I purchased a part for my car at a fraction of the cost had I purchased it new! The gentlemen in the office are very courteous. I highly recommend them!!!

Went in one day to get a part. Was going to take some time to get it off the vehicle so we said we'd pick it up after running some errands later in the day. We ran late, so took the time to call and say we would pick it up next day. Just driven an hour to pick it up to be told they couldn't get the part out. Why did they not tell us that that day before ok instead of wasting our time and fuel

Unprofessional and undependable.Will not buy from them again even though I own a repair business.I called looking for a part early in the morning.They said they had it and that it would be ready for pickup in an hour or so.Drove over an hour to pick up the part just to find out they never even tried to have the part ready.Was told with callousness that they wore at lunch and it would be a while until they can get to it.Wasted half of my day and $89 in gas.

Jerk attitude OWNER hung up phone on me after wanting to charge an additional undisclosed 3% on 3rd attempt of complying with his requirements to ship part.. Lost dealer business on $4 est you retire with that attitude Robert!

Ordered a part to be shipped to me. Steve and Robert were very helpful.Unfortunately the part was not the correct one when I received it. They credited me quickly with no issues. I would use them again if I need parts.

Every time I have had to go here, everyone is very nice and helpful. They re on top of things for you and has gone and got the product for me every time, yes I m female but I could have done it myself but I do appreciate them doing it for me, then I can get doing what needs to be done to my vehicle. I Would recommend these guys Any and Every time, Thank You Again for your Help and Service

Nice place, the employees are always helpful and go above and beyond for you.. I really love the fact that they are straight to the point kinda people and are not the type to try and get more money out of someone when they see a woman come in needing help.... I've had bad experiences with mechanics trying to tell me I needed stuff I really didn't, just to get more money out of me... But not with these guys...

If you are a do-it-yourself type of mechanic and in need of good quality used parts this is the place for you.The guys in the office are very knowledgeable and curtious. The hard workers in the yard are quick and precise when it comes to your needs.Give them a try..it's worth the drive.The 1994 F150 gear box worked great..thanks y'all.

I called Robby on Tuesday for the upper control arm and control shaft for a 1997 Ford Aerostar. He quoted me $35 and $25 shipping, well I received it in two days. He gave me the complete assembly and it was in great shape. He was a super nice guy and very professional. I can highly recommend these guys to take care of all your auto part needs! Very knowledgeable and friendly service from these guys. I live in tampa and called to have parts shipped to me. Got them the very next day, installed myself and works perfect. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

I bought one of their over priced doors for my Jeep, wrong door won't take it back., They pulled the part so really is their fault ., Ridiculous..I rate them a zero...

Called two weeks ago about getting a car towed out of my yard. Said they'd pay 280 but I needed a paper title. Got my paper title. Called back multiple times. Finally got ahold of someone who said they'd pay 150 and we have to get it towed there. WASTE OF TIME.

This place is the worse I've ever been to! Came and bought a used transmission. Turned out to be the wrong one so we brought it back the next morning with the old transmission in tow and as soon as we walk in the tell the big guy at the desk named Steve what was going on he starts cursing us and trying to tell us we were wrong that it would fit! A big argument ensues until the owner gets there and then he doesn't want to listen! Long story short I will drive to Miami to get parts from now on if I have to before I will deal with these crooks!

I have been fortunate to know Tim Holland years ago before he passed away. Tim was knowledgeable ,honest and straight forward. Tim ,Debbie and Robbie Dowling were and incredible team and I am proud to say that I was able to do business with them when they were all together.Time moves on and now Robbie, Brandon, Karen Stacey and Steve carry on the tradition of Knowledge of the parts they are selling and the integrity to stand behind what they say and do. its been a couple weeks since i last visited..as far as having most any part gor bout any vehicle..they usually got it.. as far as phone mannors..they hav excellent phone mannors..ut if u just pull up there..it seems as though yu cant find help..but that has been goin on for a ...well a while considerin i dont go there tht often...but last 3 or 4 times i hav been there...well thats how it was.....
