This was my first time at this shop but I m a long time customer of one of the mechanics, Ron. I ve followed him from shop to shop over the years to have him work on my old lady , 2012 335i. He s a good guy and very knowledgeable mechanic. He s always pleasant and quick to troubleshoot any issues on my car. He explains everything and gives me options if available. Today I came in for a brake fluid flush and was out within 2 hrs. Cost was reasonable too. They also completed a full vehicle check and alerted me of any issues or upcoming maintenance service due.I m very happy with Ron and the overall customer service at German Car Depot. They all are friendly and professional. They have a nice a/c waiting area, with mini computer/work tables to use while you wait. They also have coffee and water which is great. I ll be returning for future service and repairs. Check them out and ask for Ron if you re in need quality car service.

Great service with a reasonable price !Ron is very helpful and professional during the whole process. My car looks like brand new after the repair. All the Staffs here are also very friendly and nice, 100% recommend !

Excellent service all around! Everyone you speak with is friendly and helpful. Getting maintenance done on your vehicle can be daunting but their knowledge, experience and attention to detail give you so much peace of mind. Not to mention, their transparent pricing ensures that you re not hit with any surprises - something we re extremely grateful for. They care about your safety and your vehicle s safety and it shows. I m so happy we found a place we can trust with our vehicle.

Hate going to the mechanic, but tried German Car Depot after reading tons of reviews, so I decided to give them a shot and they did not disappoint! Jimmy made it a wonderful experience for me. Easy, fast check in, and timely service with proactive follow up on the status of my vehicle every step of the way was phenomenal. Great work and terrific honest prices after doing my own research. I'll use only this place whenever I need work done on my Mercedes, thanks guys!

Jimmy led the way for me dealing with a warranty issue, carrying the process of getting approval from extended warranty, and then getting the repairs for my Mercedes done rapidly. The tech team carried through with the repairs quickly, the whole process only taking a few days for in depth repairs.Thank you German Car Depot!

I ve been a customer for a few years ever since the factory warranties and dealership maintenance plans have expired of my Mercedes. They do an excellent job at maintenance and repairs and it s way less expensive than the dealership. The guys at the front desk are very knowledgeable and respectful. And I enjoy being greeted by the little dog that is in the office.

Absolutely the most confidence I ve had in anyone since living in Florida for over eight years. They re honest, forthright, polar, opposite of any business. I ve done down here. Via construction or boat, purchases, or auto purchases. These guys aren t the best they don t talk down to you. They explain everything, and they extremely, extremely fair! Car was fixed correctly the first time. Car was spotless when returned.Pricing was very reasonable when compared to the dealer.Shop was clean, organized, and the techs know what they are doing.I will use them again for sure.

The German car depot have been working on my Audi s for more the 7 years now, I won t take my cars anywhere else. Their service has always been very good always come away 100% happy. They know Audi s and the rates are more than reasonable. Good mechanics are hard to find. Sounds kinda cliche but it's true. So when you find a someone who is honest, trustworthy, skilled and dependable, you hang onto him.My husband and I met Ronnie S. nearly 20 years ago, when we got our first Mercedes SLK 350. It began with weekly hand washes. Then oil changes, check ups and tires. When the hydraulics went, Mercedes price was astronomical - so we gave it to Ronnie. We've been with him ever since.Ronnie is honest, hard-working and delivers on what he promises in an almost always reasonable time frame. If and when he can't, he let's you know it straight up. Even more important, he knows cars. He's knowledgeable and capable. He gets the job done right.In the nearly 20 years we've been "together", Ronnie's changed shops a few times. I like the quality of work from German Car Depot, where he currently works. It's super hard to find a shop you can trust and hope your car is in good hands but I found it. This shop has found a loyal customer for life. A gentleman by the name of Ron was super professional with amazing customer service. 10/10 Highly recommend.

To be honest, my recent experience was disappointing. Despite having recently replaced the high fuel pump pressure with another mechanic, my car still had issues with driving and starting. Seeking a second opinion, I brought the car in to determine if the previous work was done properly or if there were additional issues causing the problems. After paying $650 for a diagnosis and spark plug replacement, I was informed that while the high fuel pump pressure seemed to have been installed correctly, the computer still detected a fuel pump pressure code. Essentially, I didn't receive a clear explanation for the ongoing fuel pump issue despite the expenditure. Instead, I was advised to return to the original mechanic due to warranty coverage. I m pretty sure the justification for the cost was the car didn t start when arrived and when the car was returned to me it started. It s completely refuted due to the fact the car didn t start the following morning

German Car Depot did an excellent job on my ML350. The ML350 needed a break job. replaced sensor, disks and break pads. All for less than what the dealer would charge. Rich and associates take great care of me. Excellent service

The here service is five star. The cleanliness of the shop and office was impeccable. The quote was accurate. The repairs were precise and completed on time. They even provided an Uber for my ride to my home when dropping off the car, and the car washed before we picked it up. Ron was friendly and an excellent tech. I highly recommend them!

I ll give German Car Depo 5 Stars! The staff is very knowledgeable, they were very fair with the pricing to service my Mercedes, the service was completed in record time, I highly recommend them and will be using German Car Depo for all my car service needs in the future

These guys are knowledgeable, quick and very reasonable for getting work done on a BMW. Found them last minute and jimmy got in me in next day and done if a matter of hours with new brakes and other needed service. Highly recommend them! I will be back for some customizations and all my service needs on my BMW!

I trust these guys! The Mercedes dealership tried to charge me $650 for an oil change! I knew I wanted an autoshop with German car expertise so I don't end up in a mess and boy did these guys deliver! They quickly scheduled me in and the whole time I was there I picked their brains about cars and they know their stuff. Its so refreshing to see honest hardworking guys who know their craft that I actually want to overpay them just because they didn't try to rip me off. They were more helpful and much quicker than Mercedez, even just basic car questions they could rattle off the tip of their tongue whereas at Mercedez Id have to book some separate appointment to have service give me a couple minutes for questions. They have earned my business for life, going forward Ill take the car straight to them and forget the dealership. Thanks!

Honest, thorough and detail oriented staff at German Car Depot have always been realistic and fair with what our car needs and doesn t need.
