Me and my husband traveled for Georgia to Florida to pick up my son, his girlfriend and my brand new grandson and was stuck at a hotel with a broken alternator. We spoke at 2am and he switched some things around to help us since we had to checkout at 11am. He even took me to pick up the part and was very professional. I have to add he had the best price out of all the mobile mechanics we called. I d definitely recommend them and will call if I m visiting Florida and need some assistance.Thank you very much we appreciate it, we made it home without any problems

CJ arrived timely and explained and showed me what he was doing . Very professional and very friendly and Very knowledgeable. Was nice to learn while he was fixing our car. Car Service Unlimited Mobile Mechanic is our mechanic service of choice for our vehicles. If I could give 10 stars I would. Great rates, same day service( arrived within 1.5 hours of contacting him) , and this was a Sunday.Never had a mechanic take the time to show and explain while doing the repair.Excellent mechanic and excellent customer service.

My experience was absolutely horrible two Hispanic guys showed up asked me what car..No greeting No names. It all went down hill from there was having voltage issues had done all power testing as I own a voltage multimeter as well as a circuit tester couldn't find issue I was told 50 for diagnostic and when issue is found someone will let me know what it was and then (ASK ME) If I wanted it fixed well NO ONE asked me anything nor did anyone of them speak to me from greeting to finish. All in all they put two washers on my battery and told me they fixed power to my fuse box which already had power.At this point I know it was game...FORCED me to pay 120 and still the same issues..I am a black female so I guess they assume I was stupid my fault. I was asked if I want someone to come back out the next day I'm so disgusted in this experience NO thanks if your are not Hispanic find another service this is not it...Car now runs hot and still have voltages issues and im 120..short...Dissatisfied customer....

Update Four months later, needed to call them back because the part was faulty. Absolutely do not recommend they are impossible to get in touch with.Bad communication they don t return phone calls. Took them five days to come to diagnose my vehicle. After they took my engine apart, diagnosed it. I spent $1000 on parts. They misdiagnosed it. Now my car is still broken after spending almost $2000 to get it fixed with these guys. Having to hunt them down because he does not return the phone calls I still have not received any sort of receipt.

They were super quick to call and communicate when they would be able to come check out my car. They were able to come earlier than originally expected and they diagnosed and replaced my starter in less than an hour. Their prices are very reasonable and they were very friendly. So glad I found them! I will be recommending their services to everyone I know! :)

These guys are life savers!!! They were able to come out the same day and got my car back up and running in no time. Running better than it did before it broke down!! Thank you guys o much!!! They explained to me everything they did and what the issue was. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again!!

Blown away by their service. Same day installation of my alternator. Even picked me up from work so that I wouldn't have to pay uber. Would be using their service again for sure don't think about it. You will be satisfied. Service is everything. Excellent company.

My experience with this company is excellent AAA+++! My car wouldn't start. I called this company and send someone to diagnose. They found that I need a new battery due to faulty alternator. So I bought a battery from them and even gave me a good deal. They were very professional! I recommend this company if you have problem with your car. Thank you guys. Your awesome!

I thought my car wasn t worth saving, my radiator blew, and my car started smoking while driving I thought I killed my car. I was searching left and right for a good mobile mechanic and I came across this one. And I have to say if I could I would give CJ 10 stars. I don t know much about cars this is my first car at that. But he resurrected my baby and I m so grateful. WITH super affordable pricing. He s also so nice and let me watch him fix it. He s now my new mechanic I trust him 100%. My boss and I had an issue with our company van and CJ came and fixed it the same day and for a reasonable price. He does not mess around and oversell, he just does what needs to be done and that's it. Highly recommended. They also offer 24 hour roadside assistance. Mechanic work only until 5 p.m. Thanks CJ!

I want to thank CJ and his crew. They came to me they changed my alternator. When everyone wanted to charge me 400+ $ he charged me half the price . If I could give 10 stars I would. I m definitely going to come to them again .

Easily the best mechanic in the broward miami area I've seen and they are mobile. Car was completely dead and I had no idea why. I called told them my issues and they were able to set an appointment for first thing next morning to come to my location.The mechanic CJ arrived at 7 am and he went above and beyond to help me in my bad situation. Very very knowledgeable and experienced you can tell he is passionate about this business. He diagnosed my vehicle, checked the output, and took the trip to the store to get the right battery I needed. I was kept informed at every step. Quick outstanding and exceptional service and i was able to get to work on time. Rare business that puts client happiness and peace of mind first. Thank you.

We called Car Service Unlimited for oil and filter change for a BMW X3. We got an appointment right away for the next day. CJ came to our place and took care of the job. He also, did the auto diagnostic and walked us through every step of the way. He did an outstanding job!! He is the most honest, friendly and professional mechanic we have ever met! I was very pleased with the Pre-Purchase Inspection service. The technician, C.J. arrived at the used car dealership on the day he said he would and was even 10 minutes early for the appointment. I was not able to be there but he served as my liaison. When it came to the condition of the vehicle in question (2010 Mazda CX9), he was very blunt and honest with me, which I greatly appreciated. In short, he kept me from making a very expensive mistake. I will be using this service again.

CJ is hands down the most honest and reliable mechanic I have met since I moved to Florida. He gives you an honest eval, explains what is going on every step of the way. He tells you everything up front so you can make ur own decision based off what is best for you NOT what he can make the most money off of. I will never use any other mobile mechanic but him! I cannot say enough great things about his in depth mechanical knowledge and awesome customer service skills. As a female I have had SO many mechanic try to take advantage and not be straight. I am utterly thrilled to of found CJ and Car Service Unlimited and cannot recommend him highly enough!
