Attention to detail, hand car and truck wash. They use good detailing and auto care products to make your vehicle look as if you washed it yourself. It usually takes an hour of your time unless you drop it off. I love watching them so I spend the hour! You won't be disappointed and if you are they'll make it right. Tip the boys good...lol

Honest & reliable. I m happy I found these guys. Communication and service is great! Prices are fair. No hassles or trying to upsell. I even had to bring my vehicle back to have another look. They were gracious, stated that it was under warranty, and took care of the issue immediately.It s hard to find such great service in these times. I will remain a repeat customer here.

I usually go to the auto spa next door, and they do a great job, so I decided to get my car s oil changed at the body shop. The customer service was excellent, and my car left in great shape. You should definitely give them a try! Great local shop.

The best automotive repair shop in south Florida. The owner is a very well experienced trustworthy gentleman. They will not give you your car back until your problem is fixed. I am talking about full diagnostics with every single possible option being checked off. He solved my problem on two of my cars and took care of them in a fast and timely manner. Ferrera is a 5 Star place with a great staff and always happy to help. I am without doubt returning whenever I need automotive help from engine, transmission, body repair to detailing. The best of the best hands down.This is not a paid review, I am just a satisfied customer. Thank you.

We brought our 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander to them for an issue with the alternator. The estimate was very fair and the replacement was done in a professional manner. They did a full check before starting the work and recommended other work that was also priced fairly. The staff was personable and easy to work with. We recommend them without hesitation and will bring both of our vehicles there for service when needed.

I ve taken my car here for various fixes over the years, and they ve always exceeded my expectations. Most recently, I had an issue with my driver s side door leaking after it got caught in a wind gust and got bent the wrong way. They fixed it in a just a couple minutes. I was so relieved it was an easy fix! I also needed new front brakes, so they took care of that while I was there. They re professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. They even give you a free car wash with most services. I highly recommend Ferrara!

The Best Ever!!!!I had a problem on the highway and got off the first exit after I heard a loud clunk. Boy was I lucky I drove into this establishment. Tash immediately drove my car for a ride around the block to see what the problem was, then put it right on the lift. It turned out I had a break broken motor mount. Not only did he fix it in just a few hours. He also repaired my back brakes. I was disappointed because we were on our way to Hollywood boardwalk, so he had an employee drive us there while he worked on the car . Not only was the car fixed to perfection, but he also had it washed on the inside and outside including the wheels etc. They did an unbelievable job. I am so thrilled. I might have to drive back from Maryland for all my car repairs.

"I needed my ac to be recharged back in August 2023. The customer service was awesome. Did not have to wait long to get serviced. They will even work with you financially depending on your situation. Great station! Just moved to the neighborhood. Hard to find a place you can trust. Took my car for an oil change. Very courteous and professional. Comfortable seating area to wait while your car is being taken care of. Very happy to find them and I ll be bringing my other cars there also.

I came across this auto shop while driving past it, and it caught my attention right away due to its impressive exterior. I decided to give it a try and brought my car in for an oil change. To my delight, I received a complimentary hand car cleaning along with the oil change. The service was exceptional, and the staff, including the owners and employees, were all very friendly and professional. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality service.

Ferrara was amazing, super friendly and caring. They did such a thorough job washing the exterior and interior of my car. They even have a body shop to fix up little issues, scratches, air pressure etc. Def the best car detailer in hollywood

I can't believe $85 for a regular car wash , in and out ...... stay away of this placee... and believe or not they didnt clean the seat well "leather seats" nothing complicated ...

If you re expecting to have a good detailing done to your car, go somewhere else. These people wouldn t know attention to detail if it hit them on the head. Not to mention they took a solid 5 hours, to return my vehicle in a condition similar to what my 14 year old son could ve accomplished in about an hour. And to top it off customer service was non existent. I d give this place negative stars if I could.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

My 2007 Toyota Tacoma pickup was in need of some serious repairs. The universal joint, and brakes. They were able to take care of the repairs in a timely fashion as well as wash the exterior and interior they did such a wonderful job my auto drives and looks brand new. Over the years the new owners have improved and organized the exterior and invested in new equipment as well as keeping up their car wash service. Excellent and trustworthy folks own this business.A business you can trust is so important and they fit the bill!!

Came here because my car was making clicking noises when starting and having issues just starting overall. Was told by two auto zones I needed a new alternator and how my battery was fine. Went here for a real diagnosis on my car and they told me my battery was dead and I need to change it out and if that still doesn t fix it then I would need a new starter. The prices are fair and they are super professional. Made me feel very welcomed and will be bringing my car here for all my auto needs. They also have a hand car wash service next door!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery
