I called to quote Michelin Primacy in my size- I gave the size- and the representative asked me what kind of car I had. I m not sure how that s relevant. Nevertheless, the fact that each tire is $20 more expensive than the dealership is a huge turnoff. Hard pass!

Carmethia R ran the front desk exceptionally well. I was checked in for the appointment promptly, given an estimated wait time & told I would be notified via cell when my vehicle was ready. I did my shopping while waiting & was called by tech as promised. He fully & kindly explained the condition of faulty tire. Apparently, one of my tires kept loosing most of its pressure because my novice teen driver hit a divot on the side of the road a few days ago. This foray into the jagged concrete shoulder caused a chunk of the brand new Michelin (per tech) to go missing. Luckily, tire was under warranty so it cost about 25% of a new one. In and out in 90 minutes. A new tire was seamlessly ordered by Carmethia & a spare mounted on until new tire arrives. Service couldn t have been better and now I don t have to hang out by the air gauge at the gas station on the daily! The flat was a big nuisance; very relieved!

It s frustrating that even for an immediate emergency like a flat tire, I need to make an appointment despite having a Costco membership that offers tire services. However, there s nothing to do except check for available appointments over the next 3-4 days.

Poor customer service. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. I was told my car would be ready in 1 hour 15 to get new tires installed and balanced. They took 2 hours. That may not sound too bad, but while driving back home, I noted my steering wheel was wobbling. This is a clear symptom of unbalanced tires. Now I have to go back and complaint so they can fix this. What a waste of my time.

They are really rude! I called to get tires and the lady was mean and put me on hold in the middle of me telling her the size. I definitely dont recommend this place at all.

The 1 star is because the tire price is good, other than that it should be no stars! Customer service here is non-existent. I was supposed to get a call in 2 to 3 hours when my car was ready. 5 hours later - no call, so I went to check on the car. Saw that it was done. Maybe it's a labor shortage and they are forced to use tire techs for the front desk. It's obvious they are not trained in customer service. When I was motioned to come to the desk the "gentlemen" asked if I was there to pick up. I answered yes and showed him my papers. He gave me a look like he couldn't be bothered, reached back to the rear counter and then threw my keys and paperwork on the counter and walked away. No excuse for the rudeness. Worst Costco experience I have ever had. Looking forward to Discount Tire opening soon in Weston - definitely my source for tire service next time.

I love coming here out of the other two locations in the area Davie location and sample road and powerline location. It is less hectic here in Coral springs the people are fantastic and super helpful.

My senior citizen mother in law had a flat tire in the Costco parking lot but she felt relieved knowing that there is a tire center in this Costco location. Little did she know that these feelings of relief were seriously misplaced. The front desk rep told her that "we can't assist you changing a tire in the parking lot. You will have to drive the car on the rim over to our side". At this point my mother in law responds with "won't driving on the rim damage it?" The front desk rep responds says yea probably but we can't help you with changing your tire". From a human decency perspective I wish I could give this place zero stars for not helping out a senior citizen during the holiday season.

We had a flat tire. I'd give them 1.5 stars in total if I could, but I can't, so it's rounded up to 2.1 star for a good price0.5 star for a semi nice costumer service(I'd take .5 star off for waiting a long time for the front desk to finish speaking on the phone without even acknowledging us).-1 star for waiting 3 hours, instead of 2 like they said initially.-2.5 stars for not putting the spare tire back in a secure manner in the inner part of the trunk!!! All the equipment (the jack and the ratchet) were scattered loose in the trunk and not in their designated place.This could have been hazardous in case of an accident. How irresponsible!

Their front office personnel are rude and unprofessional. It s surprising that this store employs these people where good customer service is needed. Their manager was helpful and understanding to my complaint and he s best to make things better but seems his hands are tied to replacing bad employees. I went in for 4 new tires and just had my windows tinted. I asked him to please not to roll down windows. He totally brushed me off and sure enough they rolled the windows down. I complained to one of their men in the service area and he said it didn t matter they would not be liable. I then went to the service manager and he apologized and would pay for damaged tint. So then customer service at the desk is a problem and has been for a long time. So if you go make sure your requests are put in writing . Better yet go somewhere else . They do not deserve your money.

Ordered two tires from them and I brought my 2 wheels already off the car and had to wait 3 hours to get two tires installed and balanced. When I finally managed to return home I find that one tire had the bead seated completely incorrectly to the point of being unsafe and unusable so I had to walk back to Costco with no car to get the issue fixed. They managed to remount the tire correctly but they must have not re-balanced the wheel because there are vibrations coming from it. I even told them what car the wheels were for so that they could fill the tires to the correct PSI which is 28-29 but instead they put 40psi. I tried to make everything as easy as I could for them and they still butchered the service I paid good money for. This is the first time I ever had a negative experience at Costco and it will be the last because I have cancelled my membership here. If you really care about how your wheels and tires are treated then look elsewhere.

Really bad service they did not repair flat just put air no one told it was not fix, came back to fix it and they cannot do it, pay for nothing

My recommendation is for you to avoid this center. They damaged my car rear bumper and respectfully refused any responsibility, claiming their surveillance video doesn't show any incidents resulting the damage!There's a simple solution to this being practiced everywhere else; checking for damages before and after service, which in Costco is not carried out. If that was the case, I would have been compensated. But as you cannot prove that it happened by them, you need to repair the damage with your out of pocket money.

Good prices and service. It took a few days for the tires to be delivered, but once they arrived I was able to make an appointment for the next day to get them installed. I had the first appointment of the day. The tires were install within the hour. Boom! Good job Costco!

Great place to get tired AND you can shop in the store while you wait. Our tire blew and we had purchased the original ones there. Unfortunately they had to order it but so did everyone else and Costco was able to get it in 2 days instead of a week for the other places we checked. And, they called us at night to confirm that it came in and would be ready the next day. Car ready in no time, fair price, excellent service.

The employees are top notch and they do great work, IF, and I do mean IF, you can actually get in. This is an extremely busy location. Costco definitely need to provide more staff to the tire department. Ideally, they need a clerk manning the tire desk full time, instead of having one of the techs running back and forth all day.

So incredibly disorganized. No one apparently actually works at the desk. Cars are done but no one appears to check them out, communicate or give back your key. Really, really terrible service even WITH a reservation. Mostly I love Costco, but the tire center here is terrible. Prices are good but the terrible service makes it not worth it. Won't buy tires here again.HAVING AN APPOINTMENT MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE WHATSOEVER! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Do not install new tires here, beware. They did not balance them properly and I ended up having to rebalance at a legitimate establishment. Got new Michelin AS3+ tires here on my freshly powder coated stock wheels, very next day took it on the highway and got terrible imbalance vibrations. They also removed the TPMS from the existing wheels on the car for no reason (didn't ask them to, car is too old to even use the TPMS) and put them on the wheels that were to be mounted. Completely devoid of any logic and just a waste of your time dealing with the technicians, seriously. Maybe they have people who care on other days, but this day they did not.

The front desk customer service at this tire center center is extremely poor. Their attitude is very unprofessional and rude. They are very disorganized. The Costco website promotes easy way to make an appointment. It s not true for this center. Don t bother calling them nobody answer even though it is during their business hours. I have been to Costco tire centers in other states and this is by far the worst!!!

Had new tires put on and one of the Tpms sensors no longer worked......(interesting that it just happens to go on a a vehicle less than 2 1/2 year once I get tires. Ok, leave the car last week for 3 hours to put in new sensor and it doesn t work. Stop buy and too busy to get in. Leave again today for 3 hours and oops we can t get it working. We ll give you your money back even though you spent two trips and 6 hours waiting on sensor. Don t even bother to match all valve stems and caps on a tire purchase. Not one apology for the wasted time. Do not use for anything but tires....after wasting 6 hours I m off to the dealer. Sad that they couldn t care less

DO NOT GO HERE. A terrible experience. Waited around for an hour to be told that they can t replace my tires for a week. Then preceded to wait for another thirty minutes to be told they actually can never replace my tires. DO NOT GO HERE

This seems to be the only department where the employees are not happy. None of the employees seems to care about satisfying customer. Even the supervisor is rude and cannot care less if the customer is happy. Definitely the last time I do business with these people.

I ve been here many times to do small maintenance such as to adjust tire pressure. The mechanics are always so nice and willing to help.

The staff here are very unpleasant. Like another reviewer mentioned, they seem very unhappy. It is a weird contrast from the store experience. I'm very surprised how poor their customer service is.

Very unorganized and very poor customer service .Even with an appointment wait time can be over 1.5 hours for a simple task as tire rotation.
