"I had a dreadful experience with North Side Imports today. I called in the morning to inquire about a specific part I needed, and the representative I spoke with was not only extremely rude but also condescending. I provided my VIN number to check for the part, and I was told it was invalid, despite reading it directly from my car. When I politely asked him to repeat it, he responded with profanity and abruptly hung up. This level of customer service is beyond unacceptable.I called back to inquire about the representative's name, and shockingly, I was told they didn't know. I then attempted to speak to the manager, Armando, but either he was unwilling to assist or they wouldn't let me speak with him. This experience is incredibly disappointing, especially considering I've been a loyal customer for years, even before Northside took over from Finish Line.I will never shop at North Side Imports again, and I strongly recommend that everyone does the same. I'm willing to spend more with Mercedes of Miami because at least they know how to treat their customers."

Unbelievable So much time for a parts quote so I did called the Mercedes Benz and incredible service compare to this Autopart I don t recommend this place anymore so don t bother to call anymore

Don t buy any parts from this or any other Northside Imports distributor throughout the country. They sell Chinese knockoff parts for European vehicles. You were warned. Do yourself a favor, search forums and complaints online by other people who have run into engine failures etc after using these trash parts.China has poisoned the supply chain with counterfeit parts, filters, spark plugs that last around 10k miles only., etc. Don t sponsor this madnessMy friend has a Sprinter van and has been having issues and corroborated this post as well.

The worst phone call answering service I've seen in my life ! They always put you on hold for 20-30 min and all over again ! Great place to get parts with horrible service !

All those 5 star ratings must be friends and family back in the day when it was Finish line it was a great place with great customer service. Now id rather shop anywhere else, terrible customer service and dont even bother calling cause they will just put you on hold and then hang up on you.

Busy place staff not very friendly I called to ask about a part and they asked me for the vin for my vehicle and I told them let me get it and the person click the phone . I would recommend they work on their customer service.

90% of the time I deal with Miguel, awesome person, Romel also terrific guy as well as the rest of the counter people. Only one concern and why you miss the five star, do something with your parking lot, that is a mess every day. Thanks for being here to help me on my business

Excellent service! Starting with customer service over the phone Miguel is the person you want when it comes to find what you need. Prices are fair and the drivers are always on time and friendly. Irvamys Barcia (driver #7) is a sweetheart.

Sadly Alberto likes to treat his employees like garbage, and the customer service is very weird in this company. When I visited the warehouse all I saw was Alberto barking orders and using his phone, not working at all. It s a shame they have him running the place, it has potential to be a great business without his horrible attitude. It s usually the big lazy guys that have big mouths that ruin the work environment.

The staff is knowledgeable in what they do. The receptionist that answers the phone with good morning and good afternoon has good customer service manners but there s this other lady that answers the phone that has no customer service experience at all. She needs to go to customer service 101 and learn how to talk to us customers. Over all the best place for European car parts.

Don't know what the person below me is talking about because the receptionist is one of the best people that work at Northside. I have seen first hand that she goes over and beyond for us customers. She is quick and does what she needs to do to get us out of the door quickly. She is the best receptionist/cashier that Northside has ever had. She deserves a raise!!!!

What happened to Finishline??? Some new people have new rules. Caution if you make a purchase even if it's still sealed purchased Friday. Wouldn't take it back on Monday!! I guess a starter is electrical... I only needed a battery. The box was still sealed!!! Does anybody need a starter for a CLK 350?
