The brightest part of the service was the upfront guys.., now with that being said. I went for oil change, asked for rotation and air in tires. There was oil on my steering wheel, oil on my fenders with finger prints all the way around, no air was put into my tires and they were not rotated. I know this cause I have a yellow mark on drivers side tire in front and that tire was still there. It's a shame, last time was great, this time

The folks at the Hobe Sound service center are great. Josh, David and the new guy I think Anderson(?), really understand customer relations. I use these guys all the time with all my vehicles. They are always up front, a real fair group. I have been going to this shop for years. Thanks guys for your professionalism, I always get great service at this location Sammy G

Easy scheduling. Gabriel went above and beyond to help me find tires and they installed them quuckly and professionally. There are a few restaurants and a nice wine shop within waking distance to keep you busy while they work on your car.

This place is not liable or trustworthy. There is a whole new crew up front so I can t blame them but the past managers sold me tires with a warranty they said would cover towing like road side assistance with the purchase of their cooper adventurer tires. But with my car breaking down having it towed to Pepboys it was a simple fix so I wasn t charged for that but they did charge me $85 for towing that I couldn t afford and said register was closed that I had to pay cash or couldn t get my car otherwise. I wasn t aware of this and this transaction has made it very hard to get around for the week as that was my gas money I m so displeased with the customer service coming from someone whose been in customer service for years. THIS SHOWS THEY DONT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! The tires for my car are under Nicole Martin.

LOVE this shop I ve been coming to Pep Boys for many years; residing in Hobe Sound seven years.This is the BEST place to go. Outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE.And there are many choices in Hobe Sound.Gabe & Josh at the desk always treat me like FAMILY.THATS GOOD OLD FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICE.I never go ANYWHERE else, not even for an oil change. And I have a new car with a full warranty.These guys do not UPSELL you on unnecessary add ons to make a few extra bucks. No one ever likes that.I am a PEP BOYS customer for LIFE.Honest, ethical and just downright NICE people. All employees including those in the shop. They just DON T hire scammy people.Give them a try. I wish I could give them 10 stars.You re welcome.

I called Hobe Sound yesterday because I really needed to get four new tires after having my appointment canceled in Fort Pierce. They went to get my tires and made sure they were there when I got there and they were so busy!! My car was taken in quickly by Tyrell, but wait, there s more!!As we were waiting, Tyrell was putting on new tires, then I also asked for an alignment, which he happily did even though they were slammed! I like to sit outside and watch while my car is being worked on, for many reasons.So, meanwhile, a man drives up with what can only be described as the remnants of a tire on the front right because he had a huge blowout while on 1-95 and his lug nuts were stuck and stripped and he needed a new tire to get home to Fort Lauderdale! -About 1.5 hours South!I watched multiple employees attempt to get this tire off for this man and ultimately give up. I spoke with him for a few minutes and heard the fear, concern, and desperation in his voice. There was a language barrier and he was far from home. The best I could do was offer the number to AAA, but I thought Tyrell was so helpful to me, so I went to talk to him.He asked if I minded if he took a look at this man s car while I was waiting. Within 10 minutes, Tyrell had taken all of those lug nuts off and that blow out tire off of his car, and started him on his way to get a new tire on on his way home!!I wish I could explain in words the relief that this man showed due to this young man s simple care, concern, and compassion for his situation!! Tyrell is the perfect example of what businesses should be aiming for in customer service and care to their customers because even when it s not a direct effect, people like me notice!! I hope that Pep boys realizes what they have in Having Tyrell on their staff and that they work hard to keep him in their company because he makes their business worth patronizing!! I certainly hope that Tyrell is well compensated and appreciated by this company for what he brings to the business! Thank you!

I liked it that, when I called to make the appointment. I was offered the current special promotion. I was given the price and next available appointment. I should up early they completed the work. And I was on my way. Thanks for a great job!

Absolutely great service!!!! It was saturday night going into Thanksgiving!!! They fit me in and replaced a flat tire that had hazard insurance!!! Would certainly recommend this group!!!

Great service. Blew a tire on the interstate late in the afternoon. 30 min to closing and they never hesitated to help out. New tire, successful trip.

I wish I could remember the names of the 2 guys at the counter. They were so polite and sweet and so helpful. I had a dead battery and it had taken me 2 jump starts to get there. I was missing work and stressed out. They didnt have the battery in stock but found one quickly. They had me in and out in 30 minutes! My roommate recommended pep boys and I couldn't be happier I listened. If there were more than 5 stars I would choose a higher rating. Thanks guys!

Go anywhere but here. Made an appointment in advanced that my thermostat needed to be replaced. They told me to be there at 8 am. Dropped it at 8 am and then they call me at 5 to tell me it s the thermostat which I had already told them and that it was too late to call my warranty company. Terrible customer service and a waste of a day with no car.

Had my 2 new tires I had bought mounted I took rims and tires in at appointment time in and out 18 minutes calling back to get a alignment next week hopefully it goes well, Thanks guys.

I get well taken care of. Super friendly staff giving me options to make my appointment easy and leave feeling great knowing I have well taken care of and my car appreciates it as well. She loves her new tires and fresh oil.

This is my favorite Pep Boy. I've been coming here for many years. I'm now on my third vehicle and they have serviced all of them. I was just there Monday and they know my Jeep better than my Jeep dealership LOL you guys are the BEST!

I was on vacation with my fianc�. These guys took care of me in no time. Felt like I was a local stopping in for a routine check up. They patched up my tire and had me on the road in no time! Great group of guys in there. Couldn t be happier to recommend using them for any mechanical needs.

In need of tires quickly couldn't find anywhere on a Saturday that had tires for my car. Pep boys wow amazing place. Later on had a appointment for oil change had pep boys do that also. They saved me so much time and money. I would recommend this place to all. P.s not just pep boys there a women that works there also she is very good at her job.. Great job guys.. and ladies!!

I called the Hobe Sound Pep Boys after 6 on a Friday evening fearing that my battery was failing. They were very courteous and said I could come right in an it would be taken care of. I was so grateful that my battery was replaced immediately with professionalism and friendliness.

Staff was courteous, friendly and very customer service oriented. Mechanics did a great job, servicing my car, changing the oil and multiple point checks; in addition, another issue with the car was checked, that I requested. They offered a coupon, so I could get a discount on the price, which I really appreciated! Very pleased with the staff and service! Thanks again
