The worst work EVER SEEN!! BAD CX SERVICE, never answer there phones, there workers are sloppy and need more experience. Honestly would never recommend anybody to this shop. Any body now where I can get my window back on track and anybody now any good buffers because I have paint and primer on my windows, windshield, and tires? Thanks would really appreciate it

After an unfortunate meeting between my car and the guy who rear ended me his Insurance company put me in touch with the people at Pro Collision. There is always a level of trepidation when dealing with the aftermath of the things. Some anger at the other guy and the fallout of having to deal with the uncertainties of the repairs.We ask ourselves.How long will this take?Will I have issues getting my beautiful car back to its old self?.Will I be satisfied with the outcome?I can say without any reservations that the entire experience at Pro Collision and Marine was absolutely the best I have ever experienced.The Front Office staff was always very pleasant, professional and accommodating.And the two owners are Very Hands On. Any little detail I wanted looked into or corrected they addressed immediately, happily and without any hesitation.Yes, there were mistakes made along the way but the true test is how does a business respond to those things. And I can say, I could not possibly have asked for more.I am detail oriented and picky. And they were above and beyond excellent.I cannot recommend Pro Collision and Marine more highly

I was sideswiped on State Road 9 on a clear and sunny day. The other driver stopped, who was driving a company vehicle, and got his boss the phone. When I spoke to the "boss", I was assured the bodywork, the painting, and a rental car would be provided at no cost to me so the damage could be repaired. I took him up on the offer, and did not report the accident. So my car was repaired and painted. The job initially looked good, but after about a year, the paint that looked shiny on the repair looked like a flat paint, with no shine left. I was not a happy camper, and went to Pro Collision Center. The reason I chose Pro Collision was in the past, they had taken care of my company vehicles for my business. Once I received the quote, I told them to do the job. They had my car a week, and when I got the call telling me they were done, I hopped in the rental car and drove there.The paint job/body work that was done made my car look like a new car. The paint was a perfect match to the old color. And on top of the great work, the job came with a 3 year guarantee.You know the old saying, "pay now or pay later". To begin with they charge you $50.00 dollars to estimate the vehicle. It's funny that the charge only came after she asked me if it was private insurance or what kind of payment was going to be made, once I said it was private it was a $50 copay right to begin with. Don't use this business she didn't even sound interested in doing the work very unprofessional will never come here, not even to paint a bicycle.

I took my car to this place to get repaired after a car crash and they did great on repairing my car. The people are really nice but they work very unorganized. They told me my car would take 2-3 weeks to repair and then they called my dad saying it was going to be ready for pickup on Monday. I have the call log and a voicemail they left him. I went on Monday to pick up the car and they said no that it was not ready and that nobody had called and they told me to come back the following day. So I go and get my car on tuesday. Three days after I had picked up my car they call saying they confused the rugs of my car with another persons car and that I have to go back to get my rugs.. I have been to this place 4 times already and It s ridiculous how messy they work. This was very frustrating for me because this place is open Monday-Friday from 8-5pm which I work those same days and times. I had to leave work early three different days just to deal with this and it s ridiculous. As I said, everyone there was super respectful and nice but they need to organize their work.

Wonderful experience!! Not only did this shop leave my car beautiful and running perfect , but in such a short amount of time too! Considering the damages , my car looks brand new now! the workers there are very skilled, professional & friendly! They gained a loyal costumer with me! I recommend this shop 10/10!!

I've taken several cars there and they do Superior work. If you didn't know you couldn't tell the car was ever in an accident. I'm extremely picky about who I take my cars to but these guys are amazing. My contact is Julio Doval. Great individual and a pleasure to deal with. Very reasonable prices... they are willing to work with you.

This body shop was recommended by a friend and supposedly they are a high end shop. A job that should have taken 3-5 days max took almost a month. There are clips and screws missing from some of the moldings. I asked for a receipt and was never given one. This is the worst shop I have ever used.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Wow! This place is spectacular. They not only fix your car but clean it too! While that is expected, they go beyond the surface and focus on every last detail. I can t even tell exactly where my car was damaged. That s how good the repair was. Not to mention Marlene is a sweetheart when you speak to her. Don t bother calling everyday asking for an update on your car because it is DEFINITELY in the best hands. My car was even ready a day early too than expected. Thank you so much PCC!

I am so grateful that Tony and his crew were able to fix my car. Everyone here is professional and the cost is extremely reasonable. I had to have my car fixed the day before Thanksgiving and it was fixed and done by 5 pm. Tony kept me updated through out the day, which I really appreciated. Great service and great work! Thank you all so much!

Very satisfied with the work done on my car, they left it looking brand spanking new and I couldn't be any more happier with the outcome. The staff was very nice and attentive, kept me updated with the status of my car throughout the process! I definitely recommend it.

Absolutely loved this place. Great customer service and they handle everything for you. Called them every day, impatiently waiting for my car and they were never bothered. Don't bother calling them while your car is getting repaired, they do everything for you and your vehicle couldn't be in better hands. Just relax and wait!

This body shop is very efficient and fast I got my car back in five days earlier than expected.. plus they kept me updated via SMS the whole time I never called them once... And to my surprise they even detailed my car not just a simple clean but full detail...Hopefully my car will stay in good condition but if not this will be the first place that comes to mind.If you couldn't already tell by the stars, I highly recommend this body shop.

There is no auto shop in Miami like this business. The level of service is superb with shop workers with the knowledge and skills to make miracles happen. I brought my daughter's car in and it was close to unrepairable. These guys make it happen. Tony and Christian are outstanding.They take their time and deliver nothing less than the best. I have a permanent smile on my face because of them.

This business is a place where everybody should go to fix their car. Julio Doval fixed my Chevy Camaro 2020 and he did a great job. It took him around two weeks to get it fixed and now it is looking amazing. This business provides good service and good prices.

Called in and a lady answered the phone and I asked her for the hours of operation to take my mother's car for an estimate. She asked me if it was out of pocket or insurance and I answered out of pocket. She replied, oh no, we start from $3,000 and up. Mind you she hasn't even seen the car or the service I wanted. I guess since they are in Hialeah they figure everyone is broke.

Wow, After experiencing a car accident in Miami the stress is not fun! Thankfully I found Pro Collision through my insurance company. Pro Collision center was professional, prompt and very understanding. Marlene and Suzy, we're an excellent help; very kind. Awesome work I recommend this company!

Came for repairs, left with their stray kitten. 10/10 would trade car for cat again.Followup: cat got fat. beautiful mermaid princess. Very pleased!!!
