I m going to say this, they didn t charge me for almost doing an alignment job cause I needed certain bolts for adjustment I do not have after installing my own lift kit now. I was going to return but there was no room next day now this doesn t mean I won t use them in future. They really did the coolest thing, lots of integrity and seem to no what there doing and it s good to see a younger generation of young men having a passion to work in trade. Jim is a good man!

I needed a lot of work done and all new tires. These guys absolutely took great care of me. They got all of the work done super quickly. They had a small issue with a part and needed to keep my truck overnight. Not only did they take me home and pick me up in the morning but they were kind enough to bring me a perfect cup of coffee! This is because we'd just experienced a major hurricane and all my essentials were still in the truck. They explained what and why everything that was needed had to happen, the entire crew is very professional and their work is top notch! I would recommend them to absolutely anyone at anytime for any job.

While traveling from palmetto into the Gainesville area or 2005 f350 front tire decided that 10 years on this truck was long enough and the tread started to separate from the rest of the tire. We have only had the truck a few months and the tires looked great. Needless to say, upon inspecting the rest of the tires, this was the newest one, and the rest were suffering from severe dry rot not exactly what we expected to be buying new truck tires but definitely needed the people city boy tires went out of their way to help us get back on the road again knowing that we were stranded there. Otherwise I just want to thank them all, and highly recommend them thinking with so much for thank you so much. they were able to pick up tires from another location and get them installed in their truck in under two hours. Thank you so much.

Randy and Jim were extremely knowledgable, professional and excellent customer service skills. They were quick to take my Acura in, determine what was wrong with it & do everything they could to get the correct parts in and repairs complete so I wouldn't have to be inconvenienced. It is refreshing to know there is a hometown garage that cares about it's customers, even if they aren't locals from the area. Excellent experience! They have earned all my business when I am in the area. Thankyou.

I was not pleased with the work performed.The car had a noise similar to an axle bearing going bad. I purchased the part and took it to the shop. (1) They insisted that they still had to conduct a diagnostic. (2) they install the knuckle kit that I purchased (a 30 minute job), and charged me $290. (3) But they never took the car for a spin. I drove out and returned with the same noise. They charged me $250 for dosing another diagnostic, changed a belt pulley that was not making any noise. I left with the same noise the car came in but $500 short for about an hour worth of labor.

I hit a large piece of metal in Lowe s parking lot. Made it to High Springs and into City Boy s just as my tire lost all air pressure. Tyler and Billy got me back on the road in less than an hour. Both guys had wonderful attitudes and were happy to help. Thanks again guys!

I am so satisfied with the work at City Boys in High Springs,the staff are so friendly and helpful and they make their customers feel so welcome while waiting on their vehicle.I will recommend this City Boys to everyone!I have no complaints.Great Job Guys

Jim was wonderful , I arrived shortly after 5pm close of business time , and Jim said welcome listened to what I thought was the problem . Boy was i wrong it was the gas tank Vapor Canister. .what is that ? Well don't over fill your gas tank (like round to the next $ ) car was serviced the next day and completed. Fast friendly service !!Thank you

Had a situation with my emergency brake light coming on while on the Highway. Pulled into City Boy s shop clueless as to what was happening. Billy was such a great help! He happily took a look at my car, identified the problem, and let me know what the next steps would be to get everything fixed! Thank you, Billy!

Not recommended. Unfortunately, they accidentally physically damaged my car's door while fixing a mechanical problem at their shop. Although they admitted to the event, they have yet to pay for the damage, despite multiple attempts from me and my attorney.

I stopped by today to get a tire looked at. The front desk associate was extremely personable and professional. She took me immediately to the tire attendant who quickly located the huge nail, I somehow missed. Unfortunately they did not have my size (20 tire) in stock for today, but offered to order one for Monday and even offered to put my spare tire on in the meantime. Super friendly and helpful people! Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

These guys are great I came in for an oil change and they noticed that I needed front brakes at first the quote seemed a little high but Jesus who I believe is the store manager there really helped to get the price down and told me that if I did the brakes he would throw in the oil change for free. While I waited I sat in the waiting room they turned on the tv showed me how to use the tv and had snacks, coffee and beverages. This place made me feel like I was part of the family. Loved it here!! Great customer service!! Definitely will tell everyone to come here!

Walked in on two separate occasions, once for a tire stem valve replacement for a tractor, and second for an oil change. Although my issue were simple, I was still blown away with how polite, efficient and professional they were!

Sorry for the late post. But on my way too work my tire began too shake as if it was going to fly off. Luckily we were passing this tire shop to have our tire done. Upon them changing the tire the service tech seen we were actually missing a bolt that connected the tire and had we drove any further our tire would have come off. Remind you we had our children in the car. Long story short they fixed the issue and worked with us with the cash we had. The customer service was very great, and the employees were very friendly and kept us informed about everything. Great place and quality work

Every time I come in for a simple oil change they give me trouble, but last time was the final straw. I was there for over 4 hours, on a simple oil change, as the only customer there, and three times they told me I needed to pay for an 800 dollar engine repair and on the last time said "your engine will fail in 5 miles without it". News flash, 4000 miles later and its fine. Go to the Alachua location instead. Much quicker, easier to get an appointment quickly (rather than one a week from now like this place), and they've never tried lying to my face like I've caught this place doing.

I took my car to get a small cosmetic fix and this location had the quickest turnaround. They were very thorough with explaining to me what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. I really appreciated that. The time this was being done I spoke with Dwight and and John and they were so nice and gave me the best customer service. If I ever have a problem with any of my vehicles I will take them back to them right away and request Dwight and John! Take my word for it seriously the best car shop around! Id give them 10 stars if I could!

Great first impression. Brought my granddaughters old 99 CRV in for oil change and inspection. Stephanie is awesome and technician Jason was great. Went over everything that was needed and what was most important to fix first. Nice to find people that care about you and your vehicle.

I had a flat tire I needed taken care near the end of their day, I told them if they couldn't fit me in it was no problem and I would see them the next day. They took me in found the tiny piece of metal in my tire, patched it and had me out the door in 20 minutes. Very friendly staff, big improvement from precious crews that have been there. Thank you

Went by on Saturday needing a miracle done and that s just what happened. Worked me in a Saturday and they were already backed up. Stephanie and crew were absolutely amazing. Very patient and courteous. Would recommend going for all car issues

I had a nail in my truck tire and my normal repair place, Auto ER in Newberry, was closing soon for the day and transferred me to City- Boys in High Springs. I spoke to the manager on the phone and he said to come in around noon, so I did. John showed me on the computer of somewhere I could grab lunch while I waited. When it was time to leave, the bill showed zero dollars due. John told me that it was because we are regular customers (true, but not even at his location). Very pleased with the service I received. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend city boys high springs, not only are they honest with what needs to be done they provide proper documentation to go along with each inspection.I have never felt more comfortable when dropping my car off knowing that the people I m taking it too are honest and trustworthy.Dwight and john have gone above and beyond to make sure I leave happy and my car is taken care of!

These guys saved me!! I was on my way for a 3 road trip to a wedding rehearsal, on a super tight time frame, and I noticed I had a nail in my tire!! They brought me right in, fixed it in about 10 minutes, and sent me on my way! They were incredibly kind and thoughtful!! Highly recommend this location!! Thank you!!

We were on our way back to Illinois from Florida and had a low tire. We stopped at Auto ER-City Boy's Tire and found quick and friendly staff. They were able to get us in immediately and back on the road within 15 minutes. Thank you!!!

Their new ownership is soooo much better than the former owners. They treated me with respect and consideration, they managed to fix a tire I'd been told couldn't be fixed, and did so quickly! I highly recommend that if you had given up on this place, you reconsider.
