I spend 70 dollars to have my brake rotors resurface when I came back to pick up my rotors my rotors were not resurface correctly still had glaze and zigzag Scratches the guy that cut the rotors didn't nothing to help me he just told me that the job he did is not cover and I just going to have to deal with, and he just walk off. My experience there was VERY BAD SERVICE SO I RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE WHO GOSE THERE TO GET THEIR BRAKE ROTORS RESURFACE DON'T TAKE IT THERE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO TAKE OR ANY OTHER SERVICE BE CAREFUL

If you don't speak Spanish, DO NOT bother calling this store. They hung up on me 4 times and refused to speak to me. Very Sad the world is going in this direction. : (

I had an incredible experience at this oreilly store, all thanks to Ines! The customer service she provided was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist me with my needs. Her knowledge and friendly demeanor made the visit a pleasure. I'll definitely be returning to this store in the future for their outstanding service.

Their service was nice but I do have to say not enough smiles. Forgive me I'm a smile freak. Due to the inflation prices were a little high but the service was nice and they were knowledgeable. I've been in customer service all my life since I was 12 selling ice cream and hot dogs in Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx. And hamburgers and stuff like in the concession stand. Call me a stickler for Smiles but they always drum up more customers. In a way I have to apologize seeing as the prices are high and so forth but they were a variety was a little bit short of what I could afford and needed. But I will maintain you not only because you are nearby me but I like the stories clean presentable and apparently you're staff knows their stock very well oh. Very important as you walk out your front steps when your concrete threshold is wet is very very slippery my suggestion is give it a non-slip treatment it's not that much maybe under 150 bucks 200 tops I used to do driveways and tile floors near pools and it works wonders I myself have multiple broken bones and I almost took a spill and I don't want to tarnish your reputation for anyone else too I wouldn't sue you. that's not my style. Long story short I rebuilt my first engine at 14 years old I just turned 60 thank you.

Came in an hour before they close to test an alternator and the cashier woman yelled to a Rob or Robert right around the corner in the back who promptly told her we only do alternators earlier in the day. I asked whats the schedule for alternator testing and all she could say was I don't know what to tell you. Good work yall keep East Hialeah classy.

I am most impressed with the service provided by the very professional employees at this store. My first experience was with Chris a few weeks ago, he was very knowledgeable and attentive. Last week, I had to go back (l live in Miami Beach, 12 miles away) and this time Gustavo helped me with the issue at hand, again impecable! He is also very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and sweet. Honestly, I don t mind driving all the way from Miami Beach to Hialeahto be treated with the respect and the willingness to help that these employees treat their costumers!Kudos to them!Thank you!

Great service!! I needed my engine diagnostics and many places wanted to charge me $150. They do it here for free. I forgot his name, but the guy that helped me was super nice. He helped me install my wiper blades and change a light. I 200% recommend this place!!

The lady that assisted me was very helpful. She assured me of their return policy in case I got the wrong item and got me quickly and confidently on my way. My repair went without a hitch and I am happy. Thank you for your help and excellent customer service!

Gustavo is the best! Displayed outstanding professionalism. When it comes down to anything auto related, I don t have the slightest clue. He was very detailed oriented and he took his time to explain everything to me in laymen s terms.

Never been in there. Maybe I was passing by or probably I was phoning someone so I stopped there for a while. It looks as a nice place to buy things for cars but I've never bought anything there. Sorry.
