Finally! A shop that knows what they are doing...I dealt with 3 others in last 5 weeks trying to have suspension replacement corrected that another shop's in North Carolina shoddy work. Wanted a new lift kit put on my Ram Rebel. These folks not only are experts, they have a great business attitude, something that is rare in the USA post covid-19. Not to mention the whole gang is super friendly and made us feel appreciated. I'm taking my Jeep Wrangler to Ernie's so they can fix a mess the last shop made of lift and other off-road goodies.

They are very honest, explain everything in detail being done to our truck and do amazing work. Colt helped us from the get go and was very nice and professional.

Definitely would recommend them for any work or new truck purchases. I just went in for an alignment and balance, they got it perfect. Truck rides night and day better, tracks straight with zero pull. Thanks to people at Ernie s.

Dropped my truck off at 8am, as per their request. I called at 230, they said it would be done by 445. They close at 5. I stopped in at 430, they still hadn't touched my truck. I bought a golf cart from here and later found out it was a flood cart from south florida. They tried to hide it but forgot to check the rear end which was full of salt water. The rear end was trashed and had to be rebuilt at a cost of 900 dollars. Buyers beware of this company they are shady

My husband took his truck to Ernie s for a leveling kit and tires. They put a slightly larger leveling kit on it than he wanted and so he was unhappy with the look. After a week we contacted Ernie s and they had us bring it in and changed it out for the kit to give it the look he was going for. It was refreshing to find an honorable company that stands behind the work they do. We won t hesitate to send business to Ernie s because of our experience. Thanks.

Ernie Did quite a bit of work for me years ago. He is always willing to go the extra mile and get stuff done. The guys even stayed after hours to help me out. I will definitely return for any needed stuff.

After many years of doing business with these folks, recently I took my old Wrangler TJ into Earnie's to see about a problem I thought I was having. After a couple of days Earnie himself called to tell me that try as he did, he could not find any problems with what I thought needed fixing. When I went to pick my old Jeep up, Earnie showed me a couple of other small things he had found, and told me to keep an eye on them, as they might cause me some future problems. And that my friends is exactly why I keep going back to Southern Off Road for service and repairs. They will only fix what needs it, and they're quick, honest, and inexpensive.So stop by Earnie's Off Road, and see what they can do to help you.

Work is fair at best. They specialize in ghetto. One of the employees needs an attitude adjustment.
