Huge Thank you! to Donny and his team for helping us. We were in a fender bender (our daughter's car) and Donny's shop did all the repairs with great communication from start to finish, a fair price, lovely smiles and great spirit. The grin on my face when I saw our car was ridiculous. The smiles of the staff was even better. I am really happy with their service and feel like a star as our our daughter has a 2007 car that looks brand new- even her headlights are crystal clear- I am a little jealous!! ;)

If you need to fix your car fast with NO QUALITY, this place is for you.1.They painted my new bumper and they left scratches on it.2.Paint start to falling off after couple days3.The paint on the bumper is covered in small dots4.They scratch my headlightThe only thing they did correct it was a headlight replacement. That s itFAST, REGULAR PRICES, FORGET ABOUT QUALITY, NOBODY CARES HERE

Horrible business. When I got my car back. The tires were flat. My tires were not flat when I drop it off. Horrible company. Donny has memory problems and his office staff is confused and very unprofessional. I have to sue. STAY AWAY. THE BUSINESS IS NOT HOW IT USE TO BE. VERY GRIMY PRACTICES

They let my car sit for almost two months and were not proactive. Don't go here unless you don't mind waiting a long time and not getting legitimate updates on your car. Also, if you're here for an auto claim, they don't communicate with your insurance. Avoid at all costs in that case.

I have to give an extra here for the great service. Donny's was recommended by a family member and did not disappoint. I came a bit before they opened and Carlos was kind enough to come take a look at my car quickly and was able to make a repair in a few minutes. I was on my way in under an hour with my peace of mind intact...that my bumper wasn't going to fall off! This business card is going in my wallet for sure!

They are awesome I highly recommend this business. I dropped my car off to have my bumper fixed , it was fixed within three days as promised and the price was very competitive and reasonable. The owner and the team that works there are all awesome.

This shop has some of the nicest and most professional people I've ever met. Office staff were nice, friendly and always greeted me with a smile. Donny is a person who truly cares about his customers. I was referred to his shop by 2 different people who don't even know each other. That says a lot. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it and it was a mess! The service was fast after insurance approval. Hope I never have another car issue but if I do, I'm going back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the first the first review I have ever written, but I was so happy with the work I felt I needed to share it. They were very communicative, friendly, and professional. I told Donny I was not expecting miracles, just decent work at a fair price. They did exceptional work at a fair price. The new paint looks great and the job they did matching the old paint was beyond my expectations.Service: Painting

I ll leave 3 stars instead of 1 because I didn t actually have them do the work. Went there for a pretty minor fender issue and some paint work. My car has a custom color sure but I have dealt with body shops my whole life and know what s reasonable and what s not. They were quick to give me a quote which I appreciate but they were charging double what every other shop wanted. I ended up going to Donny s first, then two other shops for a second opinion (also rated high on Google). Both other shops quoted me literally half the price and I loved the vibes of the last shop so I left my car there. I don t appreciate being ripped off and I know good work isn t cheap but a fender dent and paint touch up should not cost $1000. I guess they re used to dealing with insurance companies and not people paying out of pocket.

Donny s Auto body repair should have thousands of five star reviews! An excellent shop where the people are efficient, cost sensitive and friendly! I cold called several shops for a repair on my 2012 Prius because I am not from this area. The receptionist I spoke with heard what the problem was and said I could come right in because it might be dangerous to drive around for days with my bumper undercarriage falling off. When I arrived, someone immediately took a look, suggested a few alternatives, priced them out and ordered the part right away. The car was fixed the next day. Don t hesitate to use this business a rare gem!!

I'm so happy I found Donny's Auto Body Shop. I don't write reviews often but these guys are amazing. Chrissy gave me the best price (I compared prices with other shops) for both cars and now my Porsche looks brand new. I never write reviews, but I had to write one for Donny's Auto Body Shop. Every aspect of Donny's Auto Body Shop (from initial phone call, to getting a quote, to the service rendered to my vehicle) was TOP NOTCH!!! The Manager, Chrissy gave me three options for my service (new manufacturer part, new aftermarket part & repair with existing part) - options for every budget. Also, the vehicle was repaired and job completed when they said it would be ready - in my case, overnight. You walk in, and you are greeted with a smile. After dropping my vehicle off, and as I was standing out-front waiting for my Uber ride, several Donny's employees asked me: "Do you need assistance sir?" "Have you been helped sir?" All with a smile and a sense of professionalism that you really don't see (much) anymore. I have already recommended Donny's to several people and would recommend to anyone that needs their vehicle repaired. The job they did on my vehicle was amazing!!! Thank you Donny's Auto Body Shop - The real 'Gold Standard' of Auto Body Shops!!!

I just want to start by saying that this may be the best customer service I have ever received anywhere! I was looking for a good place to have my truck painted and to remove the rust that was really bad on the roof. Some body shops will not handle rust but as soon as I walked in here multiple people immediately came up to assist me and Donny himself looked my truck over and gave me an estimate which I thought was very fair for the rust removal and new paint job (which was a color change). He made sure I got the exact color I wanted. I just picked my truck up this morning and could not be happier! The rust is all gone and the paint job is perfect!! I look like I'm driving a brand new truck! The customer service was just as good picking up as it was on my initial visit. They even gave it a quick wash before I drove off. It's great service and quality work like this that is so refreshing and rare to find these days. It definitely shows that Donny and the staff really care about their customers and the quality of their work and I really appreciate that

By Far one of the best experiences I've had! Honest people. Reliable and warranty on their work. Been in business since the 70's and one of the few honest people left in the body shop industry! When you walk in they make you feel at home. They call you with updates on your car. They make the situation less stressful than it needs to be. I would recommend anyone to go here eyes closed. Donny knows how to take care of his customers. I'm so thankful! People need to support local business! don t be fooled by these negative people... some people just naturally love to complain and I would know because I worked at a body shop and I chose this place over the dealership I work in.

I work at a reputable body shop, before initial disassembly of customers vehicle I could tell this car has "seen some things". The horrors started as soon as I popped the hood. Improper hardware, remove front bumper to find a smashed driver side frame rail. To fill the gap between the rail and reinforcement was a nice big nut. Broken mouldings glued back on instead of replaced. Poor paint work. While I can only see the car as is now and can not know if the customer asked for a "deal" and therefore only paid for a hack job, I would advise people steer clear of this place.In closing, if you're going to do hack work, wether behind the customers back or agreed upon, remove the stickers letting the next guy know what shop hack the car up previously.

My better half gets in and accident every 3-4 months, like clock work, for 3 years straight now. She never gets the ticket, in her defense. Every time we send the car to Donnys and every time it comes back looking brand new. Everyone at This place is friendly, caring, and understanding. Always honest, and always speedy service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone! Thank you guys and girls for running an honest and reliable shop!

I took my infinity Q70s over to Donny's to have the fender replaced and painted. The price was right so I asked him if he would repaint the hood and bumper as well had a lot of chips in it from the rocks from the highway With in 5 days as promise they delivered the car flawlessly to me.I'm a very picky person I would say a PERFECTIONIST and I couldn't find a nistake.I would highly recommend them not only are they honest and fair priced but did a GREAT job.Ask for John he was great to work with and the staff in the office was awesome as well!!

I crashed my car and basically ruined the entire left front. I took my car to a couple of places and I chose Donnys because they looked the most trust worthy and had a good pricing too. Fast forward a week later and there my car was, good as new. Donnys has great, honest, and hardworking people working on your car. They have fantastic pricing as well as speedy service. The guys at Donny's are the greatest. They are extremely helpful & have amazing expertise in what they do. The workmanship is impeccable.They can never do enough to satisfy the customer & are are always there to ensure all issues are taken care of.Not only is their work the best, they are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Our family has used Donny's on several occasions, both to repair collision damage and to do other work. One of our cars is there right now to repair door & window damage after it was broken into. The entire staff at Donny's has always been very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and they work seamlessly with your insurance company (they take care of everything). Our cars have come back to us looking better than the day they were purchased. I can't imagine what happened to anyone who posted a bad review, because we won't take our cars anywhere else. Everything they've ever done on our cars has been flawless.

I went for a repair estimate and for a small adjustment on a rear bumper. By far, the best customer service I have ever received from a body shop manager. This is to show the importance in treating customers with a vision of earning and keeping them. Thank you Chrissy for treating me with such professionalism and courtesy. I will most likely be back.
