I absolutely love coming to this tire shop ! FAST SERVICE , GOOD TIRES , & OIL CHANGES EVERYTIME when I pull up the employees and the BOSS never waste time to move quickly to fix an issue .I have changed 3 tires and 2 oil changes , my 2 friends have used me as a referral and go their steering wheel corrected , tires balanced , and tires changed as well !Affordable prices for high quality! I highly suggest !

Anytime I'm having car issues, I come see Dylan. He makes sure my car is up and running and working great again. And his prices for fixing my vehicles are always good. I can never complain. So if you have car problems, this is the place to come.

Absolutely love this shop. I ve been here a couple times now and have left super happy every time. The first visit I made was for tires, after price checking around town this place ended up being the most reasonable and also got me in and out faster than any of the other places I checked said they could. The second trip I made was for some major repairs. Once again, Dylan came through with a way better quote than I was fearing before the call and got the job done so far ahead of schedule he ended up having to babysit my vehicle for a couple days longer till I could get there to pick it up. Now that I ve had an opportunity to get to know Dylan and his team, and see just how knowledgeable and efficient they are, I won t be taking any of my vehicles anywhere else. I would definitely recommend this place 1000 times over.

When I met Dylan I was surprised because finding an honest, careful and always trustworthy mechanic is very difficult these days. always fair in prices and I have had A.C. brakes for more than 3 years. tune up etc. I always recommend to my friends because this guy takes care of his client's and his money. It is a family business and very reliable.

I have been a customer of Dylan's Tire and Auto for the longest. The customer service is the best you can wish for. You are treated like family!The very first contact I had with them was for an emergency situation and more than 2 and a half years after, whatever job I need to be done with accuracy, efficiency and honesty, I go to them.I am a satisfied customer and most importantly you will not charged for more than regular price.Dylan's Tire and Auto is higly recommended!Five star!

I m driving since I was 15, now I m 65 and this is the best auto service, customer service is great and the prices affordable but the most important they are accountable, reliable, I don t care to drive an hour when my car needs service. try them and you love them !!

Great workshop . I took my Suzuki Grand Vitara there a few times for different issues. Most of the times they fixed quickly, and if not, at least they were really honest and straightforward about waiting time. They have great prices and care about doing the job well. It's definitely a place I trust.

I had an emergency with a flat tire, but I had to go and pick up the kids from school. Very heavy rain. The gas station is full of cars, it's impossible to get through. I applied to the employee and said that I had an emergency and I urgently needed to fix the wheel, since I would not be able to drive and pick up the children from school. The company employee said give me 15 minutes and I'll finish with the car and pick you up. Instead of 15 minutes, I waited 30. When he finished fixing the car, I began to park, but the boss said wait and brought a truck to unload the goods. So I lost another 10 minutes. When I pulled up and went out to ask how long it would take, since I urgently need to go to pick up the children from school. the chief said that we will now repair another car and take you. I asked how long it would take, the boss said, you're not at McDonald's, we don't know how long it will take to fix the car. Drive to another place. I began to say that they promised me 15 minutes and I have already been waiting for 40, that I have an emergency situation, I am in a hurry to pick up the children from school. He started interrupting me and said we won t accept people like you at all, we don t need such clients. We are not McDonald's, and we do not give an estimated time. I was very upset, I lost an hour of waiting. As a result, my children stood and waited for me near the school in the rain. Also in this place, it smelled a lot of marijuana, and the boss who talked to me had very red eyes. I always try to help all people, and was polite to them. It makes me very sad that they did this to me. Thanks to my neighbors for helping me pick up my kids.ANSWER: You continue to lie, answering me? Have you read my complaint? I didn't fill up the car, my car was full of gas. I didn't talk to anyone other than the manager. The staff continued to work. Absolutely scored on what they are waiting for. You took another car out of line for an oil fix. I didn't be rude to anyone. You didn't even read the answer. Don't take your vehicle to Dylan, because he made Mickey Mouse jobs, nothing proffesional you know. I still have noises on my front suspension because he didn't make a responsible work and more over he didn't respond to my claims. I should go to another shop to fix my suspension. Bad quality job!! Not recomended to anyone! RIP OFF DYLAN!!

Replaced all rotors, break pads, 2 tires and have them balanced on 2017 Mazda cx5. Great, professional job and paid 40% less than nearby competitors. Highly recommend Dylan!
