The absolute worst of the worst body shops. I brought in a car to repair and repaint. A price was agreed upon and it was written on the estimate FULL REPAIR AND REPAINT OF VEHICLE. At the end of the job when the car was ready, the owner who is a kid in his twenties, refused to deliver my car and said I needed to pay thousand more. I explained we had a signed and agreed contract which is a deal. He completely ignored it and demanded more money. I was forced to pay it and amWorking on suing the location for breech of contract. Moreover the work wasn t even great. The owner told me that if wanted great id need to pay even more money! I have all of the backup and documentation so there is nothing they can say to disregard this review. Basically this place is a scam. Also the license they hold is rented the last time I checked and this seems to be the reason they do this. If they lose this license they ll rent another. DO Not go here!!!

I took my car here for repairs after a collusion and the staff here was amazing and very courteous. Alan have my car looking brand new again. He even took me to the rental office to make sure they took good care of his customer and when i went to pick my car up it was pouring and he came back to the rental office so i could drop the rental off and he took all my stuff out the rental including my daughters car seat and set them in my car while i was inside the office with my daughter returning the keys. As a return customer I definitely recommend Brilliant Collusion Center for all your body work, painting, repairs etc. Thank you so much Alan as staff.

My truck was in an accident and I brought my vehicle here to repair and these guys did an amazing job! Had my truck looking brand new!! What an amazing experience! This is the way a shop should run. Quickly quoted with better pricing than a few other shops in the area. Not to mention some of the other shops look dangerous to walk into let alone leave a nice vehicle overnight. They received the parts and did the work in a timely manner. Don t remember a car shop honoring a timeline ever. This place was clean respectful and professional. I have already sent my referral to several friends and will continue to do so. Thank you again

Mayra was very helpful and gave me a very quick estimate. The parts were ordered immediately and I was able to drop off my car the next day. The service only took one day and was ready for pickup the following day. Kimberly was very kind closing me out and giving me my keys. A very simple, wonderful, and drama-free experience!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR AUTO BODY WORK! WORST PLACE EVER! They got glue all over the exterior and interior of my car, including my leather seats. It looks like a child tried to fix my car, so careless and unprofessional! They never fully sealed my front and back windshields and it leaks when it rains! Now my car smells like mildew because of the water damage caused by their neglect. In August my father s truck was damaged by a tree falling on it during a tropical storm. Insurance paid for the damages, so we decided to go here because it s close to our house and has good reviews. My father is older and doesn t have an email, so I decided to leave this review on his behalf. The person who fixed his car is careless and has no skill, expect permanent damage to your vehicle!Service: Body & Trim

Brilliant Collision Center in Hollywood are excellent craftsmen. My car has been to them twice. The first time after I moved down from NY. I needed my hood painted because I used a bristle broom to remove snow from the car. They did an excellent job.This time, I crashed the corner of my car a little. At first, I was sent by my insurance to another place. They wanted to total my car. To me that seemed inappropriate. It's a good car.So, I went to Brilliant. Leon and Mayra are very professional. I highly recommend their services and professionalism and integrity to everyone I know. They have won my loyalty.I attached before and after pics. Absolutely confidently endorse and recommend. They had the lowest of 3 quotes, the fastest turn around time and they not only didn't add any last minute additional costs, they gave me a discount instead. My car looks brand new again. Look at my before and after pics. Staff is super friendly, called me when car was ready and on the day they said it would be ready. They also buffed and cleaned my car so she honestly looked better than when I bought her. Good shops and honest people are hard to find, Brilliant has both.

I will highly recommend this auto body shop. They painted my 2008 Lexus GS350 and it looks like it came off the showroom floor. I am a very picky person and I am very satisfied. The person who painted my car his name is Marcello.

Hands down the best collision center in the area. These guys not only display a high level of professionalism but they are equipped with everything they need in order to deliver a perfect job every time. The fist time I went and requested their service the shop had a different managment. The new managment has elevated the place and strikes to deliever excellence. I went to go get an estimate from my insurance company and they were not trying to help me very rude and unprofessional I went to the body shop down the street and they were able to help me in a matter of minutes to get me an estimate. They were fighting with me in the parking lot. They don t even have a real office. And I spoke to both managers there

If you are looking for fast service, professionalism, quality, and a reasonable price; Brilliant is the place to go; they are courteous and treat you like you are the only customer. This was the best experience ever working with Brilliant Collision Center .Great work ,very fair prices.They sent me pictures of my vehicle as the work progressed and kept me informed .On time and very professional !
