I was in a panic because my car battery had died and couldn t find anywhere that would change it out for me. I called GoodYear and Billy answered. He was extremely friendly and made me feel that this place was going to take care of me. Upon my arrival, Billy and another gentleman got me in right away and were both so helpful and polite. They called me throughout the entire process to keep me updated on my car and i greatly appreciated it. This place was great! I can not say enough good things about the team of employees here and the work they do. Thank you!

I needed my tire fixed on my truck. I took it to Good Year, and was greeted by Scott. Scott is very personable and very hospitable. It took a very short time to get my truck tire repaired. I was very impressed. I will be returning for all my future repairs. Thank You, ScottAnd thank you Good Year for great customer service!!!

After over 12 years of service on my cars, service never waivers.. very professional, very honest, very fair, and you're treated like family. I know when I turn in my keys, I can trust that they always do the right thing for me unlike the other vultures in the auto industry. Thank you Scott and Roger. You guys more than rock!!!

I been there with my tundra becouse i had a vibration issue due a tires balance. They balanced all the tires and it cost me 125 usd, they asked me to pay in cash and no invoice there. The vibration continues in the car, so i go back with julio to check if everything is ok, they swap the tires front to rear and vice, and the car continues with vibration. I thought one wheel was bad and require repair becouse after two times there, the vibration continues. Then i went to "wheel fix it" (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) to repair the bend wheel and the owner jose told me that the problem is just bad balanced tires. 3 of the 4 tires was super lost in the procedure. So after that, the car is perfect. I called julio a told him about that becouse i literally loosed 120 usd, and he told me i have a credit becouse of that, before one week after that, i been there with a friend car to replace all the tires and the credit he applied was just 25 usd.... so sad...And yes, today i been there and julio told me you guys dont do that work (patch in a critical area). I understand... what i dont understand is why he charge me 17 usd just for said that can not do the work without remove the tire from the wheel.Well, one client less for you guys. Julio, thanks for your attention.

First time having a bad experience here especially when I have taken my vehicle here for a couple of years. Had a alignment in April and car is still pulling. Said that I would wait for car for I didnt have a ride to work. Ask how many cars was there for a alignment was told a few and that it would take a couple of hours in a non shalon way. The guy didn't seem concern at all. Only to find out that person that does the alignments don't get in til 9. So even if I was to arrive @ 730 when they open in would still have to wait for the person to get in to work then wait to have my car fix. And the y don't take appts. If it was done right the first time I would not have go a second time. Very disappointed!

I have taken my car to this location multiple times for oil changes and other services.Customer service is excellent and they deliver what they promise. The owner is very friendly and warm.

Best car shop I've been to since I've moved to Florida! They have the best prices and never try to up charge anything! Sadly I had to go elsewhere for my oil change since they were short staffed due to covid and I went to the corporate goodyear down the street. I came out with an overcharged oil change and they suggested I needed over $300 worth of extra things done on my car. So, definitely wont be making that mistake again!

At first it was ok my appointment for an (alignment only ) was for 10 am i was done by 11:45am . just to turn around because all my dashboard lights was on. And than they have the nerve to me i may need to replace a sensor. I took my keys back and went straight to my mechanic. At pro tech. Who are the best. So my rating for this visit is a -0 .Never trust no one.

These are the most honest and trustworthy mechanics in the area. They do all my service and repairs. They also saved me a good amount of money when I purchased my tires from them. Quality work and Quality people!!

Everything time I have my car serviced here, I am 100% satisfied. Even with this COVID-29 disaster, the young man behind the counter is very, very courteous. I've only been unsatisfied once. But the rest of my visits here are outstanding.

Wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else. They ve done big repairs and small repairs and always provide honest recommendations and QUALITY service. I have peace of mind knowing that my adult daughters have an honest place to go too! 100% highly recommend!

Brought vehicle in at 8am, told it will at least be diagnosed in the morning. 4:30pm thirty mins before close told it would be the next morning until it got looked at. I would have just taken it somewhere else if they would have been upfront about the time. Also they only diagnosed one thing I asked them about, resulting in more time to re-diagnos all the issues. Don't even get me started on the cost...ridiculous.

Brought car in. 20 minutes the guy says. 2 hours later I need an 860.00 part and tires. Ok I pay them except for labor. I call. They got the wrong part. Who accepts a wrong part. Instead of calling the guy who sent the wrong part to bring the right part and pick up the wrong one they disable my car that I use to make a living and now it's. Day 2 costing me 200 a day and still no part. I did notice they got all their good old boy customers out fast. Women! Do not trade here they don't care about any thing but making a buck
