My experience with Americars was just simply the best!!! I have no other way to put it! I buy quite a few cars some for personal some for company use. Yuri was extremely professional from the time I walked in to see the car, the vehicle itself was super clean and the price was right, no issues at all. I will definitely be returning to this dealership to purchase my future cars. Thanks Yuri!!!

First time renting at AmeriCars, really convenient if you are from outside the state. Probably one of the only one s without any hidden charges. Amir was really helpful and straight forward with the whole process. Would definitely rent from here every time I travel down.

Has to be one of the best car dealerships in the country. Expedited service from FL to MO. You don't have to worry about excess dealer fees on top of the advertised sales price. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again to Americarsusa!

I bought a 2011 Mercury Grand Marquis on 9/8, 2020, with 117k miles.I drove 13000 miles with absolutely no issues Reg syn oil change only and upgraded to LED headlights. The buying process was like a dream.

I took a chance and bought a car Americarsusa had listed on Ebay. Normally I would never consider doing something like this.But, with a perfect 100% rating on Ebay, and with almost 1,500 items sold, I felt confident I would be OK. We flew from TX to FL to complete the purchase. Yuri was not only very quick with communication, he agreed to meet us during off hours to complete the sale. The car was as described, and honestly, I still can't believe how clean and original this vehicle is. We drove it back 21 hrs without an issue, and then a 7 hr round trip to Dallas 3 days later. 10/10 experience. Thanks again, Yuri.

Absolutely phenomenal purchase. We purchased a car this week from Americarusa with Yuri and were perfectly satisfied with both the service and the car. The car was exactly as described with NO issues that were not disclosed ahead of time. Yuri did everything he could possibly do to help with the purchase and his customer service was well above what we expected from a car dealership. The price was over $2,000 below book values and a great deal! I completely understand where some people may have reservations about buying a car or truck from someone you do not know or have not met but I found Yuri and everyone from Americarusa completely honest and open about this purchase. Needless to say, I highly recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle. Just a Note, I am also a business owner who has experienced bad reviews from business competitors to discredit someone and I strongly believe that a couple of these reviews seen here are for just that purpose. Purchased 2013 Mazda CX-5. Yuri was very easy to work with. The price was fair, and Yuri arranged for shipping within 3 days. It s clean and in good condition.A couple criticisms: The battery needed replacement a day after the vehicle arrived. Also, the right front speaker rattles things that I wish had been noted by Yuri s crew before selling the car.Beyond that, the vehicle is running well and generally as advertised.I would recommend working with Yuri, but do ask a lot of questions before pulling the trigger on a purchase to be sure expectations are met.

I had a great experience and wanted to wait several months post purchase to make a recommendation. Yuri was kind, accommodating and respectful. He was honest and forthright. All interactions up front were perfect. But I don t give high rating easily.Now it s several months since I purchased my 2015 Mini Cooper S and it s been a great purchase. I even brought it for its first service and they mentioned its a great car. It s clean and issue-free It s so refreshing to do business with an honest business owner. Thank you Yuri. Two years later and not one problem with our 2014 Toyota Avalon XLE Hybrid. He represented the car 100% and did everything fairly and in a reasonable time frame. We drove from Sarasota to find my wife's dream car!!!

Yuri was prompt in responding & went above in facilitating our purchase of a car from his dealership. He checked tire pressure & topped off all fluids, and the car had a half tank of gasoline. I flew to Ft. Lauderdale, completed the sale, and started driving home to Indiana. No problems at all from the car.I would gladly do business with him again.

I purchased a 2013 Mazda CX-5. It was listed everywhere and I found it by searching AutoTempest.comAt the time it was the lowest price in the country for what it was. I checked Yuri out as best I could and when I saw all the good reviews so I went with it. I left Yuri a deposit and a week later I flew down to Fort Lauderdale and Ubered over to Yuris spot and I made the purchase.The car was as described and I don't have any complaints. All of the paperwork is on point as well. I just registered the car in my home state of Vermont and it went seamlessly. The car needed an oil change so I took it by a Mazda dealer in Florida and they did a vehicle inspection as well and it definitely checked out� for a car with 109K. ALL SYSTEMS GO!� Good deal and worth the trip. Yuri is an honest reputable dealer and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him in the future.

I found my car online on Sunday. Despite the fact that the dealership was closed Mr. Yuri Daiter responded within minutes to my email request for a CarFax.I called Yuri the next day and was able to set up an appointment completely at my convenience - in the early morning - before the dealership regular hours - not to miss my work.Dealing with Yuri was my best experience with a car-dealer ever: Straightforward and Right to the Point!I

I found a car I wanted online. It came with a free carfax. I called Yuri and reserved the car over the phone with him and I came in at the end of the week to see it. I was suppose to come in Friday but I couldn't make it until Saturday and Yuri held the car with no problem. On Saturday they usually open at noon but Yuri came in 2 hours early at 10AM for me because I was under a time crunch. He was great. It was a great experience and I am definitely buying my next car from him. Thanks.

We found a vehicle online at AMERICARSUSA and agreed to purchase the vehicle. When we arrived from Indiana to pick up the vehicle, Peter informed us that there seemed to be a problem with the vehicle they had not experienced before. They took us and the vehicle straight to the mechanic where they began diagnosing the problem. It took several hours and Yuri offered us some alternative options if we were not satisfied. We stuck it out and the mechanic was able to locate the problem and fix it. Yuri and Peter stayed with us and the mechanic the whole time. I was very impressed with their desire to satisfy their customers. Yuri even offered a discount for the delay. We were more than satisfied with our transaction and I truly feel that AMERICARSUSA cares about their customers. Thanks again Yuri and Peter!!

Got a good deal on a Honda Fit, was assured that it was clean & perfectly working (and it seemed to be). 1 month later and I've had $600 of repairs that weren't disclosed. The dealer hasn't offered to reimburse, so he either knew about the problems & didn't disclose, or he didn't know this car as well as he claimed.

I just purchased a great little car from Yuri at AMERICARUSA. Actually found the car online and took the train from Orlando to Hollywood FL to pick it up. It was everything that he represented it to be. Very happy to have made the decision to take the chance of buying online and was not disappointed.

After seeing a 2008 Mercedes CL 63 listing for 19,000 on eBay, which I then emailed and called the owner by phone asking if the vehicle's condition, History, and if there were any mechanical issues. The owner Yuri, Stated there was no issues and the car ran perfectly fine, so we drove down to Palm Beach met him giving him the benefit of the doubt. First thing here he wanted to do was to deposit the cashiers check then go into the details and facts, what's the title was signed and De it was completely close. As I was leaving the car started out with a horrible rattle that lasted for a few seconds and went to work. Secondly, the car won't engage into reverse and the dashboard lit up with ABS and check engine lights. Yuri came and sat in the car trying a few things managing to get it into reverse, then he said the transmission fluid needed changing and the car had never done that before with him. On the road home the car vibrated and she made it due to both front tires and rims being bent and driver rear one slightly damaged. Made it home and took the car to the Mercedes dealership for complete computer diagnostic scan and visual inspection. The result sure the car had a bad transmission valve body computer, both exhaust camshaft adjusters were bad, valve cover gasket's and both camshaft adjuster gaskets were leaking all, brake pads front and back worn out. It needed front wheel bearing and rear reflects this, both engine supports wheel speed sensor broken,, also right side was leaking. That is $7400 in repairs hardly sounds like the car was in excellent working condition.

I don't usually write reviews, but this dealer deserves it. Very honest and friendly dealer. I found the car online as Carfax guaranteed. The car was better than expected and at a fair price. It drives like new and it was clean inside and out. Communication was prompt and he made accommodations to meet me off hours. Highly recommend.

Buying a car can be a good or a bad experience, what makes the difference is where you buy it. We needed a bigger vehicle for the family and browsing on the web we found that vehicle at AMERICARS USA. Arriving at their facility I was received by Peter, a highly costumer service oriented salesperson who answered all my questions always with a nice smile. Suggested a test drive and quickly close the deal in a very professional manner. In less than 30 minutes I was driving my SUV home. In less than tow weeks I received my new tag, that was fast!Thanks Yuri and Peter

I bought a car (sight unseen) from Americarusa on Ebay & had a very good experience. They were very helpful and always available to discuss any issues I had. The price was right & they arranged shipping quickly - and at a price less than I could find elsewhere. The car was as described and their follow up was top-notch. I found one small issue and they took care of it. A week later they found a 2nd key for the car and sent it on to me....and they didn't have to! Great service and I would recommend them to a friend.

bought a 2005.5 Audi A4 quattro last week not even 3 days later i found out i need to invest 4000 dollars into this car to even start thinking of driving it. i was told to put a tag on it and it was good to go! be aware the cars are very beat up tried to call owner he never answered my call but before i bought the car every call was always answered . :(
