I recently had a frustrating experience at an auto shop where the service expectations weren't clearly communicated. I arrived wanting a fuel injectors and throttle clean, but the shop declined to do the service without a proper diagnostic which they going to charge $100. While I appreciate their caution, I wish this had been communicated earlier when I called to inquire about pricing. It resulted in wasted time for me, waiting and ultimately leaving my car. It's important for auto shops to train their staff to set clear expectations with customers regarding their repair processes. For those considering similar services, I recommend going directly to a dealership , as it can save time and prevent potential issues with the vehicle's computer system. Though it may be pricier, it ensures a smoother process and avoids the hassle .

William and Joel helped me literally an hour before closing. I had 2 slashed tired and they did come through for me and got me a real good deal for 2 brand new tires. Keep up the good work guys!

I dont have appointment but they still let me check the car, it pretty long wait ( about 3 hour) to get my turn but finally they said the main engineer for checking system not available until Friday and they said I need to come again later. But still better than not checking the car, vote 5 star !

I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment to get my tires rotated and balanced along with an oil change and an alignment. After waiting 5 hours all they did was the tires and oil change. When I first arrived early for my 10:00 a.m. appointment I asked how many hours it would take and was told 2 hours. But after 4 hours I was becoming quite frustrated and after 5 hours without them even doing an alignment I paid for the work they did do and left without an alignment. I will never go to any Firestone ever again.

I had never met a better crew before I walked into this Firestone Shop. I got new tires by recommendation and they took care of a rim protector minor issue by offering to pay for it and free installation whenever I receive the new protector. It takes a great team to admit and be accountable of any mishap. I will go back for that installation and probably go here for any further car needs. Amazing place and prices in my experience!

If I can give this shop 0 stars I would. I called to see whether they sold used tires since I was in a situation where I had to call around to different shops and ask. But instead of just stating no, the man who answered the phone was really disrespectful and hung up. Unacceptable customer service.

I came in for 2 new tire and a tire fix. Also got an oil change and alignment. I did not get a vehicle check nor the fluids wasn t refilled or checked at least!My oil change was done without research if I use synthetic or not!I expect more! Honestly Firestone wasn t my top list, usually I go to the dealer. Didn t had much a choice since my tire was flat.Service: Tires

Firestone gives terrible service. I brought my car in to fix a leak in the radiator hose. I bring the car home, I still have a leak coming from the hose. I call them to tell them what happened, they are telling me that I have to bring the car back in because it could be another hose leaking. Firestone is a rip-off. Take your car repairs to Goodyear. The are better and less expensive.

All the staff that works at this location is amazing. I think the man who attended to me yesterday was Julio - great customer service! They go above and beyond to make sure that your car is in great shape within a reasonable amount of time. I have been to many Firestone locations, but this one has to be my favorite.

I came yesterday and got an appointment for 9am and got the car here at 8:45am for an oil change and I m still here at 12pm the did other cars that I came before and the guy is telling me I don t know how appointments works I have to be at work at 12 and now I m late. An oil change takes 30mins-1hour and I m still here at 12:10pm that s about 3-4hours I m super displeased and won t be coming back here

Firestone employees were kind! I had the privilege of being welcome by Moises. I m new to the area so this was my first oil change. Jiffy Lube was rude and could care less about my service. I decided to come to Firestone and Moises was welcoming on the phone and in person! I appreciated the service! We ll done!

Chris was friendly & professional. They ordered my tires the day before and fit me in right away when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. Great online promotions, they offered a free break inspection and special on standard break service. I took advantage of the Firestone credit card with 6 months deferred interest. Nice option to have, pay the balance off in 6 months and boost your credit score in the process definitely a plus.

Initially, I was skeptical to come here because I thought they would be expensive and stern, but I am happy to say I was wrong. Extremely fast service. Very kind staff, and unusually honest hearted people in the auto business. They are not just out to take your money. Certain things they do without even bothering to charge. They saved my life on Superbowl Sunday morning by being the ONLY shop open. That's good business right there! It's always good to meet great people. Because of them, I will be able to make it to work on time tomorrow without having to stop at a tire shop. I would recommend them to any and every one!

Great place with several mechanics to help you. The sales rep was Alex he was corteous and knowledge of the product. He found a great deal took in my car fast in the lift to be taken care off. They change the tires, balance them and aligned my car in about 1 hour. Price was great and service was excellent. I even got watch a movie in their lounge area while they did my car. Recommended this place maybe I got lucky and there was no line . Could have been because it was a Saturday.

I made an appointment on the website early morning for 6:00 PM. I called half an hour before to confirm the appointment and they told me that they only take appointments until 2:00 PM. I don t understand why in the website they have available appt until 6:00 pm and they don t want to work at that time. Please make sure if you only work until 2:00 pm, don t allow customers to make appt after 2:00pm. I do not recommend this place

My last visit was a bit shady. Since I got my car brand new I had been doing my oil changes here. To my knowledge everything was great. After my last oil change, close to time it was due a change again I m driving on the road and low pressure oil light comes up, and my car was struggling to drive. Happened twice within 2 days. On my third day I took it for them to check it out as they had been the only ones touching my car. They tell me it s 99 dollars for the check and I tell them can they please do an oil change as I m almost due for one. When I come back I was told everything appeared fine and that I did not need to pay but if I was concerned to take to my dealer for a check up. I asked about the oil change and they said we don t feel comfortable with your previous complaint doing the oil change, take it to your dealer . Mysteriously the low oil light never happened again and within 2 weeks took it to my dealer. I explained everything in detail. They inspect my car and tell me there was new oil in my car and that prob Firestone was just trying to cover up that they had either not placed enough oil the previous time or probably didn t do a proper oil change. This made me upset as this almost placed my life at risk as when the light would come up my car would decelerate and would sound like struggling when pressing the gas. It could had also damaged my engine.

You just waste your time here, i took my car to fix the brakes and the guys in the front desk told me to leave my car to check it and that they would take about a hr and a half just to check the problem, after 6 hrs i came back because i didnt receive no call from them, just to notice that nobody even touched my car, it was right there where i left it parked, with no type of service done. do not come to this place

Horrible service, and this is not the first time. I called the previous day and asked how long the wait was to mount and balance 2 tires, and they said 3 hours. So i asked if i could make an appointment for the following day and how long it would take for them to start working on my car and the guy say 15 to 25 mintues. I get there on time, at the time we agreed on and give the guy my keys he tells me its a 2 hour wait even though i asked prior to going. There was basically no point in me making an appointment because i still waited the 3 hours just for tjem to start working on the car. To make things worse the place is under staffed having 6 cars in tje bay but only 3 guys working at the times. All this wait just to mount and balance 2 tires. Worst tire shop experience yet. I could have drove to the flee market and gotten better service for cheaper, and faster.

Long wait time, no good help. They take care of people calling instead of people who are in line waiting for a long time. Then you have to go find your car in the parking lot cause they don't even know where they park it and wont bring it to you

The gentlemen who answered the phone today 6/8 at 3:06 pm was so rude. Not helpful. Sounds like he doesn t want to be there. He said he could not provide me a service an hour before he closes because theres nothing he can do from 6-7, WHEN THEY CLOSE AT 7. Def took my business to tire kingdom.

This place is HORRIBLE. I had two alignments done here. My tires got wasted within 6 months in those two instances. They cannot do an alignment correctly. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe my car was at fault. I will never make that mistake again. Glad to say I took it to someone who knows what they're doing. This location must undergo MAJOR change if they wish to stay afloat.

I would like to recognize John or Jhon (5 JOAO on the invoice). This gentleman has an amazing will to work and to educate his clients. He is very engaging, polite, and shows great courtesy towards everyone that comes in. I came in today to purchase and mount my set of Firestone Firehawk Indy 500s and John was amazing with assisting throughout the transaction. I wish the very best for this gentleman as he deserves whatever good comes upon his path. Thank you John!
