DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. Worst experience ever.My car was there for almost 3 months and according to them it was due to parts being on back order, they stated that they had no idea when the parts would be available. I now have a rental car bill for over $2500 due to their inability to do their job. Considering the situation and my urge to get the car back on the road I went to other dealers in the area and was able to locate all the 6 parts that auto-nation could not locate. I got them all and delivered them to auto-nation so they could install on my car. This is something that as a customer I should have never had to do. How is it that such a big business is unable to get parts but a simple customer can find them in less than 1 day??? I am now dealing with them trying to get fully reimbursed.Management is non existent here, several times I requested to speak with the manager but he would always refused to see me in person. Days later Mr. Graham finally called on the phone and tried to defuse the situation by making jokes and providing excuses. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.I finally have my car back but to make things worse I realized that there are multiple issues with the car.- The hood doesn t close smooth unless I slam it really hard.-several push pins that secure plastic covers around wheel well and engine compartment are missing.-A headlight they replaced is full of moisture after washing car.-Power window Switch was reinstalled back-wars.Save yourself the trouble and go some where else.This place is a joke and should not be operating.

Tony Saraceno was my man who took care of everything. Did a great job with the entire process not only with me but with the insurance company. Made sure everything went smooth and in a timely manner. Kept me informed and always returned calls, answered questions. You cant go wrong with Tony. Tony gets 5 stars. 4 stars reflect something else where the masking of the Blazer was not done correct. There was over spray on the Blazer from where they painted the fender. I dont just wax I detail so i had to clay bar and polish and wax to get it off. This is not a reflection on Tony. So the body shop techs need to take measures to assure proper masking before painting.

After two weeks of waiting I received my car back with a part of the bumper off. Immediately bringing it to the attention of Samantha (the employee I dealt with). I asked why on earth it took two weeks to have my bumper put on and it s still not done. She replied by saying it is done you just aren t happy with it. This went on for minutes until I asked her to please come look (which she should have done before returning it to me) so she did. Upon arriving to my vehicle she said there are no techs available until Monday. I told her that it was ridiculous that she would even try giving it back to me and that I would expect it to look new. She smirked and said that it was not new to which I replied it s a 2021. This is when she decided to tell me it was new before the accident. A childish comeback from someone that is clearly in the wrong. I told her that she was wrong and she said she would never admit to being wrong. She said she did this day in and day out and went on and on about being a professional and dealing with hundreds of cars a day... But my bumper took 2 weeks and still isn t done... Right. Samantha then proceeds to tell me if it were her she would take it as it is because she knows how bumpers can be. Mind you this Samantha the professional were talking about. After this she slips up and says we need to make sure it s the right bumper to which I replied why the hell wasn t that done prior to putting it on and especially before trying to give it to me. To make a Very long story short Samantha gets mad and goes inside (because how dare anyone question her). Her boss or maybe just another person in her position comes out gives it a quick look and says definitely unacceptable and that they ll try and have it fixed ASAP. (The review was long and not even the half of it). DO NOT USE THEM. AND IF YOU MUST DO NOT USE SAMANTHA.

That was the worst night mare in connection of AUTO REPAIRThey taken possession of my car after wrote in estimate where they indicated that the repair take between 3-5 days. Before that I got two orders estimates by another two different Body Shop given 2-3 days for repair my car. I made my decision to give my car for repair to AutoNation in that was the more terrible in wrong decision. These people took 23 days after I called, morning, afternoon in night. My total rent car payment was almost $2,000.00 in the only choice I have a the moment its sue the insurance Company of this irresponsible AutoNation. The specialist who created this problem Hipolito B never assume his responsibility, never answer my call. These people are the KINGof NIGHTMARE auto repair in the entire FLORIDA. Please don't make wrong decision pick Body Shop for fancy name. Here are my terrible experience, just to pick up the wrong guy.

If I can possibly give this company anything negative I would. First of all, the accident was last year and its still so frustrating that I am spending time writing this review because everyday I have more and more problems with my vehicle. Around last year I was rear ended waiting at a Red Light and decided why not take my car to AutoNation Collisions since my vehicle was purchased at the AutoNation Chevrolet. (I am the idiot because this is the second vehicle that I have taken and have received horrible quality and service). So I take the vehicle in and I speak to the Rep name Maria, after they received all the labor hours that would take, parts, installation ETC I am quoted that my car will take 3-4 weeks. Ok, long time but no worries I accept since I am under the impression that the car will be like new. well lets say that the repairs took almost twice as long and every single time that I called I was being told a new run around and some excuse on what they are waiting for. well I continue to wait and finally get the phone call that my Vehicle is ready to pick up. I show up at the dealer and they ask me to go look at the vehicle and the first thing I notice is under the rear bumper its full of cuts, scratches and deep damage. I go back inside and ask Maria why would they even give a customer a vehicle like that back when its not even repair properly. She told me to take the car and return in several weeks to get it fixed. I later noticed that the paint looks different, if you notice closely the side photo one side of the vehicle has a bluish shine to it, not like the rest of the car. The day I took the car back I explained all this to the gentlemen who helped me (I believe his name was Chris) and he ordered a new cover for the plastic under the bumper but the paint is still the same. I ignore it and just not wanting to deal with this company again and I leave. So recently I never open the area where the spare tire goes and I decided to remove some documents I had placed there before my accident. I noticed everything was soaked in water. So I find it odd but I dry it up and continue on with my day. Since its been raining everyday recently I decide to check it, and again I find water. (Pictures posted). Also, after the accident some of my doors wont unlock or lock just totally random. So I can try to open a door from the outside and it wont unlock, or maybe I want to lock them and it doesn't lock so the car remains open. The vehicle has been a mess since I received it back from this company I don't even want them to touch the car anymore or even look at it. I have spoken to the GM before (Gram or Grant) and he gave me a discount on the deductible so I can basically stop complaining about the time the vehicle took, but what about everything else wrong with my car? I purchased a new vehicle not to have headaches and that's all I ever have after taking my car to AutoNation Collision. If you are given a choice to where to take your vehicle please do not pick this place. Horrible Horrible customer service and the Quality of the work done is not where they dedicate their time.

I showed up to make an appointment, and they asked me to email them a copy of my estimate which I did. She then gave me a date to drop my car off for repairs the following week. I show up to drop my car off and I fill out all the required paperwork, yet again they ask me for my estimate. She pulls it up in their email system and says I m all set. I call them a week later for an update on my car, and I m told that it hasn t been looked at yet because they re waiting for me to send my estimate! I told her I sent the estimate when I made the appointment, she looks it up and low and behold she finds it! She then tells me now we can get someone to go look at your car .My car was sitting in their parking lot an entire week under a tree collecting leaves and dirt. I went and picked up my un repaired car that same day. Absolutely ridiculous!Service: Body & Trim

STOP! Stay away from this company if you want your car repaired. It has been over 3 months and our company car is not yet repaired. They continue to provide all types of excuses: vacations, sickness, lack of technicians and even 3rd party providers, and after several weeks delay, they even start blaming you for them! Of course, they already collected their payment from the insurance company.... As you can easily see, they are quite used to providing bad service and to receiving customer complaints. Just notice their automatic reply to bad reviews below: "Oh, we are sorry, please call our GM to this number...". Don't be fooled! Their GM does not even acknowledge emails. AutoNation may be a reputable name selling cars, but definitely not repairing them. Don't be fooled by the name. I am sure you can find another provider with at least a bit of service commitment.

I went to replace two doors and they badly painted the bumpers and doubled the hours of work without authorization to increase the bill. not satisfied with the withdrawal of the car, the treatment was rude. I was happy with the overall work on my car however, It took almost 8 weeks to get my car back. I feel that was too long a time frame. Otherwise, your advisor kept me up to date and when my insurance stopped paying for my rental, she was able to get AutoNation to pay for a rental for the last 2 weeks until mt=y car was finished.

I had high expectations about this collision center . And I ended up very disappointed. When I first took my truck to get looked at after an accident I was in, the service by Hip�lito was exceptional, so I thought. However, he advised he would call me two days later to let me know when they would look at the truck, to more or less let me know how long the repair would take, he did not. I had to call him. Once the truck was ready, he called and my wife answered the call to which he questioned why would I put her number?, something that s not his problem. Once my wife and I passed by to see the truck, I advised there were a few things still wrong and off with the repair to which I felt that he was bothered. The following day I passed by again because supposedly, all the details I said was fixed , first of all the truck was overpainted. How would they fix in a few hours. So instead of re-doing the work, they through a clear coat to cover the issue I told him about. Now, you can see the issue perfectly. Horrible job! So when I call Hip�lito to pick up the truck, he ignored all my calls. When I got to the center to pick up my vehicle, between the receptionist having a lack of personality and Hip�lito ignoring me completely I was very frustrated! I can honestly say, I was let down completely by the work done and the customer service I received. Not once did my wife or I give attitude, spoke with respect all the time. Wouldn t recommend this place ever again to anyone.Service: Painting

If I could have given zero stars, I would. The most unprofessional collision repair place to take your car for repair; I brought my Mercedes Benz car in for repair, and they did not match the car's color correctly. They left a transparent film on the vehicle, which left a drip mark. I had to take my car back to them three times after I returned my rental, which caused me to be without a vehicle to drive. They kept forgetting to put things back on my car that they had removed while they were repairing it, so each time I droved off, I had to return for them to put on my missing parts. Auto Nation collision workers are very professional in their quality of car repair, and they have a nonchalant behavior towards my complaint.

Awful experience, agent I worked with couldn t answer most of the questions I had regarding repair of my Mercedes bumper. Had to make an appointment just to get an estimate which took over a week. Upon receiving my estimate I was told I d get a call when to come back in to complete the repairs. Waited a week and never received a call. When I reached back out my agent requested me to pay a deposit for parts which I ve never had to do before after multiple years of owning my Mercedes. Also could never get a straight forward answer on how long my car would be in the shop. Went to another AutoNation location across town and was able to get my car fixed in 1 day after waiting 2 weeks to work with this location. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

My vehicle was take to this location because of a accident I had. The vehicle has been there going on a month. It took two weeks for it to even be looked at. After numerous calls with out any call back to update me of what the status was on my truck. I asked to speak to the GM of the collision center and never got a call back. I finally had a call from someone after two weeks telling me it was normal for them to take that long to even look at the vehicle. Three weeks I am now been told that they normally get wrong parts from Dodge and they are busy etc....excuses and more excuses. Maybe they should list that on there website where they state their comment to customer service. I only wish I knew what I know now. This is the worst experience I have ever had with such a large company. I am telling everyone think twice before taking your vehicle to this location. I never received a call back from the GM even after leaving several messages to have him call me. They have been paid and all you get are excuses.

I have a great experience at autonation collision center, my advisor Samantha Torres, took time to explain the process, kept me updated with estimates and then when appointment day for repair came, she took care of the paper work and gave me an estimate time of completion, also she kept me updated during the fixing process and I was very excited when the car was ready ahead of time. Great experience I'll recommend this facility for your automotive collision repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Jennifer, Chris, and the entire center are extremely unprofessional. I brought my car here to be repaired after an accident.They waited 3 weeks to reach out to me after dropping my car off and despite my calling repeatedly . They hadnt even touched my car. I asked them to please give an estimate on my car. After another 2 weeks of calling I called and talked to Chris (who immediaty triwd to put it on me that my car hadnt been looked at as if it was me who didnt authorize it to be looked at. Why did I drop it off then and sign papers for an estimate. After this exhausting conversation, I found that the bumper that needed replacement was on back order for another few weeks! I requested to pick up my car because they were unresponsive and could have told me that from day 1. I called every day for 5 days and finally was told that they wanted to charge me $385 plus over $2000 in storage fees- FROM THEIR DELAYS- to give me my car - and told me that they were not putting the bumper back on - THAT THEY REMOVED! They finally agreed to put the bumper back on and take off the junk storage fees - As if they were doing me a favor! On picking up my car they refused to give me any paperwork or estimates. I am going to sue them and am on my way to the courthouse now. Im suing for my wasted 33 days rental car money, and my estimate that i never received. This could have all been avoided had they communicated better and not tried to scam me and trump up charges for work never performed and make excuses as to why my car sat there for nearly a month untouched.Service: Body & Trim

Worst customer service ever. My rep didn't return calls and basically ignored me. I was told three weeks in a row that my car was scheduled for painting on Tuesday. After no follow up I would call and be told it wasn't ready. My rep. Ippolito, was never available. Different people helped me every time I called. It took 24 days to get my bumper replaced.

I took my car in to fix my sunroof and some other things. Samantha was always keeping me updated and very kind and understanding. I'm so happy with the work they did. I would definitely go back here. So happy to use my sunroof again The lady at the front desk was also very kind and generous.

First & last time I bring my car for body work. After they did the repair and went through "quality control" my car was given to me with a missing gas door cover. It was the first thing I noticed when I did a walk-around the car when they gave me the keys. They went to look for it in the shop and it wasn't there so they said they would order it, paint it and install when it came in. A week goes by and I received no calls. I call and they said they were still waiting on the part. After trying to call and get updated for 2 weeks they realized that the part was delivered to the wrong place. I asked why it took 2 weeks to realize this and the service adviser told me he hadn't been there for 4 days and they were doing me courtesy by trying to get the part and install and also that no one would steal a gas cover door because my car was a Ford and they're a Chevy dealer? First of all, it wasn't a courtesy because I paid to get a job done and it was incomplete. I didn't accuse of anyone stealing anything, I just wanted the door installed. Service adviser didn't even look at me or apologize when I came to get the gas door cover installed. Took almost 3 weeks for this. Ridiculous.

I m not one to ever leave a review but when I tell you it s probably the worse body shop you can find it probably is. The lack of communication from the people working on your car is insane. I was told I d get it one day next thing you know I have to wait 20 more days. All things that could ve been avoided and genuinely just careless. You can t be on top of your stuff cause then it s a bother? Please do better.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

First off let me start off with the service advisor Tom, he has been AMAZING and extremely helpful throughout my experience, he is probably the most professional person I ve dealt with in a dealership and went out of his way during what seemed to be his lunch time to literally fix the issues I ve had himself. If he were to go work at another dealer I would follow.Now for the negatives.I brought my car in for repairs to replace the fender, wheel and touch up the door due to a mild accident, whoever worked on my car DID NOT pay any attention to detail. When the car was ready for pickup l, the freshly painted fender was all sorts of messed up and the paint on the door was absolutely terrible covered in orange peel. The paint between the fender and the door was also chipped and poorly repaired Tom did an amazing job of handling this and took the car back to have it repaired again. Fast forward a few days I pick the car up and it looked basically like it came out of the showroom floor. I take it home and took it to work the next day. As I was driving in the highway I hear a pretty bad flapping sound, I get to work and pop the hood to notice all of the push pins holding the top of the pump and the screw on it was missing and I tapped on the fender to notice it was missing the top screw that held it to the body making the corner of the fender tap against the pillar that holds the windshield of the car up. I bring it back and now Tom did an amazing job he gives me the push pins and has another guy help him (I forgot his name but he sits directly to right when you walk in) and they both put in the screws for me since I didn t have any tools in hand. Now we noticed the car was also missing a piece of foam that goes behind the fender. Between my insurance and I we paid over $1500 for a repair that the tech DID NOT pay any attention to any details while putting the car back together. I will never let their techs work on my car again.

They took my Carr to fix like 3 months they don't have renta a Carr service not offer pick up and droop of and the end the Carr was with imperfection in the paint and the brakes to fix for the garanty they took 2 weeks more the receptionist hang out and never call back or pass the message to the person in charge worst service and the charge me for the new tires when the olds ones donde have a year of used

STAY AWAY! I took my car after an impact from a steel rod went thru the front of my car damaging many internal parts including the air system. I had to coordinate communication with insurance because after many unanswered calls Samantha Torres tells me she did not have estimate from the insurance company, well they included me in their emails and had provided 2 days prior, talking to her was like talking to crickets. after many hassles I get my car done with all refurbished parts take it for a day and my air is blowing hot air. I take it back and they dont know what the problem is , so they say, it took them 2 weeks to supposedly figure out what the problem was. guess what, their answer was it is normal wear and tear and a very common problem with Chevrolets. This after they said they had no clue what it could be. So based on the fact that they say the part was not damaged due to the accident, however after they scratched their heads they told me they were waiting for a new estimate from the insurance. if they knew it was not cause by the accident why were they waiting on the insurance? excuses , bad service and lack of knowledge is what you will find in this repair shop, dont take your car here it will not be fixed properly and they will come up with lame excuses to avoid any responsibility, if I could give them 0 stars I would!Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Brought my vehicle here to be repaired after an accident. I was told it would take 2 weeks. When 2 weeks came, my insurance adjuster was there for another vehicle and noticed that not a thing was done to my car yet. When he asked the service manager what was going on, the manager stated that the parts hadn't even been ordered. When I contacted AutoNation, I was asked who my coordinator was, and I didn't know that I had one because during the two weeks, no one contacted me. I was told my coordinator's name was Freddy. I left a couple of messages for Freddy, no return calls. I left a couple of messages for his supervisor, no return calls. Freddy finally called me and made excuses. My insurance company was only paying for the initial 2 weeks of my rental and then extended it for an extra week. I told Freddy that because of their error, they need to pay the rest of my rental until i get my car back, he said yes they would. I finally got my vehicle back after 7 weeks. When I told Freddy that I was going to pick up my car and wanted to know how they were going to take care of the rental, he told me to bring the rental to Enterprise on their lot and they would take are of it. Needless to say, I did exactly as he said and I told Enterprise that the balance was being taken care of by AutoNation Collision and the rep said OK, you are all set, you'll get your receipt tomorrow from the Davie location, where you picked it up. Low and behold, when I looked at my credit card 2 days later, I was charged over $1,040.00. I called Enterprise and they told me that they never received an authorization from Freddy to pay my rental, no surprise there, and now I have to take it up with Freddy. I have been calling him and he's been giving me the run around and two days later I am extremely frustrated and ready to contact my local TV station and put this out in the public. I have never been so dissatisfied or felt so screwed by a company I've done business with. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay as far away as possible. My car looks brand new, that was not the issue, the issue was the lack of customer service and the being screwed out of $1,040. ***A week and a day later I am still fighting to get my money back and I'm be given nothing but the run around and excuse after excuse after excuse, again I asked for a supervisor and there was none available.

Jessica's customer service skills proves that she does not belong in the automotive repair field. She is unprofessional, rude and dishonest. She will look at you as if you're wasting her time and will try her very least to meet your expectations.I decided to bring my 2018 Chevrolet Equinox to this Collision center after it was rear ended because they are the same company that I purchased the vehicle from (AutoNation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines) so I figured they would use OEM parts and the process would be quick. Well, they took over 30 days to repair my vehicle and once the vehicle was supposedly ready, I went to inspect it and they did not replace the exhaust as stated on the invoice (over $1,000). I told Jessica that she needed to adjust my invoice because I was not going to pay for something that was not replaced as stated. She said "Why does it matter? You're not the one paying, the insurance is the one paying for it!" and I told her that she needs to either adjusts the invoice or order the exhaust and actually replace it. Well, she did not want to adjust the invoice so she ordered the exhaust and made me pay for an additional week for a rental until I had to go back and take about 2 hours off work so they could replace it.I should've just waited on the insurance company to tell me where to take my vehicle. They probably would've done it faster and not tried to scam me.

Worst service ever. I had a damaged bumper from someone hitting my car from behind, which also somehow damaged the passenger rear door, causing the door to not open from the outside.After keeping my car for 2 weeks, they returned my car to me with the bumper fixed but the door is in worst condition. It doesn t open from the outside or the inside. Jermaine the rep that works there stated it s an easy fix, some wire fell off somehow and that s why it s not opening and stated he would fix it if we bring the car back on Monday. He said we have his word he will have someone take care of it quickly. We returned the following Wed, and now they are denying they caused the damage and refused to fix it. They stated we need to pay out of pocket for the repair. We should ve never received the car damaged from them. Now we are struggling for them to take responsibility for the damage they caused. I do not recommend anyone bringing their car here for repair unless you want further damages caused to your car which your need to pay to repair!

Their front desk attendant (Paola) deserves five stars for excellent service, same goes to Mr. Hipolito. Thanks for trying your best!Back to the overall experience, they ofered to have my car ready in a week and a half, two weeks tops. It took over six weeks. The reason was because their wharehouse sent the wrong bumper twice - they finally got it right after three attempts. I really wonder why can this happen so many times when every part has a CODE to identify it. Then a similar issue happened with a part that was required for alignment. The part was requested overnight and they forgot to send it.I had to pay two extra weeks of car rental because of this people's severe lack of intelligence and attention to detail. It seems to be the worse of our pandemics, and sorry to say, but you will probably have a similar experience wherever you go in this town. Anyway, I would avoid this place
