This is THE BEST PLACE to bring your car to get any exhaust or mechanical work done. Outstanding professionalism, customer service, and above all great quality work. George has assisted me with two of my vehicles and he hasn t missed a step! I d give this place 10 stars if I could!

We all know how hard it is to find a good trusting Mechanic Shop. Jorge and his team here at Palm Ave Auto Tech are amazing. They are extremely professional, honest and transparent (Key words Honest and Transparent). They diagnosed my car and found a few other issues along the way and did a great job at getting it fixed.They are also cheaper then going to the dealership. Highly recommend using them for your car needs.

Palm Ave Auto Tech is a family owned business that truly care for its customers. Never do they up-sell their services. They truly are honest and very acceptive and considerate of the customers. I recommend the shop 100%. Truly a gem!!!!

I've had a couple of oil changes here and their service is 100% reliable. I recently just had my car washed here as well since they have a Carwash aside from the service area and they left my car spotless ! I was very pleased with the service and in a timely matter. Iran was a nice person. He even told me a story while he was doing the oil change and make me laugh while waiting. He even put air to my tires and advice me that I needed to changed them. The wait time was not bad as he made sure to talk to me. I was really pleased of the service and will come back again. I recommend this place. Never disappointed me.Service: Oil change

I came to this shop because my mechanic was out of town and I must say I was very impressed with the service and hospitality. They did my oil change and tire rotations in less than an hour for a great price! I'll be getting my mufflers done here!

My wife's family has been servicing their cars here for many years and ever since they referred me, I will never look anywhere else. They have an extremely knowledgeable team and excellent prices. I have already serviced my car here several times and they consistently take care of me. If you are looking for a shop to service your car, I highly recommend you check out Palm Ave Auto Tech. Make sure to wash your car with Rosa. She will leave your car sparkling clean!

Gave me an outrageous price for the work, and a rude attitude. Another employee or the owner would not help us but instead stocked the fridge with Smirnoff. I went to another highly rated shop and received a fair price for the same work I wanted for almost HALF the price and honest people. I respect people s work yet this was very unprofessional and seemed to just be taking advantage of my age.

Palm Ave Auto Tech has the best prices and great Customer Service. I had a problem with my transmission and tires and Wow they really did an amazing job and gave me a great Deal. The mechanics are outstanding and are experienced. Had a great experience and would recommend them to ALL.

My sister took the family car into the shop and was told $125 for an oil change, I told her to come home and I ll go try at the same shop (Palm Ave Auto Tech) later.The same people told me $70 For my sister $125 but for me $70, same car.We have a word for this: discrimination.

If you want to get ripped off by all mean go here. 450 for a muffler install with me providing the exhaust. All they had to do is cut off my old muffler and slip fit my new system. I can understand if they were welding maybe and bending some tube and what not. All they using it they lift and a saw. Never will I waste my time goin to this shop. Worst place ever.Service: Exhaust

literal thieves. first off, every place i called for a quote on a muffler delete was able to give me the price on the phone, but apparently these folks are special and need you to bring the car in for a quote. i show up and ride my car on a busted ramp, dude looks at my car and has the audacity to tell me $370 for a muffler delete (LOL). i guess they saw that i look like a young dude and tried to make a quick buck, please avoid at all costs. other shops quoted me $180 for a muffler delete with the tip included, but they all closed earlier. this was the only place left open. not worth your time

Needed an urgent oil change and Palm Ave Auto Tech took me in ASAP. Amazing customer service, they took me in fast and were super nice and took very good care of me. Would definetly reccomend for everyone to go here!!

Great service when I went. The staff is super nice. The prices aren't too expensive. My car hasn't broken down or had any troubles since I got it fixed there. I suggest this place to everyone who's ever had car troubles because this is the place to go to. 10/10 highly recommend.

Best shop I have encountered !!! Awesome prices and service. My first choice with any automotive needs. I have recommended them to friends and family and everyone has had outstanding feedback. By far the best auto mechanic shop in Miami. I shopped around to get some work done on my car and Palm Avenue Auto Tech was the cheapest and the best work performed. The customer service is excellent and their techs are really good. Will go back and recommend....

Couldn t be any happier ! First time I came here I was 18 years old, did a muffler delete on my Acura Rsx turned out amazing. 2 years later I am 20 years old came back with my white camaro and installed pretty much a full exhaust with these guys. Great team they did an awesome job. And thank you for the reasonable price @ the owner. Highly recommend them
