This review is long overdue! My family purchased a Mini Cooper as is from Emotors in September. Although the car was in good condition when we drove it off the lot, we experienced challenges less than 24 hours with the harmonic balancer. Tash went over and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the car and that my nephew had a safe car to drive! I truly appreciate his commitment and follow through addressing the repairs after the sale. Five

Typical lying, fly-by-night used car salesman. The bill to fix the car he sold me came to $2,124.65. The email I sent to Tash (and to which he couldn't be bothered to reply) says it all:"Good afternoon, Tash.Prior to leaving reviews of my experience on all available venues, I wanted to reach out to you and give you the opportunity to provide an explanation. After my third time driving the Jeep I took possession of from you last Sunday, it developed a pronounced wobble while in motion. As this can be a typical Jeep issue, I took it to a repair shop I have used with good results in the past. This morning, they called me with their findings.Remarkably, it turns out that the Jeep for which you charged top dollar (the highest end of the Blue Book range) is going to cost me in the range of about $2,000 to repair to the point of being safe to drive. In fact, it is lucky that I made it safely over Alligator Alley with the vehicle in the condition it is in. The mechanic tells me that the tires on the vehicle are extremely old (one set was manufactured in 2002), out of round, and have belt slippage. That alone made the vehicle very hazardous to drive the tires could have blown out at any moment. One of the wheel bearings is also shot, the serpentine belt is on the verge of failure, and the battery also needs to be replaced. There are other less serious issues, but it appears that the vehicle has been very poorly maintained.So, that being said, I would like you to explain to me how your non-negotiable price tag of $6,000 (plus an additional $250) was justifiable? Surely you aren t going to claim that you didn t realize the vehicle was in very poor condition and would require thousands of dollars in repairs to be serviceable?Right now, I am working on the theory that you acquired the Jeep in its poor condition and did the minimum to get it running, possibly even putting on a set of used tires that look good on a quick inspection but actually were extremely hazardous. Perhaps this is your typical business practice.Fortunately for me, this was a second vehicle and I am better able to afford taking a hit like this than your average customer probably is. However, you were selling this Jeep as a good daily driver . What if someone had purchased this from you, barely able to afford it as it is, and then found that it needed thousands in repairs? What if a family had taken this vehicle and the tires blew out on the interstate? That is a very dangerous business practice, and you should carefully consider the liability you could face in the future if this is typical of how you operate.I ve purchased quite a few cars in my life, and I should have known better, but what is done is done. I am not asking for anything from you other than an explanation. I ll be interested to see if I hear from you.Thanks for your time."

I m giving 5 stars so everyone can see this. My cousin and her husband purchased a car here 13 days ago. They carfaxed it and were told to bring it to a mechanic and if there was anything wrong they would fix it. Many, many issues with this vehicle.In only 12 days the headliner has fallen down, the passenger window leaks badly whenever it rains, the oil pressure is having issues, andthe electrical on the right side is OUT. Meanwhile this USED Car Dealer has refused to fix one thing on the car, won t take it back and is demanding to know what they ve done to the car in only 13 days!Beware if you choose to do business with these flakes.

I m giving Emotors five stars because the car I bought was everything I hoped it would be. I was treated fairly and there were no surprises. I got off the plane in Miami at 4pm and was on my way up I-95 by 5pm. (I even got picked up at the train station.)

I have been dealing with Emotors and it's owner for quite some time now very honest great quality vehicles stands behind everything he sells!! Give them a try if your looking for a great car for a good deal!!
