I highly recommend Ferrara! I picked up this car from a family member and unfortunately they didn t take care of it as I would have so I wanted it professionally detailed. to say it shined up like a new penny, is an understatement. I am absolutely so happy! Thank you Ferrara!

Wow wow Double WOW!!! My Volvo was a mess, and they made it look like when I drove it off the lot! Amazing Customer Service!!. I had old tree sap and they did their best to get it off. Cannot even tell!!

This guys are really good at what they are doing. Kudos to Andy,Erick as well as Tony.I've been taking my car for several months now and always leave very happy and satisfied with their service. Jonathan was a great tech/detailer, courteous and helpful, at Ferrera they re quick but take time when needed to always do great service because it helps me save time, plus they re great for rims, prices vary but honest good quotes so far on various vehicles, and any accident/missed spot they re quick to assist, been coming here for a couple years now and this is my review, as always Godbless and hope this wisdom helps

Stopped by to get my Genesis G70 washed after getting some sort of construction substance on my vehicle. The manager was so helpful on picking out the best wash for me! These guys are amazing and brought my car back to life. I recommend coming here!! Prices are reasonable AND you get quality! Thank you so so much again!

They charged me $40 to clean the car. When I gently pointed out that it wasn't clean due to leftover trash and food, they became angry. They even told me not to return because they would rather lose customers than their 'best guy' and the video shows the quality of his cleaning. If this was the best cleaner, what can I expect from the rest of their workers? Be aware, the video I took is from after I complained.There are other places that clean better with more respect to their customers. Worst customer service ever.

Best car wash ever! This is my 3rd time and I wanted to leave a good review. I love coming here to get my car wash. The guys work so hard there and take their time to provide quality service. I highly recommend this place!

this car wash place is truly top-notch! The customer service is excellent, and the cleanliness is outstanding. Tony, the manager, is incredibly honest and gives great advice. I highly recommend taking your car here for a fantastic clean!

Just had my car washed at Ferrara and had a great experience! The guys were so nice, they used high end products and got me in and out quickly. My car has never looked better. I ll definitely be back!

Been a resident of the area for more than 30 years and have driven by hundreds of times. I knew it was a car spa but the other day I noticed a sign indicating they do maintenance too. Within a few days, my low oil light came on and I was 3,000 miles from my next oil change. I thought....why not? Super convenient. I pulled in and was immediately greeted before I could get out of the car. Explained the problem; low oil or faulty light? Oil was checked first, it was low but more was added - all within minutes. And the light went out I was asked if I had seen any oil on the pavement under my car. I had not. I mentioned I had just noticed the garage section recently and he thanked me for noticing. It was newly painted but they've been there for 60 years! I asked how much I owed and he said nothing. Just come back when it's time to change the oil. Will do! Convenient location, great customer service (which is getting rarer) and fast and efficient. Try them the next time your car needs mechanical attention, as well as, an exterior shine! One stop shop

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASHThey screwed up the oil change by destroying the drain pan which led to an oil leak underneath the car. It was an expensive fix (~$500). When we told them about the leak, they initially denied it was their fault. Then, the mechanic owned up to mistake and they still didn t reimburse the repair or fix it themselves.I thought the owner was an honest man but it turns out he wasn t. I will never return to this shop again.

Best business in town I can t believe how professional these guys are.. came in my car got taken care of in a eye blink fast service great hard working gentleman all questions I had before arriving were answer before I left I will definitely be coming back here thank you so much OSMAN For your service.. Took my dad s Lexus for an oil change. Searched Google maps and found them. Very happy. Service with a smile. Prices were very competitive. Comfortable waiting room. Now I m taking my Honda Pilot for an oil change. And I will definitely recommend if anyone I know needs an auto center! A+++

This was my second time at the auto spa, and I am sooooo impressed with the amazing job they do, they spend sooo much time on my car, and make sure there's not a spot that was missed!!! I highly recommend using Ferrara Auto Spa!!! Tony and Sean are amazing!!!

Really terrible spot. Called and spoke to Shawn before showing up to make sure it wasn t to long of a wait. When i got there i walked into the office that was empty and finally someone from outside told me to wait outside instead. I waited for about 40 minutes before Shawn finally came back. At the point I no longer had time. Very poor manners and customer service skills also very dirt car wash in the middle of a bad neighborhood. Don t be fooled by the expensive cars in the photos. As you can see in the photo below it s all a lie.

I had a terrible experience with a car detailing service. They charged me $175 to detail my two-door Jeep Rubicon, but after waiting two hours, I was disappointed that they hadn't touched the interior. They also failed to apply any shine product to the plastic around the bumpers. To make matters worse, they carelessly dumped a bag I had in the car all over the back seat. When I asked them to finish the bumpers, the workers pretended not to understand English. I'm willing to pay for quality service, but this was a complete rip-off. I won't be going back to that car wash. Peace out. Bye, Felicia

These guys are awesome. I was having electrical issues and drove straight there as I was afraid to drive it home. They came straight to the car when I pulled in and diagnosed the problem right away. They are also priced right. I won t be going anywhere else for car service.

Great customer service! Tony is extremely professional and kind! It was a pleasure getting my car wash and he was able to remove and fix all problems and concerns I had regarding my car! I will definitely be back as well as recommending to my friends and family!

I m new to Hollywood, Fl and this is very close to my home so I wanted to stop in and overall I think they did a good job. Friendly service, free coffee and nice waiting areas inside and outside, clean bathroom, I enjoyed my experience here. Only reason I did 4 instead of 5 stars is because I guess the cleaning agent they used did slight damage inside of my car. I go to the beach very often and some sand was still in the crevasses. Otherwise this is a decent and very affordable place to get your car detailed in the area.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Hands down one of the best car washes in town! I have a BMW M4 with competition wheels that are not easy to clean. The guys always take the extra time to make sure everything looks perfect.
