This automotive shop is amazing!!! Kj and the team are excellent and very knowledgeable. They helped me with my bmw and I am extremely happy that I chose them. I would definitely recommend them for any service work needed for your car!

I had a really good experience with KJ today. He was able to reset my FRM very quickly and at a totally fair price. It s clear these guys are super professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I rarely leave reviews but this one is much deserved. KJ was awesome. I recently finished my project car and needed AC vacuum/recharged. KJ was really helpful letting me know about my compressors condition and other things I should plan to fix/adjust. Very nice place and honest people. Highly recommend. I ll definitely be coming here for anything BMW.

THIS IS HOME FOR YOUR BMWI own a E70 Bmw X5 and e46 Bmw M3 and BMW Support makes it affordable for me to drive them. The experience that is now rare these days can be found here. These guys have it all, expertise, they are patient, professional, and trustworthy. ECU programming, coding and multiple electrical problems troubleshooted here for the fraction of the price at a BMW Dealership. BMW SUPPORT provided best solutions and options for a complicated problem i had. Highly recommended. True BMW experts !!!

I recently had an accident and took my car for repairs.. they did an amazing job, were great communicating everything that was going on with my car and overall I felt the service was done in a proper and fair way.. KJ has great customer service!! I fully recommend ..

I have been desperately looking for a driver side headlamp for my BMW for a very long time and couldn t seem to find anyone selling a light without them abusing the rarity of those lights and bumping up the price almost triple. When I was close to giving up I decided to give BMW support a shot before I end my search. I was surprised to hear that they had a light available for me at a fair price and in practically brand new condition. Once I purchased the light I noticed that they were truthful about the condition of the light and noticed that Their customer service is great and their professionalism is outstanding. I will definitely be coming back to them in the future.

Extremely professional, efficient, and prompt. Great communication from beginning to end. Honestly, much much better service then the Fort Lauderdale BMW which I had always bad customer service. I would highly recommend all of my BMW peeps to go here first. Just won a customer for life. Thank you!

BMW SUPPORT is absolutely the BEST! The thing I love most is their HONESTY and helpful advice. They will not rip you off. They'll explain exactly what needs to be done, what might be optional, what to look for in the future, etc. They know everything about BMW's. Their service is excellent and very professional. I trust them and highly recommend them!

I was so frustrated with the Dealer services for my Bentley! I was introduced to KJ the owner by a exotic car parts supplier in Hallandale. I visited BMW support and meet KJ. A very skilled and business savvy owner. An owner that knows what it takes to please a Bentley operator. He give me a price I dropped the car off and he kept in touch with me with progress reports. When the car was done I picked it up. Paid my bill and tested the car on 75 and sawgrass much to my delight. I am very happy to have found this skilled individual who used common sense to eliminate doing work that did not have to be done. Worn battery was creating electrical component problems great job KJ see you in 5000

This shop has to be the best in Florida and possible the country. KJ and Jonas are ridiculously knowledgeable and great people. Honest, hardworking and very helpful. I truly believe there isn t a vehicle issue they can t fix. They ARE the solution! A++++++

BMW Support is an awesome place to repair your BMW. The guys here are very knowledgeable, polite and reasonable. If you need programming, coding or control units and modules adaptation this is the place you want to come to get it done right. I came here on 10/06/17 from Tampa area to program almost all the electronics on my 2013 BMW X5 and left very satisfied. Thank you BMW Support team - will definitely recommend and come back to service my BMW in future.

I had an issue with my son's Frm module and looked around to find someone to fix the issue. Places couldn't do it cause they wanted me to replace it. I found this place by searching and saw people had the same issue as I did. I called up and KJ quoted me told me when to bring it. He fixed the issue my son's car was back to normal and he also replaced the key fob and programmed it. Kj was very professional and told me other things that could be changed. Glad I found them.

Without any doubt this is the best place you'll ever find to look after your BMW located in Hollywood in Broward.Since the first approach you feel the excellent customer service ,And KJ explains you everything on detail without trying to add more things than is really necessary , workshop is neat and friendly environment.Couldn't be more happy with the job.Will definitely be back anytime.

BMW Support was really helpful in assisting me find the part I needed for my 2010 BMW 528i. I originally attempted to contact the dealership and was left on hold waiting to speak with a rep, but BMW Support came to the rescue and found the accurate part and had it available later that afternoon. Ask for KJ he's a service professional!!!
