Shawn was tremendously helpful from the beginning, when I called him last week asking about tires. He took the time to go over things with me. He gave me the best quote of any in the market. Better than Costco. I arrived for my tires, was serviced immediately (though I didn't have an appointment), and was in and out of there faster than other places can do an oil change. The other employee who was with him was also very friendly and helpful. It was worth driving all the way from Miami to go to this Firestone location and I will continue to do so whenever necessary.

Best firestone!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Sean helped me and is always very honest and never tries to up sell me. Luis (chewy) was my technician and he was amazing. Fast and very clean. Would highly recommend this location!

I came to check my brakes as soon as the store opened at (7:10am) on Thursday, I asked the manager who greeted me how long it would take to have my vehicle ready with the brakes changed, the manager told me 4 hours. I informed him that I had a doctor's appointment at 2pm, he told me he would be ready at 12:30pm. It's 2pm, I missed my appointment and my vehicle doesn't even have the wheels on yet. There is no worse place than the one WHERE THEY LIE AND DECEIVE THE CUSTOMER, I could have gone somewhere else instead of falling for this lie. A bitter "blonde" who also offers the worst customer service, rude and quarrelsome is in the store, the WORST customer service I have ever received. I hope to speak with Mr. Shawn to let him know everything that happened. DO NOT COME HERE. 2pm and NOT EVEN CLOSE to finish

Okay, so I ve just spent a little shy of 2 grand here to get my Mustang s shocks replaced after 120k miles which were doing alright, but it was time to maintain safety on the road. After a couple of days, I noticed a sound coming from the rear right, and called Firestone to drop it again so they can check. But I can see the installation or the build quality is not up par to my old Ford shocks. Something was clanking when I hop over a speed bump didn t even feel safe to drive. Now waiting on a call to see what went wrong, and will update the review with results. Shawn is away for vacation so DJ Mike is helping out.

I let Sean know I needed something done quickly because I fly out tonight and he accommodated me very efficiently. Didn t have to wait long but the chairs in the waiting room were nice and comfortable for the time that I did. Definitely see myself coming back

DO NOT COME HERE.Went in for general car inspection, all of a sudden car battery is DEAD on way out, with no previous symptoms!Almost momentarily comes out with a $250+ price tag to get a new battery from them.NO THANKS, thank you for inventing a problem on my newer car (2018+) with 60k- mileage on it. God knows what else they couldve done.Scammers as clear as day. Will not return along with family who ALSO used to come here previously.Blonde service lady was also RUDE upon declining battery request. BYE.

I came in for an appointment here at 11:00 am to get my car checked out through their free inspection option online. This has been a horrible customer service experience. The person that attended to me was Diana and she was extremely rude and disrespectful. I kept my composure the entire time I was with her and I stayed calm throughout every single interaction I had with her. It was very difficult because she seemed like she was having a bad day and was taking out on me. She made multiple distasteful remarks at me and I even INVITE the company to look at the camera footage to hear and see how she treated me in person and over the phone and how I responded back. I invite the company to reach out to me so I may give the full story because I m tired of repeating myself about this. Horrible experience. I don t recommend anyone to be attended by her. It also took them 2 hours to change the front tires.

Immediately made to feel any anxiety I had coming in we understand, care and will alleviate. Constantly informed of the the work required. Not happy about the price.($1,800+) As what customer would be but, my Firestone associate (Yazzer) made it easier to accept with his explanation of the necessity of the work required, the Firestone warranty of the work completed and more importantly the psychological (Firestone Inc to customer) mindset.

Recently, about 3 week ago I went to this location which I've been going to for the past 20 years to get an oil change and tires rotated,.They said alright and it's going to be 3 hours. So I left and about an hour later they called me. "The two front tires are not the same. You should get new ones." I told them I just replaced them 7 months ago, what could be the problem? I told them to please not do that. Shortly after that, they called me that the car is ready. So when I got there I asked to see what the problem was with the tires. They said the DOT number is different. One tire was made in 2014 and the other was made in 2016, but both were perfectly OK. That was done, so I paid and we left. About 2 blocks down, the engine was smoking. I opened the hood and I see the firewall insulation (that's right in front of the cabin and behind the engine), was basically all ripped off and hanging down which was also falling on to the manifold which caused the smoke. I went to back and I spoke to the service manager, Melisa, and she said that this is the way I brought the car here. She called the mechanic to show him what happened. He barely spoke English and he just laughed and walked away from the car. I told them I need to call the police to make a police report. He turned back and said, "call whoever you want." and walked away. The service manager kept saying there is nothing they can do about this. Funny enough, she said that the cover holding the insulation was falling down, SO he took it off and that it's "all back their in our parking lot.". Not sure if she realized what she said. After all this, she walked back to her office and never saw her again. I called the company about this case. I could only reach customer service in which they told me that the region manager would contact me within 72 hours and the claims department would contact me within 3-5 days (not including Saturday and Sunday). However, I never received a call back from either one of them. One more thing, when, I looked at the mechanic shirt, it doesn't have the certified mechanic patch on the shirt. So they really aren't even mechanics. That's why they do such a barbaric job. The person who didn't even speak English very well, messed up my car. Just a fair warning, please watch out for this place and who you're giving your car to. PLEASE.

Service was fast, reasonably priced, and they did a good job. Very friendly and caught a low-cranking battery which was appreciated even though I went to O'Reilly's to replace it. I will be back for my next service.

Waisted my time at this place my axle has a cv joint problem typical clicking sound u hear. They couldn t inspect it properly. Said it was my rear tires when I know it s coming from the axle or a bad baring. Just take your car here if you have a flat tire but that s about it .

First time at Firestone with my mom and Yazzer gave us a amazing experience and made us feel comfortable with his explanation on what the car needed, amazing employee Firestone has with Yazzer and I recommend people to go and see him, he will give you the best prices he can give you

Not Honest or Trustworthy company as a whole. My family traveled to Florida on vacation. Went to Firestone in Gainesville, Fl to get oil change and tire repair for a slow leak. After over a 2 hour wait it was repaired. When I left I noticed that the car now pulls to the right. The low pressure light came back on within a few hours. Nothing I can really do about it now because we just stopped for service and not headed to South Florida. The next day the tire was flat. We took it to Firestone in Hollywood, FL. I was charged for another flat tire repair in the same tire. 2nd Firestone stated the tires were over inflated. I was told that they were giving me a deal since the other store didn't find the other nail. I had to wait another hour. I was also told that the tire they patched does not any sign of repair. So did they ever fix the leak in the 1st place? My family is on our way to go on vacation. I just paid so we can make our cruise on time. BUYER BEWARE . I now have 3 sensor lights on. Sales guy stated they should go off after I drive for awhile. I attaching pictures of the flat, my stranded family in front of the store, and the sales book they use to upsale customers. Sales rep said the company has a goal of $250 our customer. Every customer gets upsold on services. It is a business but kind of suspect if every customer NEEDS repair or maintenance work. Harvey founded the company on honestly. Profits seem to Trump honesty. NOT HONEST Update: 3 sensors went off like the sales guys stated.

I've been taking vehicles here for over 10 years and Mike has always taken great care of me along with everyone else in the shop. Great customer service, attentive, honest, and they get me in and out as quickly as physically possible. I drive 40 minutes out of my way to go here compared to anywhere else. That speaks volumes. I love this location and most of the staff and would give this place 5 stars all the time. Today was the worst. The young male manager on duty today was rude. He was going back and forth with a customer and the customer was actual right with his questions and stance. Then the manager started speaking in spanish to be spiteful after the customer told him he doesnt speak spanish. He is is bring this location down.

Very rude. Act like you are a bother and asking for something for free. Paid for an alignment for my car and there is no difference. It veers to the right hand side and when it was brought to their attention they acted like I came in for something for free and treated their paying customer like trash. Never using this business again. Careless and cannot trust them.The reason I am here today is because my mechanic took my car here for an alignment for me, on Tuesday 5/23, and when I picked up my car this morning, 5/25 I noticed no difference in the right veer, maybe even worse than it was, before I dropped the car off to him to replace the rack and pinion. He had us call Firestone since they tell you to bring the car back if anything is off, and the mechanic was rude and brushed us off and make a slick remark to one of his buddies, about my husband trying to approach him and ask him what he noticed when he test drove it. Basically his coworker asked him if my husband was one of those and the guy replied yeah man . I do not take this sort of disrespect. We are paying customers. When I came inside and addressed the issue calmly to the clerk, the lady cut me off to ask which car was mine, and her associate immediately started arguing with me like I was wrong. Will not return!

This is a great shop. I was assisted by Mike today. He was very courteous, patient and answered all my questions well.Went in for an alignment and my tires are perfect now. I've been impressed by Firestone for awhile, and this place does not disappoint. Thanks Mike!Edit: Came back for another visit and was equally impressed, if not more so. I've been having a weird issue with my car's acceleration. There's no OBDII code either, so the shop had to diagnosis it somewhat blind.They were able to figure things out pretty instantly, and lined up some other issues that I needed. I'm very greatful of this shop and Firestone's ability to draw up my immediate needs so I can budget out my repairs without spending a fortune all at once. The crux of having an older car!I'll definitely be back. Thanks for another successful visit.

I went there with a vehicle that I just bought for my wife that Saturday, got there at opening hr. I was towed in and was parked in frt of one of the bays. I went in to get a bulb in the frt passenger side and a tire repair. I left with paint damage to my just bought new vehicle that the manager had the nerve to say, how do I know if it was done there or it happened else where, they had people working on the roof and they where the ones the dripped this hard type of adhesive onto the vehicle,that really made me upset, I got out of there was to late to make it to work in 7:30am and out at 1:30. The bill was another problem the took one of my own bought bulbs and charged me for it $3.39 cents to make things worse the bill said rear when I never had no problem in the rear that was $40.00 charge. So my bulb and one that they replaced came out to $40.00 and two bulbs at $3.39 over &47.00 dollars plus tax, so the employees that drove car to bay, I told him to go very slow so the he won t damage the tires well I had to buy two tires. Total of 508 dollars and and whole day of of work. It was a night mare will never go back to that Firestone the service writer is a crook. I have reported him and the store to corporate and still on going about paint job damage. Good luck if you decide to go there. I never given no one a bad review this is my first just wanted too let The Who story out. This is the one in Hollywood Florida.

Called this shop in error thinking it was a different location. Person who answered phone-Sean who claims to be the manager at this shop is very difficult to deal with. Zero customer service. After 20 years of bringing my car here to Hollywood location I will never use any Firestone again. Unnecessary and rude and sad.Service: TiresService: Tires

Terrible first experience, paid online for tires. Requested an appointment, day of the appointment get to the place and was told they don t have the tires nor can help me until Monday, called customer service was no help whatsoever either, now I have to wait for a call from the area manager to start the process for a refund.Service: TiresService: Tires

If I could give no stars I would. The worst customer service I ve experienced. Luis, is rude and disrespectful. The manager Shawn did nothing to reprimand his employee whom kept arguing with the customer. I will not be recommending anyone to this particular shop. I hope corporate sees this review and does something about its employees. Service: Oil change

Came here because I didn't want to spend half of my day in the Hallandale location. At this place these guys were friendly and got to work quick. I would of gave it 5 stars but the guy at the counter who called my insurance didn't explain himself correctly. Because of this my insurance denied to pay for the service and I had to come out of pocket. He did give me a $20 discount, so 4 stars for that.

I'm always glad I chose this Firestone. I've had them install tires for me twice, each time customer-supplied. They treated me exactly the same as if I were buying the tires from them. Honored lifetime alignment service without my even having to mention it. Quick service, and affordable charges. Everyone I've dealt with from Shawn the manager on down has been courteous and have never tried to upsell me on a product or service.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment
