have great prices. I worked with the owner 5 or 6 times over the years.

Car was ready in a reasonable amount of time, however I was told after I ubered there that I had to pay thousands of dollars in cash or checks. No cards accepted . There was no sign there that said no cards nor was I notified beforehand that no cards were accepted. I was ubering around to different banks trying to find a way to get that much cash out at once, only to find out an hour later that I could have used zelle to pay. I had already wasted plenty of money in uber fees. I ve never heard of a company not accepting cards yet requesting thousands of dollars. Never again.

At high collision not only do they know their trade; they provide an excellent attention to the client, they use the best paint for your paint work, they provide you with excellent warranty but, most probably you will not need to go back regarding the same job; they do it right the 1st time.Their prices are competitive and the timing is the best you can get; they do the job quickly, fast. This is a very good auto-shop, run by caring and sensitive people. I needed help figuring out a problem with my car, and I was treated very badly by other body shops. I would use the word abusive. After a series of stressful experiences I contacted Lily at High tech collision. That s when things turned around for me. She was very caring and sensitive to my situation. She is very kind to her customers. She took great care of my car when it was in her possession. I will be coming here for all my auto body shop needs from now on. Thank you Lily! They repaired my car with 3 days! It was fantastic! The work was professional and very well done! Highly skilled! They gave me a competitive price in comparison to the other quotes I received. My car looks brand new! They did an awesome job repairing my front end damage! The receptionist (Lilly) was quick to respond and kept me updated at all times. After picking the car up, I reported an issue with the A/C and within a day, they corrected it. It was an awesome experience. I highly recommend them!

I had a really great experience here. I had a little emergency. I needed something fixed right away.Stephanie fit me in. The price was really good. And they did an excellent job. Often my experience in this situation would have meant paying through my teeth. But they were very considerate and helpful here. I am very grateful and happy with the work.

Hello my friends, I'm back with an update to my experience at hi tech collision. The same day I wrote that last review I couldn't leave the lot due to my engine overheating. A problem that didn't occur until I left my car with them for a week. James and his assistant Lily told me to leave my car there, that they had a mechanic. I came the next day to pick it up they said they changed the radiator cap, and it was fixed. No such luck, I was broke down the next day on the side of the road. They towed my car back to there shop back to there so called mechanic. They tell me they did me a favor and fixed the problem, could l give them $600. U got $2300 dollars of my money I said. Now James tells Lilly to have me get him a $267.00 bottle of blue label for his heart in order to get my car back. In conclusion I've been robbed of $2,567,and the mechanic I found told me they switched out my motor for an even worse one. What goes around, comes around. James says he's a man of God. God didn't put you on earth to take advantage of women. Anybody think they can help me out, please respond back to me.Service: Body & Trim

They performed an amazing job on my convertible. The paint matched perfectly. Can't tell I was in an accident. Very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. This place is amazing. Very professional, Great service, great work. Highly recommended. They recently fixed my vehicle after a collision and they did a wonderful job in a quick amount of time. They completely fixed the body where it's looks like I just bought a new car. Everything thing looks great. Love love love it!

I had a great experience. This company is professional, competent, courteous and quick! The work was impeccable and everyone was so nice and accommodating. They handled everything for me. All I had to do is pick up my "better than new" car. It was ready and waiting. I would highly recommend High Tech to everyone.

Let me start by saying they were very nice and my car was done quickly. My front end needed to be redone, my hood needed to be repainted and my driver door. At the time I picked it up it seemed fine but a year later the paint literally peeled off. Unfortunately, I moved 4 hours away and couldn t bring it back and leave it to be redone for a couple of weeks. I called my insurance company and they agreed to find a new place to repair it. When I took it to the new place they were shocked! They pointed out the front end wasn t properly installed and couldn t believe how bad the paint job was. They were actually reluctant to even try to fix it but agreed. I have to re-pay my deductible to have everything they did fixed. Maybe it was a one off but it was really bad.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent service and they do great work!! We have been unfortunate to have required the services, however we are so happy we found High Tech Collision. They have serviced 2 of our vehicles to date. They are easy to work with, they also work well with your insurance company. They provide a lifetime guarantee for all their work. You can't go wrong choosing this company to repair your car.

High tech Collision repaired my Daughters car 2 years ago. Looked like new at a very reasonable price !! Unfortunately, I have to use them again, but this time it wasn t my Daughters fault. They are amazing. I highly recommend the service !!!!

High Tech was incredible after I was rear ended. Lili was very friendly and made sure I got my car on the day it was most convenient for me. She drove me to the rental car facility after leaving my car with them, and a few days later I got my car back looking brand new. They were helpful, friendly, and professional. I'd go back to them for any future issue.
