After an accident I chose Classic Collision Hollywood for the repairs and though they weren t my first choice, initially, let me tell you if anyone else needs someone or their old faithful is backed up for two months, you can trust Sal!I did have a great experience but I have no intentions on coming back, I highly recommend.They were quick, kept me updated on the repairs, and had great customer service. Sal and the team did amazing job and though only two days later from picking up my car, it s still looking good and driving like nothing happened. They even cleaned the inside!!! Thank you team and I do apologize about the mess.

My advisor Sal is always on his game. Unfortunately I had to bring my daughter s car back a second time but I knew it was in good hands. Very professional, straight to the point and provides updates frequently. Lari the receptionist was very helpful as well. You should definitely go to them in your time of need. Thanks guys!!

The team was professional and patient, & Sal was awesome! My car was done so much faster than I ve experienced from other repair shops in the past and my car LOOKS AMAZING, it s like it s brand new again. I m so happy with the work done. Would give classic collision of Hollywood 10 stars if I could.

Absolute scam! Staty away. If you know basic about cars be aware. Car was left awaiting repairs and had water damaged while awaiting repair. Moreover, colors and part's of the trunk never matched and repair was never done properly. Wrong parts installed. Caused more damaged than even brought in.Terrible experience. Absolute negligence. No responsibility has been taken.

Sent here from my insurance and for sure would come back and recommend! Repaired my front bumper and took care of a few other things; I apologize for forgetting their names but the receptionist, women with long blonde hair and the tall gentlemen provided excellent customer service, kept me updated every other day and had my baby looking brand new!I never solely go off reviews, I could have chosen any place for repair, but after speaking to and visiting shop, I truly felt I was in great hands and they got me in quick and repaired quicker than expected; I dropped off Monday and got the next Tuesday. It all depends on if parts for your vehicle is available/how quickly they can get it, aside from that, they move fast with quality and treated me a lot better than a previous shop I was sent to for repair on another vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

My experience with Classic Collision in Hollywood was exceptional, thanks to Sal! He not only repaired my bumper on my 2019 Honda Accord in less than two days but also provided a complimentary car wash. The service was prompt, and my car now looks pristine. This place did an amazing job repairing my car. I dropped off my car Wednesday afternoon and it was ready for pick up on Friday afternoon. Sal has been very helpful and professional. I m very satisfied with how it came it out, it s looking brand new again, I even got a free car wash. This place is highly recommended! Everyone at Classic Collision was awesome. Amanda kept me up to date every step of the repair process. I had a very tight time frame before I move up north and Sal made sure our car was ready with plenty of time to get the care packed for our journey. Great experience... Mini looks like NEW. SAL knocked the cover off the ball. He overcame vendor issues and most importantly kept me in the loop with GREAT communication throughtout the repair. Also of note, the initial estimate did not change one cent at final checkout.

Great experience from start to finish. Sal got my car looking good as new in the time frame that he promised and Amanda was helpful with all my questions/calls. Efficient & quality service & they also cleaned my interior which was an awesome surprise because there was so much sand in it before I came lol Hope not to need them again but if I have another accident this is definitely where I d come. LIFETIME GUARANTEE!!! I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED! I heard about horror stories from other people that had to deal with "other" body shops; so I was a bit hesitant about bringing my car (my baby Kia Soul) for fixing. I can honestly say from day one until it was time to pick her up; I was informed of every step: literally every step! From parts being ordered, to repair, to paint and finally detailing. They took care of my baby. She looks PERFECT!! She drives PERFECT! The paint job and the windows work PERFECT! They did an AMAZING job. Thank you!! A very satisfied customer. I was given a list by State Farm, among all the shops I called. This shop is the most welcoming. Billy Jo is awesome and very knowledgeable. My car was done in a timely manner, and it looked great. They are also very transparent and honest. I appreciate them so very much.

This place is pretty phenomenal. I got into a minor crash and had to choose a place via State Farm s website, and this one was closest to me and most highly recommended. They did NOT disappoint! They called me every other day with updates about my car and offered to keep my rental car when I dropped it off. Once I came to pick my car up, I found a few little beauty marks from the new paint job and they fixed it- right away & free of charge! If you can, ask for Sal. He s the MAN!

I just want to say I ve never been so please with the service I received the Classic collision I m a realtor and I know how important it is to get first class service. Amanda was absolutely amazing with her professionalism and kindness. I would recommend this company to anybody as per Sal. It was amazing. He made a promise to me that I would have my car back between Tuesday and Wednesday of this week and he honored his promise. Thank you to all of you.
